BLT lettuce wrap and flatbread barbecue turkey, sandwich. Clean caffeine Tea; called hurricane and Olipop 3g sugar soda.
Alise N.

I ordered the lettuce wrap, BLT. The other sandwich is a barbecue turkey with thinly sliced red onions, Yum service and atmosphere is cool.

Half a French Dip and Tomato Basil soup!

Very quaint cafe! Wonderful sandwich and soup place. Food was ready quickly and was tasty. It was a perfect healthy stop as we are traveling. Little deli inside too! Service was not overly friendly but they were nice. Background music would have been nice.

Club salad -- so big they give you TWO bowls!

On the way to Maggie Valley, and stopped into town today to enjoy the farmers market and grab a bite. LOVE this little family owned soup and sandwich shop!!! I got the Cobb Salad -- sooo big! Fresh, delicious! We also got a spicy bacon sandwich, fiesta salad, kids grilled cheese, and a Cajun club (most got torn into before I could take pics) -- everyone is so satisfied!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND grabbing something here if you come through town, and the prices are amazing!

Chicken salad sandwich on sour dough with chicken chili soup and my pretzel in the background

Very agreeable Restaurant Simple decor but clean with friendly staff The egg salad sandwich was good but I liked the chicken salad sandwich more Husband recommends the potato salad and white chicken chili soup The brownie and cookie will be for later Excellent lunch establishment Highly recommended I loved the pretzel with cheese sauce Good selection of unique low sugar beverages too. Good parking right in the town square. We will definitely be back!

Solid food; don't be in a rush (you're in Monticello after all) and everything will be alright. Spicy Turkey with tomato soup is good.

After speaking to one of the owners Torrey they will be opening another location not to far from The Vitamin Lady Shop where they will sell some different food items as well as have demonstrations. That was very exciting to hear and I cant wait to see the new location & attend some of the demonstrations. The food is fresh, seasoned well and the food is made fresh to order. They really focus on food that are made for your specific blood type. They also make juiced juices/tonics that taste amazing, my only issue is one of the ingredients says 1 tsp of cane sugar. They have no beef, pork or chicken products on the menu. The meats they do carry are Salmon, Lamb & Turkey. They have soups, chilli, stews, tacos, pasta, stir frys, deserts, turkey lasanga & salads. They definitely have something for every one. The food they carry are foods to reduce inflammation in the body. They are all about letting the 'Food Be Your Medicine'. The place is small but big enough that they do have a communal table where you can sit down to eat your food. They alsk have a communal table out of the restaurant that is covered where you can eat. The staff is very friendly & customer service is top notch. This go round I had the Turkey Perlo which was made fresh and tasted amazing the bowl was full and I was able to eat on it for 3 meals, I had also got a vegetable stir-fry which is not on the menu & the Vegetable Stew. Which worked for me at that time because I could on eat veggies, they were both seasoned well & tasted great. You definitely should go by and try a couple of different items off of the menu and make sure to pick up Torrey's Tonics which are $5 each or 6/$25. Come back and thank me later. I will definitely be back again & again & again. 5

Came across this spot while browsing Yelp & decide to stop by when I was in the area. Located in…read morethe small plaza behind Wylie & Rum, my Apple Maps took me directly to the address with no problem. Parking is hectic! Very limited parking depending on day/time you go so have patience as you may have to wait for someone to leave to get a spot. Clean restaurant, has two fridges of grab-n-go items, seating areas and ordering kiosk. This visit I just wanted to try the key lime goat cheesecake ($10) and also grabbed one of their tonic drinks ($5). The cashier wasn't overly friendly but nice enough to bag my items. This was my first time having goat cheesecake. It was pricey, but very good. I almost prefer it's tanginess over regular cheesecake. Not overly sweet, graham cracker crust was crunchy, crumbly & fresh. The tonic I got had soursop, coconut milk & ginger. So good! The drink fridge is separated by what it helps with & lists the blood type on the packaging. Worth the $5 for sure. I'll definitely be back to try their food, got my eye on the lasagna.

This is one of the five locations, and everyday their menu changes slightly so make sure to check that something you like is being served that day. I typically get the Chicken Noodle Soup (my favorite!) but since it wasn't on the menu today I went with the Tomato Basil. This was very good, but nowhere near as satisfying as the chicken noodle. Personally I like my tomato soups extra thick and creamy, which isn't how I would describe this one. However if that's not your style, this may be for you. I got it with a multi grain roll and chocolate chip cookie and when the roll was dipped in the soup, it was exceptional. And the cookie tasted nice and fresh. There's a free, private lot for parking, and lots of seating indoors and outdoors. The interior is adorable, drenched in yellows and reds, and the staff is very friendly and happy to give a recommendation. A great lunch option if you're over by Blandtown.
