Essentially, she has no interest to help me get the product faster no interest in assisting me to expedite the product's delivery. Jeff Theis. He "helped" us order the wrong stone and then tried to turn the whole issue on us. We ended up having to return what he ordered and go to Illinois Brick. It cost us 2 weeks on our building scheduled and more money to get something in stock that matched what we needed. Even after going to the store and asking for help, all I got was the brush off. I understand when you are only spending a little over $5000 this may seem like small potatoes to this business, but to a homeowner that is alot of money. The customer service we got at Illinois Brick was the exact opposite of CMI. So very disappointing to be treated with such disregard. The sales rep was actually LAUGHING at me over this issue. It smelled like gasoline and turpentine, it was chock full of all sorts of plastic bits, metal bits, wires, etc. wow, it was bad! I couldn't return it, (I mean how could I) so I added as much organic material to it as I could. So 2024, this year, even after all the leaves and grass and other organic material I've added, I'm STILL pulling out plastic of all shapes and sizes, plastic bag parts, rubber pieces, metal pieces, it's just never ending!!! If you use their soils for a lawn, I think it will be ok, but I wanted an "ORGANIC" vegetable garden, and this soil is anything but organic! If you want soil for an organic garden, go somewhere else!
