The manager Bill came over and in front of three young cashiers that he was training said, "what are you trying to do, empty out someone's garage." Without the cashier having even finished scanning the items to see if they could be returned he had made his decision/judgement. I find his comment disinhibited, judgemental, and quite unprofessional. In a day where people can more easily shop from amazon or home depot down the street; the ones that continue to come to your store out of loyalty you lose with nasty managers such as Bill.

A special shout out to their staff on the floor, Steven, who was very helpful and friendly.  Not only did he lead me to the area of surge protectors, he even helped me find exactly what I needed.  He was very knowledgeable. When I was trying to make a decision, he used his cell phone to go online to check on some more technical answers for me.  I told him that I would take some time and make a decision.  He assured me that he would be around for another 20 minutes should I need his help.  And it was 20 minutes to the store's closing time!  Some employees would try to avoid helping customers when it was so close to closing; so, I was truly appreciative of his service and professionalism. It smelled like gasoline and turpentine, it was chock full of all sorts of plastic bits, metal bits, wires, etc. wow, it was bad! I couldn't return it, (I mean how could I) so I added as much organic material to it as I could. So 2024, this year, even after all the leaves and grass and other organic material I've added, I'm STILL pulling out plastic of all shapes and sizes, plastic bag parts, rubber pieces, metal pieces, it's just never ending!!! If you use their soils for a lawn, I think it will be ok, but I wanted an "ORGANIC" vegetable garden, and this soil is anything but organic!
