    I've been an ATT customer for years (over 30), have been to many ATT stores and purchased a number…read moreof phones and accessories. I recently dropped my iPhone and was in need of a new screen protector for my replacement (so thankful for insurance!) I know I can purchase a screen protector on line and save some $$$, but I wanted to buy it in the store so a profession could put it on my phone and avoid bubbles and finger prints. The sales associate less than enthusiastically agreed to put the screen protector on my phone and said he'd try to put the camera lens cover on. He got the screen protector on (with what appears to be lint included on the edges). I had to ask for a cleaning cloth to try myself to smooth the edges. After working a few minutes I asked for assistance. The manager on duty rubbed on it with his fingers (leaving smudges) and said, sometimes the humidity does that. Really?! No, you all did a bad job!!! In addition, the lens cover he sold me was the wrong size (and they didn't have the correct size in stock). Of course, that was refunded. However, if the associate would have listened to me when I told him what phone I had....he would not have inventory he could not sell (because he opened it and tried to install it). At least he realized it and didn't stick it on my phone anyway. To top it off...I had to ask for a receipt. Isn't it normal to ask the customer if they want a receipt? The customer service is clearly lacking!!!

I came into Victra Verizon because I was having dropped calls and signal issues and was told to get a new sim card. It so happened that there was also a promotion to have my phones upgraded. I have an Iphone Pro Max and a Note 8 and I wanted the newest version. The rep originally was excited to assist with the upgrades of course explaining the promotion $800 for my note and $700 for my Iphone and I would pay the difference for the new phones purchased simple which should also fix my Signal issue in the process. I chose the iPhone 12 and the Note 20, unfortunately at the time they said they were out of stock on the Note 20 but would call me when in came in to upgrade, but that they could still complete my iphone upgrade now. Never in my life did I think it would take 4hrs to complete my upgrade on just my Iphone which was a result in of switching the sim and it NOT WORKING we went thru 3 different sims and a call to customer care to resolve the issue which it seemed to work fine on customer cares end. as a Business Owner having a business account I was irritated as my entire day was blown because I needed my phone to work. I left with a bad taste but was just thinking it was an off day for the team in side.. 2 weeks go by and I never recieved my call for the note 20 so I decided to stop by and see what the hold up was and was told they did call but never left a voicemail or sent a text or an email as again I have a business account so communication and access is easy but the phone was there and they could do the upgrade. So we begin the process or so I thought until they came back and told me that we could do the upgrade but because the promotion was over they wouldn't honor the deal anymore instantly pissed.. Asked for a manger explained what happened amd rethe backluctantly they said ok we will still tbe floor to e you the deal since you came in originally..     Do not go here if you have the Samsung flip/fold phones. When I returned to pick up my phone for…read morescreen cracks on the front screen of my Fold 6, the employee returned my phone to me in FAR worse condition. My screen had minor cracks in it before, and I say minor because the screen was fully functioning albeit cracked. Upon return to me the front screen was missing CHUNKS, misaligned, jagged and sharp and no longer worked at all. The employee told me that the phone was "Unpreparable" and needed replacement, he even said that the front screens on the folds can be "very difficult". This led to me having to be on hold with the insurance agency for more than an hour and arguing with them about why I shouldn't have to pay the $400 deductible for a replacement. The service from both the employees was polite, nothing about them was unprofessional in general etiquette and interaction. Though if the employees would of informed me before that they would not be able to do the service instead of breaking my phone even further and shrugging about it... I wouldn't be leaving this review. Not only that when he told me the repair was "difficult" that states that he knew before he started that he may not of been able to do the service. Just say something to the customer and save yourself the trouble. There is no shame in knowing the limits of your abilities, especially if it pertains to an expensive item in need of repair. The shame is breaking the item further and having to nonchalantly present an "oh well" attitude about somebodies hard earned property being in worse condition than they left it for repair.

    Went in for a back glass replacement, said they had to order the part and would call me when it…read morecame in, said it would only be 3 days, no call 4 days later so I called, said it would be 3 more days. No call AGAIN 3 days later, and when I called them they said it was there. I dropped my phone off all day and when I got it back, the back was cracked from "the press". Had to go through all that again and still NO CALLS FROM THEM!!!! After they fixed it again, my flashlight was now broken, said they would call me when the part came in and they still to this day have not called, not going back. Not to mention the original repair was $300 after tax.
