The car wash itself is great. The "management" is quite different. My husband signed up by credit card for the monthly service. (My husband was asked twice for payment info.) When asked why my husbands bank account was debited each month for the same service, we were told "you are on your own" No refunds, any conversation was one sided, our words were run over. The manager said it was his business and no refunds. I called and never received a call back. I sent a form letter regarding this complaint with zero results. Warning: Do not give them a debit card! read more

I usually go to Cobra Car wash on Baltimore Pike, but Spark just opened and is closer to my house so I figured I'd give it a shot. I've been a couple times now, after being talked into a membership during my first trip here. The price of the first month of a membership is the same as the cost of one carwash, and they say you can cancel anytime, so I figured "why not?". I liked that the carwash itself has huge windows, so you're not in a super-dark tunnel while going through. I did not like that there was no mirror installed on the building so you could see how well lined-up you were with the wheel grabber thing upon entry. I also hated that there's no "escape lane." Once you get in line, you're stuck there no matter how many cars in front of you are taking forever to go through. This wouldn't be a problem, except for the fact that the members lane was closed the last time I went, which meant I had to sit in line with everyone else paying at the machine, and despite how long it took them, I had no way of getting out. The first time I went through the car wash there were lots of water spots on the rear of my car. When I went through the second time, the water spots were almost everywhere - my windshield, especially. I never had water spots at Cobra, so I'm not sure what's up with Spark. But considering the convenient location, I'll probably keep going back, anyway. read more

Buy Beware - took advantage of 1/2 price promotion for a membership for three months and cancelled my membership soon after and I have been billed ever since. Bank as me to work with the merchant went to speak with the manager (useless) said no we have no record in our system (showed me a screen without any transaction) two days later I was charged again. Overall car wash was good...I actually liked it and thought it did a good job but I can't trust that I won't get billed for things I didn't pay for so if going use CASH or don't go! read more

I am from New Jersey, so this Car Wash was something I was excited about when they brought it to Folsom. The employees in the beginning were very respectful and helpful, which most of them still are. Walking in today to use the bathroom, an employee told me it was out of service, which I did not mind... but he turned to suggest to another employee that she learned to get with these customers about just going to the bathroom.... very rude manner. respect is apparently starting to be a problem. So I will go back to my original Car Wash and cancel my membership. My apologies to the employee because as a customer, I was in the way. So I will make sure to cancel and also call corporate and let them know that this site does not compare to any other one and it's just opening.... I will make a point to not return. I would suggest avoiding the employees if you go get your car washed because they are not respectful. The customer apparently is not always right.. read more

DON"T DO IT! The car wash itself is fine. does a good job. But you'll pay in the long run. The specials are a good deal. After that beware. Over charged and doubled charged. Tried to speak to the manager; what a joke. Not a businessperson, totally ran over the complaint. Would not let me speak and was told "most people don't understand the charges". I think most people should go somewhere else! This business is run ok other than accounting. They want to sign you up and after that, the "manager" or "business owner" could not care less if you have any satisfaction. read more

I went to Sparks Folsom PA location once about a year ago and this week a $44.52 charge from them showed up on my bank statement. They must be storing peoples credit/debit card numbers and then try to sneak in more charges at a later date. This is a scam and fraud. I tried reaching out to Spark on their web page and I am still waiting on a response as to why there's a $44.52 charge on my bank statement from your Folfom PA location. Since they have not responded to my previous inquiry I will be reporting this fraud to the BBB and the Delaware County and PA State Attorney General. 11/13/25 PURCHASE SPARK CAR WA FOLSOM PA CARD**** $44.52 Begin region Details Merchant Name:SPARK CAR WASH -FOLSOMMerchant Address:FOLSOM, PA, 19033Transaction Method:Card Info Stored by MerchantCategory:CAR WASHES read more

I came for the first time, I've been using another car wash as a monthly member for 8 years. I pulled up to the line and the guys asked me if they can give my dogs a treat, that shocked me... Then I saw you accept Apple Pay... The guy was telling me about the membership prices and everything that was included..., once I got through the car wash, I noticed it had air blowers, microfiber towels, windex, etc and free air fresheners..... what??????????? 50% off the first month.... I met Jason who came over and introduced himself to me to go over the membership perks..... I would be dumb to say no... I'm now a member and I have a fleet of cars that I'm going to speak with Jason about next week.... Thank you to everyone from giving my dogs the treats to Jason who got me signed up! read more

Spark Car Wash - Polo says thank you for giving him this special treat! - Car Wash Near Me - Folsom, Pennsylvania

You guys you guys the new Spark car wash in Folsom is a must brag about, not only did I leave out of here canceling my membership in Springfield but this place has everything that you need. I left out of there with WOW mindset. They had everything from carpet cleaners, to a mini blower two different size nozzles to the vacuum out your vehicle. This place had complementary glass cleaners, and towels for your car. This takes car wash level to a whole new perspective. I purchased the $19.xx after tax was $21.00 and it was a plus they take Apple Pay and tap to pay from your phone. I will definitely do the membership. I'm excited to do another car wash. I know it sounds corney but I'm sure summer time this place will have lines down the street. read more

