Buying the vehicle was somewhat enjoyable. The staff was very friendly. The main one running the dealership was not as friendly...a bit aggressive. I drove the car for about 100 miles before the engine light came on. I took the car to their "mechanic"....if that's what you wanna call him. He stated there was nothing wrong and the car just needed "fuel" (he did not speak English and used google translate). He then restarted my engine light. My light come back on after a few hundred miles. Rather than even contacting their fake mechanic, I went to my LICENSED mechanic. He told me the whole engine was bad. This company lies and steals. For information purposes I am in a position that I need to buy a car in the near further and have been test driving cars every day this week. I just took time off work and got a Uber to this location after confirming that the SUVs that I was interested in were available. My plan was look/drive at several cars on the lot and was extremely interested in one of the cars. When I asked to drive the car that was interested in, I was not allowed to unless I ran a credit check and went over financing. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and I have never been forced to go over financing option prior to deciding that I wanted to purchase . No other lot that I have visited this week forced going over financing prior to starting the engine or test driving the car. Stopped by after being pre approved online being told I qualified for zero down up to 35000. I get there and the car I inquired about is sold. And they ran a hard credit check on me without telling me then had me sit in silence for a half an hour just to print out a paper that shows one vehicle when I didn't even get to look at them yet and they seemed to pick one for me that they don't even have on the property or have any photos of and said it's in "detailing" I have a feeling they saw a young girl with low credit and decided to try and sell me the crappy car. Bought 2014 Jeep Cherokee and it's the biggest piece of crap I've ever owned. It's been problems ever since I got it. First the alternator went luckily the warranty did cover and fix it, but I had to replace the battery. Then the back windshield shattered out of nowhere, the tires are all bad, speaking of tires a couple months after I bought it I noticed there was no spare tire in the trunk. Now to top it all off transfer case needs to be replaced, there's oil leaking in the engine and transmission, there's metal in the oil, also in the transmission there's 1 broke screw and 1 missing. Warranty denied my claim so all these repairs are on me. About $3000 worth. I'm never gonna have that kind of money so basically I'm stuck with a car I can barely drive with 3 years of payments still being that I've only had the dam car for 8 months. Do not buy your vehicle from them. I bought a 2014 Honda Civic from them in September 2022. When I test drove the car it was dirty inside and out. When I came back the next day to pick up the car it was NEVER detailed and was still just as dirty AND it had the gas light of where I had to ask them to put gas in it so I could get to the closest station to fill up. Within 1 month of having the vehicle it has to go to the garage because it wouldn't start. Since I've had it for 1.5 years it's gone to the garage 4x and I've called AAA 3x because it wouldn't start even after it put a new battery and other fixes. Yesterday I called to make an appointment to test drive a car I was really excited about. Making an appointment was easy and the guy seemed nice. I had to drive an hour to get to the dealership but it was worth it since I was planning on purchasing the vehicle. When I got there the dealership looked really nice and the guy was ready right when we walked in. The first thing I noticed was not a single employee was wearing a mask....were in a pandemic right now if you didn't know. The salesman also shook our hands which made me uncomfortable but I thought maybe it was an accident. He then asked me what I needed help with and I said I wanted to test drive the car. He told me if I wanted to finance the car I would need to apply for a loan before I could test drive it. He also said I would need my pay stubs to apply. UMMMMM isn't that something you would mention over the phone for somebody scheduling a test drive??? BEFORE I DRIVE AN HOUR!!!! Also, who carries pay stubs with them??? I have NEVER been to a dealership that takes more than your license before test driving the car. I said I would want to see the car before doing any of that so he pointed out the window to where the car was so I could walk myself there. I've never been to a dealership where they didn't go to the car with you. The car was nice but it had a few scratches and minor issues like that...or at least that's all I could see from outside the car window. I walked back in and the salesman was with different customers. Im pretty sure the concept of making an appointment is so that doesn't happen. When he got back to us I asked what the OTD (out the door) price was for the car so i could decide if I needed to finance the car or if I