Back for a second stay. Didn't notice last time that the walls were so thin and you can clearly hear what's being said (and done) in the rooms next to yours! HVAC fan also made a terrible racket and had to be turned off. Staff was again pleasant and hotel clean. Breakfast still spartan, but I had a surprisingly good whole wheat bagel this morning! If your neighbors are quiet, it's all good!

We stayed a total of four nights and found our accommodations to be quite nice. The décor throughout the hotel is modern and well maintained. We were assigned a room on the fourth floor that featured a king sized bed, mini refrigerator, flat screen TV, and a well appointed bathroom with walk-in shower. Each employee encountered throughout our stay was friendly. A breakfast buffet offered between the hours of 6AM to 9:30AM is included in the price of admission. Speaking of the breakfast buffet, it varied little from day to day with the exception of the choice of protein - one day bacon, the next sausage, the next bacon, and you can guess what was offered the day following (hint: you will it on a BLT). On morning #3 we decided variety was the spice of life so we dined elsewhere. The was one issue encountered was with room servicing, it is limited to a change of towels and emptying of wastebaskets every day except on Wednesdays when full service is provided. Not a problem on the surface for us, but we discovered on our late return to the room on Wednesday afternoon that no hand towels were included and the sheet had an obvious blood stain on it. It was too late to call the front desk so on exiting the following morning we advised the front desk of our problem. On our return at approximately 4:30PM not only had the sheets not been changed, but our room had not been serviced. We so advised the front desk on exiting at 4:48PM, but on our return at 8PM we discovered the towels/wastebaskets and bedding had not been touched. We returned once again to the front desk and were told they could not enter our room and handed us towels which again did not included hand towels. Overall we were happy with our choice of hotels and would not hesitate to return in the future.

Front Desk Staff is INCREDIBLE kind, polite, respectful, accommodating and friendly. All aspects of the facility are extremely well maintained and looked after. Complimentary breakfast was surprisingly excellent and tasty. We will definitely be staying again at this location. Very pleased! A+

I wish I was staying here for more than one night! Good sized room, everything's sanitized and in working order, large window facing the sunrise...it's simply one of the nicest places I've stayed in the past two weeks (and I've changed hotels five times). The photos help tell the story, so be sure to check them out. The bar area was opened the day before I arrived, and the word hasn't got out yet...I had the place to myself and the server. I ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla and a Becks, and it was just fine. On your next, or first, visit to the Fishkill/Beacon area be sure to book your stay right here.

One of the nicer Springhill Suites I have stayed in. Very pleasant staff, clean and visibly following Covid-19 Precautions. Conveniently located as well. Nice Breakfast to Go sett up. Will stay here again when visiting family.

Biggest fail would be the TV was way too small and doesn't blend in right with the room.

Nice place to stay! Stayed for 3 nights and probably will stay again in the future. The only thing I really didn't like about the room was the TV was way small and just does not blend in with the room. I really like the sliding door and the bathroom where you have a dividing factor facing the bed. The staff here are very friendly and the lobby is always cleaned and refreshed :)

    Breakfast area. Usually stuff

Best value in the area. I gave up.staying in Newburgh. Across the river is a new hotel with spacious room. Safe and quiet. It's hard to find in the dark, but just keep going up the road. Worth the price

This hotel is kinda merged with the residence inn so you get "the mix" Monday-Wednesday.

The front desk staff is very professional and welcoming to all. Went there for the AAA driver's course, being held in one of the meeting rooms off the main lobby. It's the small details; the HVAC was well modulate. It never got too cold or hot and stuffy. The carpet was clean and maintained, ceiling tiles clean. There is an impressive guest Breakfast buffet. Beyond the cold dry cereals and yogurts found at some motels. Waffles you prepare, scrambled eggs, pastries, to name a few. There is no onsite restaurant, but there are plenty of restaurants and fast food places nearby. There's a small store with snacks and beverages next to reception. There was a wedding going on, I imagine in a ballroom somewhere in the motel. Some of the amenities are: a putting green near the entrance, well appointed fitness center, indoor pool, business center, free WiFi, an area with children's activities, covered and open air seating area. There are probably more that I'm unaware of.