So far so good. Waiting to see how things look in the spring and summer as far as the line waiting to get in the wash. Mat cleaning station is great and vacuums and car rags are top notch. Just ran my F250 thur and looks great. Paul G read more

Dear Spark CarWash, I had a good experience on Tuesday, May 27th. My customer interaction with "Haver" was informative. He inquired about (if) this was my first visit, and explained the different membership plans. I was not in a position (that day) to opt in to the membership, but I will keep it in mind. His disposition did not change because I said, "No, not at this time". "Haver" was kind, cordial, and SCW has a good value for a single wash price of $13.00, including tax! I will return soon. Thank you. read more

Purchased signature car wash during 1/2 price promotion. After 1 month my credit card was automatically billed full price for a second month. I never authorized that transaction. I called and said that I was never told it is auto renew, person said it is printed on my receipt & I should have read the receipt. Their policy is no refunds. They offered to downgrade me from signature wash to standard but REFUSED to give me a full refund Even though my month was starting on that day & I did not use car wash. read more

Good car wash, vacuums are powerful, and the facility provides damp towels for detailing.

First of all they took money out of my account without my authorization claiming I had agreed to some kind of membership, which I had not. Second they double charged me for the so called membership they claimed I agreed to. When I contacted them about it they sent me a rude text and accused me of having my bank investigate them, which I did not! Don't know if anyone else has experienced this horrible service but I will not be going back nor would I recommend anyone using a card. If you go make sure you use cash read more

The personnel made it a great experience! Overall it was neat, clean, and kept nice. It was safe and clean.

Not bad, not great, about your average automatic car wash. Will your car be cleaner? yes, 95% cleaner. Will your car be dry? well 90% drier, it is about par with all the others, make sure you bring a towel to dry your vehicle and get the front and back areas it totally misses. Took my wife's Grand Cherokee this morning, came out about 90-95% clean, needed to touch it up after, at home. Love the vacuum area, complimentary window cleaner is a nice touch, didn't have any fresh towels, but they just opened about an hour ago and it is below freezing out, so I totally understand. Staff were friendly and helpful. In summary, not bad, not great, average to above average for an automatic car wash. If you want perfection, hand wash it yourself is the only way, but when it's cold, this worked in a pinch. read more

SCAM making unauthorized charges on my account when I never signed up for a membership. Tried to call customer support 6 different times and always "unavailable" to take my calls or call back after leaving a voicemail and text. Do not recommend read more

Awful experience! One star is too many. Skip this place at all costs unless you like scams. The coupons were invalid and don't work, and the management was disrespectful. Read the other reviews with their bad experiences and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more

The attendant at the check in was very helpful and the person guiding into the carwash was attentive. I am pleased with the quality of the wash and convenience for me to use the vacuums, towels and airfresheners after the wash. The cost was comparable to other car washes I've used before. I was looking to get a car washed on the early evening of Super Bowl Sunday. It turns out that this was a tough ask. But Yelp helped me find Spark Car Wash, which it lists as being open from 8 am until 8 pm every day. I just wanted a basic exterior wash that would get the salt off. Spark Car Wash was able to get the job done quickly. It was worth the $13 because it was so convenient. read more

My experience there was very positive... the young man helped me through the process. I would definitely recommend going back.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. After FOUR attempts to reconcile my account (actually multiple accounts due to employee errors) I STILL do not have my 2 vehicles connected to ONE account. In fact, I can't even SEE my subscription on my account. Total scam artists! read more

I live in the area and was told about their promotion. I asked the attendant "would this auto renew on my card" He told me "no it wouldn't". Then comes this charge for $44 on my account a month later. I called the number on Google to get a refund. The representative told me that they will contact management for that location and they will contact me. I did get a call and was told to come in. The manager of the location name is Jason. He helped me with cancelling the membership and assured me I would be getting a refund within a couple weeks. Its been a week, so we will see. read more

Fabulous customer service! Personable employees and great experience! Would highly recommend this car wash

I went to Spark Car Wash in Folsom on January 23rd to get my truck washed. Upon exiting the drying broke my shield around my sunroof. The manager saw the whole thing, he even picked up the piece that was broke off and gave it to me. He also took a report with pictures. I have not heard from anyone yet. I was told someone would respond to the claim within two days but as of today I have not gotten a response. read more

The young lady out front was very sweet and helpful on our first visit. We will be back again.

Went through as I was in area. Although i do not live close enough to be convenient when the worker said that the price for a month was virtually the same as price for an individual wash I figured why not/ I do occasionally come over here. I specifically asked if it would be"auto renew". I was td very clearly No. Well it DID renew and the company is refusing a refund. It's our policy/ you have to cancel BEFORE renewa. How could I cancel what I didn't not expect to renew??? RIPOFF! read more
