I must say this is probably one of the BEST sandwiches I have had in a very long time!…read more I was worried at first because there was a Karen complaining about how it was taking them 30 mins to make her salad. However, that was NOT my experience today. We place our order and it was ready to go somewhere in the 5 - 10 mins. Let me tell you I would have waited 30 mins for this sandwich if I knew it would be this good. My order was an Original but I swapped out the ham and salami and substituted roast beef instead. It came out hot and fresh and the bread and the sandwich was beautiful and delicious! The bread was amazing! They absolutely loaded mine down and I didn't ask for any extra meat or anything. I got just the sandwich and it was $8.99. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!!!!

This was my first and last time at this restaurant. Stop by to get a quick salad. Well a quick…read moresalad turned into 20 minutes. While waiting the employees were being lectured by the manager. Once he left they continued to fix customers orders. They would often change their gloves. One employee wiped her nose at the bottom end of the glove. I was waiting for her to change her gloves but she did not. I asked the cashier are they supposed to change gloves if they wipe their nose while fixing food. She said yes and asked this one particular employee to change gloves. She argued and almost refused to change her gloves. She claimed she wiped below the glove on her arm. Even if the worker wears gloves, wiping a nose on an arm or sleeve transfers bodily fluids and bacteria (like Staphylococcus aureus) onto their clothing. From there, it's very easy for those germs to cross-contaminate food, utensils, or food-contact surfaces. That is a clear violation of health code and food safety standards. I hope the manager sees this review and have another meeting with the employees about food safety standards!