could pay upfront. I've never been so confused with numbers in my life. The man made it impossible to understand where these numbers were coming from. He told us if we paid upfront the car was going to be almost $4,000 more than it was listed for online. For no reason. Then when I asked about taxes and tags for probably the 4th time he told me it would be $2,000. I have purchased two cars in the past and have never seen taxes and tags that expensive. He went into the website to read the fine print and he had it pulled up so we could read along. While he was reading he suddenly stopped in the middle right at the part where it said the $2,000 doesn't include taxes or tags. Not only did he lie about that, he wouldn't tell us what the $2,000 was for. He said it was for the "equity." I've never heard for equity for a car....but even in that case why would equity be the same number regardless of the price of the car. The car was listed for around $9,500 and it seemed like this car was going to cost somewhere around $13,000 to $16,000 for a $9,000 car but who even knows. At that point I just got mad and walked out. I've never been to a more sketchy dealership that would cost you an extra $4,000 before taxes and tags. She mentioned the car was well maintained with 11 service records So we're like OK it all sounds good!!!! Oil Changes were routine and all the basic maintenance was up to date!!!! Boom we finalize paperwork and as we were leaving Michelly hands me a folder so I put it in the car didn't pay mind to it until 5 days later when the radiator exploded I contact the dealership they said bring it back for repair!!!! Sounds good, except now I start reviewing ALL of my paperwork which included the printed CarFax, (unsigned= proof I didn't view it) that wasn't given to me until after the sale was finalized! Mind you, Mishelly verbally told me car was good and well maintained!!!!!!! Well maintained-TRUE but NEVER WAS THERE MENTION OF AN ACCIDENT!!!!!!!!!!! Accident included damage to the whole damn vehicle, every side, corner, and front, even the damn roof which tells me it was in a rollover or something. I bring it to dealers attention and was told that I signed the papers already YES I DID but while reviewing the documents I notice the part that says " I received car history and am satisfied" was INITIALED BY MISHELLY ! The saleslady forged my initials in 4 different spots!!!!!! The dealership is trying to force me to keep the unsafe car and come back to do a trade in even after Capital One told me to return it and switch for another vehicle! This is like an apple store telling you a brand new phone costs $700 with everything included, then you go to the register after getting everything set up with a trade-in, and they tell you they need an additional $300 cash down payment in order to be given the payment plan for that $700, even if you just want to pay the whole thing in cash. This is pure false advertising and is extremely scummy. Also watch out for their fees. They say that they charge a license fee, document preparation fee, costs of selling, preparing, displaying, and finance charges. These are all cost of doing business charges. We've reached out to this dealer to inquire about a luxury car we can afford to buy cash but we wanted to use it to build my credit since I'm not from here,my husband called and right away had me apply while at work.Few mn later Sam called to say that the $30k we are willing to put won't cut it and if we wanted to proceed we'd have to put about $40k which is not a problem. then he puts the supposedly finance manger Angel and she had confirmed the same thing but kept quoting us $62k for the price of the car instead of $55k and when he told her that is not price she argued but then realized she was wrong but then added $2000 on top of it and said the online deal is for people with redit score of 780+ which is a total lie because even in the fine print nowhere does it say that and told him Banks give that discount of $2k but since she has no credit the $2000 off can't be applied when it clearly says "1OWNERCAR DISCOUNTS" next to it and not bank discount. Banks charge a higher interest for a low credit score and require a Big down payment but having worked for exeter finance I know this is a total lie,banks charge dealers a fee to buy deal they normally decline but it's illegal to charge that fee to the client,such a shame for taking advantage even further and lose a $60k deal over a $2k fake fee is just disgusting,I mean how often do you get someone willing to put $40k down on a car ? I hope the real business owner sees it and make this right before it's too late. They lied, the cheated, they make you purchase extended warranty EVEN THOUGH the car had factory warranty still. I was told from them the car does not have a warranty. I would never recommend them. The cars are all lower end cars. What I mean they purchase cars with damage, crashed cars and problem cars. Let's hope this dealership helps you out when your car has an issue ..... I got this car in March , only a couple of months ago. Test drove it with my brother, everything was great. Then, my