I ordered the Bird Bath Dripper Kit by Mister Landscaper. I've had one installed and operating for years, but I needed two more. I have had this item connected to my diy drip irrigation for almost ten years (it takes less than a minute to install). It hangs discreetly on the back of a small-ish fountain. This way the fountain gets a top-off every time the timer turns on my drip irrigation. I went straight to both the big orange and blue to buy more, but they no longer carry this item. It had been so many years since I last purchased that I was afraid it didn't exist anymore. I was excited when I immediately found the item still available and for sale by the manufacturer on a**zon. I was just about to purchase, but the manufacturer's shipping price really bothered me. It was a seller taking advantage, and it was a ripoff, and I hate being ripped off, so I Xed out of a**zon and went back to my search. I found the same item here at SprinklerWarehouse.com for a slightly lower item price, and at a shipping cost which seemed reasonable, and that was half of the other. I ended up ordering four Bird Bath Dripper Kits instead of two. All will attach to my existing DIY drip irrigation which comes on automatically every morning. One will attach to the back of a wall fountain, one will attach to a new bird bath, and two will be mounted upright to stakes in the section of my garden designed to attract hummingbirds. On these two dripper kits I will remove the drip nozzles and replace them with mister nozzles that I have left over from when I installed my drip irrigation system. This automatic, daily misting is where the hummingbirds will take their baths. The in-line on/off switch will allow me to turn these misters on/off based on hummingbird migration seasons without disrupting my main irrigation schedule. SprinklerWarehouse.com delivered on time. I'm installing this afternoon! I just decided that I may need more of these for an orchid wall that I am building. Misting nozzles can be attached to any diy irrigation system for pennies, but this item is unique 1) because the top 20" of the supply line is bendable so that I can extend and direct the mist exactly where I want it to be, and 2) because it has an inline on/off switch so I an turn the mist off during the part of the year when we are naturally at 80% humidity. I received my new sprinkler controller from their online store and when I finally got it all wired and installed it turned out that the 24v power source was bad. I emailed them and asked for a replacement..... no response or apology. Nothing. I'm fortunate that a replacement was only $14 at Lowes. For the $10 I saved at Sprinkler Warehouse over Amazon, I could have gotten excellent customer service and a new power supply within two days. In the big picture I guess I was lucky it wasnt the $220 controller. I'm only out $14 and learned a valuable lesson not to buy from this company when there are other sellers who want return business. I would not recommend risking your money with these guys. Amazon is the way to go for online purchases. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Sprinkler Warehouse's Customer Service. I ordered a sprinkler rotor from them, which arrived much more quickly than expected. When I realized I needed a small coupler that didn't come with the part I purchased, a wonderful lady named Winter told me it was only 60 cents and would cost more to ship, so try Home Depot. After trying 2 Home Depots and not finding the coupler, I called Winter back and she promptly shipped out 2 of the couplers I needed, at no cost whatsoever. The price of the valve I ordered was less than half of my local retailer. The only complaint I have is really with Fed-Ex, the shipping company. I live in northern New Mexico. The item was shipped from Houston. The route used by Fed-Ex went to Colorado, near Denver, then 3 stops in CO, down to Santa Fe, NM then back up to Taos. 10 days to get it to me when you could drive it in approx 16 hrs. I believe that you should offer a complete Hunter Irrigation control box, ROAM unit and wireless Rain sensor as a complete kit. I purchased the WSS kit with the module only to find out afterwards by calling Hunter that my Hunter control panel has the module built in. This caused me to over purchase more than I really needed. Other than this, the system is working flawlessly!!! I am stoked !! read more
