While installing, the tiler and contractor remarked how easy the tiles were to install and the quality of tiles themselves were excellent. Full boxes of unused tile were easily returned. One open box, which was minus one tile, was later accepted when we explained that box contained a broken tile and sent the store manager an image of it as proof. Some may think their prices are high, but we thought the extremely helpful shopping experience plus the coordination between the store and contractor more than outweighed the price.
