Salty Sea Coffee is a quality coffee spot in downtown Langley! Super close to all the shops and waterfront. This is a great spot for grab and go, as there wasn't much indoor seating. Service was fast despite a long line! Besides coffee they have a variety of fun soda drinks with cream and flavors! My friend loved the Shark Attack.

This is a cute and tasty coffee shop! Admittedly I didn't have their coffee, but I had the High Tide refresher, which was fruity, flavorful, and perfect for a summer afternoon! Also tried the Golden Sands refresher, and that was light and refreshing, but didn't have much flavor, similar to coconut water. It's definitely one of the better drink spots on the island and the service was sweet. Overall, I'd try it again!

Great location for a scenic walk - Varied coffee/tea/refresher options - Quick service Took the ferry to Whidbey Island and stopped in this cute little town for coffee. Quaint spot that goes by Salty Sea Coffee now, no public restrooms but nextdoor to a cute pie shop. Our coffee was okay, be specific about your preferred milk/cream ratios. Friendly baristas, not too many pastry items if that's what you're looking for. Recommend going elsewhere for baked goods. Little over priced however it's the PNW, you can't beat a coffee spot by the water! Cozy and just the right spot before walking and meandering downtown.

What a great experience. The coffee was better than anywhere else. The flavor was great. Moving on to the crepes.... Freaking fantastic. I never had such crispy, delicious crepes in my life. Highly recommend this place.

Great little place to get coffee, fresh smoothies, wonderful baked goods! You can relax indoors or outside in a shady patio area. We were looking for a light lunch and found this place that had outstanding clam chowder and a fresh garden salad. Nice staff and very pleasant atmosphere.

Almost empty. What took so long??

The coffee was good. If we were reviewing based on the coffee alone, it would be four stars. The service however was abysmal. Not friendly or welcoming in the least. We smiled and said hello, but the two employees at the counter couldn't manage to return our greeting. I felt very awkward. We would've been more than happy to wait about 10 minutes for two americanos, but it was 25 minutes, with no apologies or explanations. And they weren't busy. It was a real head scratcher to say the least. As I said at the beginning, the coffee was good, but not good enough to deal with the service.

Holy attitude. The two girls working were so sassy and rude. Seems unnecessary based on the cute location.

Great coffee, fantastic service and next to the pie shop (an added bonus.). My new favorite is a latte with oat milk and caramel. So good!

Put your name on the list and then wander a bit, you can work up an appetite. We had a lovely meal. I had the northwest scramble, and it was full of tasty bites of salmon and mama lil's peppers. Husband had the Reuben and was unable to finish it as it was a fairly large portion. The staff is some of the sweetest I've experienced. They were kind and friendly throughout our experience, even though some patrons were less than nice about the wait times. Well worth the wait!

Theres plenty to see so it didn't feel like a long wait. Husband got the breakfast burrito. He said it was really good, only con was that the salsa that came with it was like an ice slushy which would have preferred not cold. I got the salmon hash which I thought was one of the best hashes I've tried. The eggs and potatoes were seasoned and cooked perfectly and there was a lot of salmon - good ratio of everything. Only other con was that after we got seated we waited 30 mins to get our food. But service was really good and we could tell the cooks were busy with other tickets. Overall we really enjoyed our meal and would definitely come back if we're on Whidbey again!

The property is in a quiet location, and the fact that it is a working winery as well is unique. It is located just minutes from Langley which is one of our favorite small towns to visit. The property is pastoral and the modern building nestles into the setting well. The rooms are clean, tastefully appointed, and very comfortable. The room we were in was spacious and had plenty of storage and open area. The custom bed frames and headboards really added to the spacious room feel. The common kitchen area is well set up, and the common reading/living room is inviting. We had a view that looked across to Clinton and south Everett. We understood there was a simple breakfast, but wow! We got homemade granola with yogurt and toasted homemade apricot/walnut bread with an apple/pear/fig side salad. We were having battery problems with our vehicle - requiring an overnight battery charge, and finally a jump-start. They were very helpful and made sure we got jumped so we could get over to Les Schwab and get a new battery. This place is our best place to stay in the area! We will go out of our way to get here.
