The ONLY reason I didn't give them 1 Star is because I believe the salesman did the best he could,…read moreunder the circumstances. I liked the Finance Manager as well. As far as the rest of the experience, read below. I copied and am pasting the exact email I sent to the GM, Mr. Bob Benedetti, who thought so little of it (or me) that he didn't bother to respond. As written in the email, I tried to avoid making this a public issue, but since he didn't respond in almost a month, clearly he doesn't care. This review is titled: "DON'T LEAVE YOUR VALUABLES IN THE CAR"! "Mr. Benedetti, On December 30, 2017, I leased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from your dealership from (name redacted). While I am very happy with my vehicle and the final terms we negotiated, there are a couple of things that I feel need to be brought to your attention. (1) On a referral from your service department, I visited Mr. XXXX in your showroom about leasing a new vehicle. At that meeting, I informed Mr. XXXX that I had a brother-in-law who is a GM at another Jeep dealer in North Jersey, but to avoid traveling up there, I would give him the business if we could agree on acceptable terms, and I gave him all the information he needed to give me accurate numbers (credit, current lease figures, etc) After consulting with his sales manager, we agreed on a lease payment of approximately $550 for 36 months. Despite our agreement, on the day before i was scheduled to sign, I was told (assumingly at the behest of his manager) that I'd be paying $550 for 42 months. After strong resistance, the terms were then reverted back to the original numbers. I thought it was wrong of them to attempt to "bait and switch" me, but because of the convenient location and the fact that I ultimately got what I wanted, I proceeded with the transaction anyway. (2) This is my real issue. Days after turning in my previous vehicle, I discovered that I left a pair of Maui Jim's sunglasses in that car. I contacted Mr. XXXX on Sunday, January 7th and informed him on my discovery, and that I would be going to the car to retrieve them, since I still had access to it through UConnect. Mr. XXXX granted me permission to do so. After searching the car, including the compartment where I'd left them, I again contacted Mr. XXXX, and requested his help in locating them. After a couple of days without a response from Mr. XXXX, I told him that if those sunglasses didn't show up, that it would become an issue. Because of this ultimatum, Mr. XXXX responded and told me that the glasses were found outside of the car the day I turned it in (almost a week prior) and that the manager who found them was out of the office until the next day. The next day, I came to the dealership and spoke to this manager (I don't know his name, but I assume Mr. XXXX reports to him) and he told me I'd have my sunglasses in the morning because they were on his "kitchen counter". Why would my sunglasses be in his house?? To my surprise, he went on to tell me how much he loved Maui Jim's sunglasses! Unbelievable. I did receive my sunglasses the next morning, but my question is why nobody called to inform me once they found the sunglasses until a week later, and only then because I made an issue of it. I'm sure, with your company dealing with trade-ins on a daily basis, that you see people regularly forget items in their cars. Secondly, is it your company's policy for your employees to take people's missing property to their homes?? I wanted to voice my displeasure, but thought it was better for me to address you directly and privately, rather than on Yelp or a Jeep survey because doing so could damage your company, and particularly those within your dealership who try to do things the right way. I'm sorry for the long email, but I need to articulate everything I needed to say. I hope this letter causes positive change within your organization." Draw your own conclusions...

If I could give a 0 I would!! All of these cars are nothing but lemons. Please whatever you do. Try…read moreyour best to stay away from this place!! Or better yet buy here, pay here's all together!! I originally brought an 04 Ford Explorer XLT from here. Things were fine for about a day or two? Then the car starting steaming and overheating and stalling which then made me late to work. Almost costing me my promotion. After 2 weeks of over the phone battles they finally took the car back and gave me an 07 Suzuki XL7 the same day I got the car the airbag service light came on along with the check engine light and the oil light pressure low all came. They told me to give it some time. It was just serviced it might need a moment whatever. So bout a week later I was delivering a $500.00 catering order for my store and then the car starts to ding uncontrollably and shuts off. I had to get my manager to come get me and the catering order and afterwards had to walk back to my car where I towed it to their mechanic shop where I was told the car was unsafe to drive. After about a week of not having any car and being a caterer you kinda need one of those... I received a call and I get it back and things were smooth for another 3 weeks. Where it happened again. I said this is enough. I decided to take the car back they refuse to take it back. Even when I said it was a voluntary repo. They said I was responsible for two balances and threatened to take me to court. The two balances being the original Ford Explorer which they tacked onto the new loan without telling me. Then they also proceeded to throw in my face that they sold the Explorer to someone else and I was still responsible for both cars when someone else brought that car?! These guys are scam artists and I beg you guys to please not make the same mistakes I did.. that's all I have to say.

Bought a car in cash. Was told all fluids and everything were brand new. They said 90 day warranty…read more Well......! They never even actually get you the warranty. They just tell you they do. I tried to renew this "warranty" with company i was told it was through and i was informed they had NOOOO idea what i was talking about and such policy did not exist. Then my transmission went 6 months after i spent 7000 cash, and mechanic says no fluids were ever changed and transmission fluid was black, burnt, and most likely the original fluid. So all in all, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. SHAM. LEMONS. SMOKE AND MIRRORS.