On peak hours, the wifi will drop connection every few minutes for about 2 minutes at a time, sometimes longer, just to have it happen again a few minutes later. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean but the pillows were extremely soft and too flat. Doubling up didn't do much. Sleep wasn't terrible, just... meh. The room was humid and slightly musty, even with the A/C going non-stop. Also, the carpet felt really gross to step on so I wore flip-flops for the rest of the stay. Soundproofing could use some work too--muffled TV from next door and heavy steppers upstairs were noticeable. WiFi worked well. On the upside, common areas were clean and seemed recently updated, although the stairwells and elevator showed a little wear and tear. The free breakfast was basic but appreciated--hot, edible, and the area was clean and well-stocked. The pool/hot tub on the first floor looked really nice as did the fitness center but didn't get to use it. The staff was the highlight--everyone I interacted with was super friendly and welcoming, from check-in to checkout to the breakfast area. Definitely a strong point. The hotel is located right off I-84, which is convenient for travel (free parking on site/gas station around the corner), and there are plenty of chain food options nearby (Panera, Five Guys, Cracker Barrel, etc.) All in all, it's fine. Not bad, not amazing. The price was definitely high relative to other Holiday Inns I've been too and for what you get, but if you manage expectations and pack your own pillow, it gets the job done.

The communication from A Perfect Blend in the year leading up to our wedding was wonderful--any question we had, they answered right away. Their online planning portal was also so incredibly helpful for figuring out exactly what we wanted for music and how the flow of the day would go! And when we finally got to the day, DJ Mario was amazing! He did a perfect job of blending me and my husband's music tastes and playing crowd pleasers that got everyone hyped and on the dance floor. He dropped so many bangers during our first dance set that our Best Man turned to us and said "this playlist is TOO good! I can't sit down!" Mario kept the reception flowing perfectly, and I was THRILLED when he handed me the mic for a little karaoke session. It was truly the most fun I've ever had! I would recommend Mario and A Perfect Blend to literally everyone--I hope I get to go to a wedding DJ'd by them soon!

I'd fully recommend this service if you're looking for a wedding or event DJ - they asked questions we wouldn't have thought of (age group of our guests - suggested where to do the cake cutting to make sure the dance floor didn't empty out, etc), which made our lives easier during this hectic time. 10/10 for sure!!!

There is absolutely no reason why this hotel doesn't have 5 stars. We bought this hotel hours…read morebefore we arrived because we wanted to stay overnight in the area and it was actually the cheapest. My husband bought it and I didn't really look into it until I was amazed at what I saw. First of all, when you get here - you realize there's a Walmart a block away across the street, a gas station you can easily walk to, and you have five guys and chipotle for fast food - I'm sure more but it was dark out, so I couldn't really see. So we walk into the lobby and it's pretty, very big area because it's also the dining room. They give us a map to park the closest to our suite. So we walk up the stars to our second floor suite and it's absolutely stunning. It has a living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The price we paid under $300 was unreal. I wish more hotels looked like this! They had a dishwasher for the dishes, closets, the sofa even had a bed to it as well. There was nothing upsetting about this place. They provide shampoo and conditioner that smelled decent. the only thing that's a little weird is there is no privacy on the first floor room, they have French doors with no curtains - so if you're staying with people, I'm sure that could be awkward - depending. We just had a great night stay and the bed/pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast was nice, there was all sorts of basic options from oatmeal to cereal to eggs and potatoes. They also had a variety of tea's. For the weekend people were trying to find tables, there is sofas around to eat your food, but who wants to do that? Might have to go back to your hotel if you want a table - it's a little apartment anyway, I'd rather eat with my family. The people at the desk were great. Just make sure if you have a lot of bags or someone handicap in your family that you let them know you need the first floor because climbing up the stairs will be a pain. If I could rate this place, I'd give it a 100/100. Besides hotels in Vegas, definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!
