Once I realized the levels in my home were rising, I called Professional Radon Systems for a consult. The owner, Eric, came out to my home to determine where the radon mitigation system could go and showed me how and where the pipes would be routed. He sent me a quote later that day by email and I scheduled installation a couple weeks later. The install took less than a couple hours, and the crew that came were very courteous. They ran floor coverings down to my basement so they wouldn't track in or out any debris and they cleaned up after themselves. There was so much insulation everywhere we could have made snow angels. Their attempt to keep things cleans was laughable. The plastic sheeting they put down was minimal. We had insulation in the sheets, on top of picture frames, and in every crevice in the upstairs. While they did a minimal job vacuuming, it required me to vacuum, and three floor washes, one washing of the baseboards and walls, and 3 loads of laundry later, we are almost done with the clean up. To top it off, when I called to speak to they, the response was to thank me for taking the time to provide my feedback. There was no accountability or apology.
