It came out with stuff on the hood and I pointed it out. I got some sort of excuse and asked the worker to use his towel to clean it up. It came right off and was not baked on due to the heat of the engine. I then went to the market and discovered the trunk was not vacuumed. I could not go but called the next day. Receptionist said we don't normally vacuum the trunks. I told her I have never ever experienced this at any other car wash and said its like taking shower and not washing your legs. Got the manager on the phone who said bring it back. I did and he graciously had it vacuumed and then gave me the excuse that they tend to not vacuum the back of the car this time of year as people have xmas trees. I would think after coming home and putting up a tree you would want to have the needles removed and no one I know drives around with a tree in their trunk for a month. No, I won't go back. I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. They broke my car seat, refused to take responsibility for it and then accused me of being a scammer. Like my big score in life was going to a car wash with a broken seat and blaming them. The owner seemed to be understanding and then his wife came out and starting yelling at me in Chinese. Unfortunately the owner then kowtowed to her crazy ass. I asked what the big deal was, that they had to have some form of business insurance for these exact situations and the guy said he didn't have any. I don't even know how that's possible. I wound up calling the police and having a report taken. I asked to review the cameras so we could see them move my seat and they said their cameras weren't working. The whole situation was suspect as hell. Avoid this uninsured, unprofessional business at all costs. Absolutely zero clue how to handle simple liability issues other than deny and call your repeat customer a scammer.

They drive the car through for me and then thoroughly dry it and clean the inside out. You really can't beat this service. He sent Vinnie out to my house & he put air in my tire so I could drive it back to the Bob's service station (didn't charge me for that service). They looked at the tire & said it couldn't be plugged & that I'd needed a new tire. It was ordered & delivered within an hour. In the meantime Vinnie drove me back home. I received a call within an hour in a half that my car was done! Vinnie picked me up drove me back & I paid the bill. Now this is what I call EXCELLENT service. They couldn't have been any nicer. Thanks Bob's Mobil for a great experience. I highly recommend you to everyone.