car says the engine is over heating the next day when it was mine .... okay, let me call them. I do, I bring in the car in to "fix" the problem. They "fix" it. Next thing I know, the car is still doing the same thing a week later. Check engine light comes on. Then the problem happens again a few weeks later, then stops. Happens again, then stops. I call them. They say they're going to text me the number with the auto place that "fixed" the problem to see what they say. They never texted me the number. My cousins boyfriend put anti-freeze in it and it fixed the problem ( so far). How they didn't see that it was the only issue is BEYOND me. He put almost a WHOLE bottle in there. I was driving the car since March with no anti freeze. If you're gonna sell a car to someone, make sure the fluids are filled. My car could have blown up on me. Don't get me wrong, when I went there everything went smooth, but for them not to catch something so small, or for them to even fill the fluids before they sell a car to someone is crazy! I have taken my vehicles in for service on more than one occasion. Every time it has been a shit show of in professionalism. The latest incident was when I took my vehicle in under the impression it was being serviced for a recall and having the service agent speak to me sarcastically and condescendingly. I was told one thing when the appointment was made and a completely different thing once I got to the dealership to drop my car off. They informed me I had to pay them $190 for a diagnostic on a recall. This happened on another vehicle as well were they kept my car from November to February. I would not recommend anyone take their car to this dealership. They have a tendency to upsell when your car doesn't even need the service and then change the terms around to "recommend" Dealing with Audi Wynnewood has been my worst experience ever with a dealerships service department. I will go further away in order to receive the service I deserve and to deal with people who have integrity and decorum. A couple of weeks ago I purchased a 1999 Subaru with 85,000 miles from this dealer. I was shown a clean car fax and title and the car had a brand new inspection sticker. I was told the car had not been in an accident and had been well taken care of, and that's what the documents presented to me suggested. There was a lot of charming pressure to make a cash purchase (even driving me to the bank) without having my own mechanical inspection done as "it really will only need a new muffler and brake pads" and supposedly a lot of other people were interested as low mileage Subarus are like hens' teeth. I told the dealer that I needed to drive to Boston the following week. He could not have been more courteous and well-wishing. I really wanted to believe his website blurb about values and integrity. The day after I purchased the car I took it to a garage where the owner had worked for Subaru for 25 years. He called me two hours later to say he couldn't allow me to drive the car out of the garage, it was that dangerous. He kept it on the block till I got back to check it out myself. He showed me that the rear strut mount had pulled away from the body, there was a lot of corrosion, it basically had no suspension. He said there was plenty of evidence on the car that not only was it in a major accident but parts of it had been submerged. The report was two pages long. He said there's no way a real inspector would have allowed that car to pass and the car would easily turn over in an accident. When I called this dealer to confront him with this information he offered to have the car repaired and split the cost with me but backed down and agreed to refund my money when I mentioned getting the state police involved to check out that inspection sticker. I still find it astounding that he was willing to endanger my life for a lousy $3750. We exchanged the car and the title for the cash though he deducted nearly $300 for taxes. I'm counting that as my Moron Penalty for not following my instincts and getting bamboozled into buying it without checking it out first. As a 19-year-old first-time car buyer i knew nothing about how inspection sticker work nor did i think to check the stickers when buying the car after taking the car to multiple dealerships they told me the transmission has been in bad shape for a long time well over 5 months and this must be the reason the inspection stikers were expired because the car will not pass in this condition, but not the registration. went back to the dealer ship and complained he sold me a dead lemon. he asked if i bough the dealership warenty he offers.... he never not once mentions a warenty to me when i originally brought the car he also failed to mention the 2,000.00 financing fee he tacted on to the price of the car wich pisses me off because had i known about the fee i would have chose a cheaper car becuse i made it very clear i couldnt afound anything more then 7,000.00 when i went back to the dealership he also said he would have his machanic look at it and pay half of the cost it takes to fix the car i didnt but i am taking legal action.
