One thing that will forever bother me is I hate that you can't use the vacuums without going through the car wash first. Even if I had to pay to use the vacuums - fine - but to make it an all-or-nothing deal is annoying to me. I hate that sometimes the staff are utter douchebags, yelling and pointing at people to go this way or that way. They do know that their left is different from the driver's left, right? Other times the staff I've encountered have been very nice, even removing magnets from my bumper so they don't fall off in the car wash. I've heard horror stories about people who got their car scratched up because of a rock in the brushes, but so far I've made it out OK. Anyway, it's OK in a pinch!

I've been a couple times now, after being talked into a membership during my first trip here. The price of the first month of a membership is the same as the cost of one carwash, and they say you can cancel anytime, so I figured "why not?". I liked that the carwash itself has huge windows, so you're not in a super-dark tunnel while going through. I did not like that there was no mirror installed on the building so you could see how well lined-up you were with the wheel grabber thing upon entry. I also hated that there's no "escape lane." Once you get in line, you're stuck there no matter how many cars in front of you are taking forever to go through. This wouldn't be a problem, except for the fact that the members lane was closed the last time I went, which meant I had to sit in line with everyone else paying at the machine, and despite how long it took them, I had no way of getting out. The first time I went through the car wash there were lots of water spots on the rear of my car. When I went through the second time, the water spots were almost everywhere - my windshield, especially. I never had water spots at Cobra, so I'm not sure what's up with Spark. But considering the convenient location, I'll probably keep going back, anyway.

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

He sent Vinnie out to my house & he put air in my tire so I could drive it back to the Bob's service station (didn't charge me for that service). They looked at the tire & said it couldn't be plugged & that I'd needed a new tire. It was ordered & delivered within an hour. In the meantime Vinnie drove me back home. I received a call within an hour in a half that my car was done! Vinnie picked me up drove me back & I paid the bill. Now this is what I call EXCELLENT service. They couldn't have been any nicer.
