I went there on New Year's Eve with a group to have dinner. We pre ordered so they knew what everyone was eating. The waitress came and asked what each person was having. Several of us including myself ordered prime rib and when the meal came were amazed what they brought us to eat. Instead of a normal thick piece of meat with some redness in the middle it was a piece of meat maybe a quarter to half inch thick charred on most of the outside and at best over cooked in a frying pan. The most interesting thing more then haif of the portion was all fat. Three of us at our table had the same thing. When the waitress presented the bill I told her the problem and asked her to talk to the manager. No they did not offer to adjust the bill but charged my credit card the full price. I asked my wife how her meal was and she said just fair.. when leaving I noticed a gentleman possible the manager receiving a plate of onion rings from the cook that was hanging off the plate and he was using his bear hands to center them on the plate. We ate here about one to two times a month. The food is ok, just don't get the BBQ pork sandwich because its pork chops on a bun and its too thick. The menu is limited with fare like blts and French dips. read more

Waitress and host are very rude. The host hardly greeted us, and when he led us to our booth, he just put the menus down and walked away. As for the waitress, we had asked if we could get mushrooms instead of tomatoes on a dish and she sharply answered "no". That was all; so my boyfriend had to go with the more expensive option, just to get mushrooms instead. All in all the food was decent...don't know if I'll come back here. read more

Had dinner at Spring City, with my family of 5, 2 weeks ago. The food was good, but our service was great. Our waitress, Maddy, was very attentive on an extremely busy night! The place was packed, but she never made us feel ignored. Very friendly. We have been in there before, food is always good, but the service leaves much to be desired most of the time. (There is one manager, have only seen her on weekends during the day, that is far from nice to the wait staff). Overall, a good place for good food. read more

STAY AWAY!!!! My wife and I stopped in on a Friday evening to try their fish fry. We eat out often and usually share a main entree but usually order side dishes (soup, etc.) and drinks. While looking at their menu we immediately noticed that they charge $2.00 for sharing. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? We almost walked out at that point but decided to ask our server about it. The server said not to worry I won't charge you for sharing. If that's the case, then get that statement off your menus! We ordered the fish and it came out fast, but one bite told us it needed tartar sauce. I love tartar sauce but this had a nasty flavor which was worse than the fish alone. We ate a few pieces with fries and left the rest. About an hour later my wife complained of stomach pain, and then in the bathroom she went. About a half hour later, I was next. We both felt awful all night and into the next day. So much for this place. The only good thing was our server. We will never return. read more

Though it would not be my first choice in breakfast spots. I would choose this spot over the dennys across the street. read more

If you like to be yelled at by the owner of the business that you have ordered from weekly for over 3 years then you found her spot. I was told 2 stop ordering from them if I'm not happy and he also told me that he can't control the fact on the prime rib which is true but to be told I'm not God I did not raise the cattle so just stop ordering it it's supposed to be a 12-ounce prime rib and 7 ounces of that was pure fact there's always something completely wrong with my order something missing and I continue to give him a chance and at this point and with him being with him talking to me the way that he did I am absolutely done and want people to be aware of what they'll do with so if you do order from them hopefully you don't have to call to mention it to management we ended up with four people and having the split two dinners between 4 people because of missing items or incorrect items and their lack of willingness to correct the situation. When ordering the prime rib because I know it is a fat ear piece of meat I even asked to purchase an additional piece of meat to split in between two dinners to avoid this from happening again and was told that I could not so trying to remedy it myself beforehand and all the other issues there was still no remorse and the volume that he yelled at me I'm sure in-house clients or customers heard and I hope they pay attention. read more

One of the best Gyro's I ever had. The only reason they are not getting a 5 star is that they used oil or too much of it to brown the pita. On a flat top, please do NOT ever use oil on any kind of bread. It becomes a sponge. read more

The breakfast 's are average at best and the eggs are usually over cooked whether scrambled or omelet. Customer service is poor. Had an overcooked omelet, pointed out to server who took it to manager who suggested that next time I should order omelet easy over like it was my fault it was overcooked. My wife and I brought our kids to Country Springs over the weekend and this restaurant had an ad in the literature in our hotel room so we decided to give it a try for an early dinner (probably around 4:30pm on a Saturday). Place was empty when we went in. I ordered the Lake Perch dinner, the wife ordered the Monte Cristo Sandwich and the kids each ordered pancakes from the kids menu. They do serve breakfast all day. My perch was hot and delicious. I got 3 pretty big pieces and then was able to select 3 sides. My wife said her sandwich was delicious and she would definitely get again. Both the kids loved the pancakes. Server was very friendly. The only knock was that after we got our food, we didn't see her for a little while and had to ask someone to get our waitress as the kids were only given one little cup of syrup between the both of them for their pancakes. Other than that, the place was fantastic and we would definitely eat here again. Our total for the 4 of us was around $35 which is great. read more

I finally decided to give this close to home, locally owned business a try. Tired of the same old chain restaurant, I invited two of my friends, one from out of state, to meet me there. We all decided the taco salads looked fantastic, minus a few things here and there. No onions on two, no jalapenos on two, no tomatoes on one. Imagine our surprise when the food came and there was onions AND jalapenos-in the meat! Also, there was salad bar lettuce used, so we had radish and carrot in our salad. It was AWFUL, and when we mentioned it to the waitress she went and got the manager. He also happens to be the owner and he was argumentative, condescending, snide and downright rude! He informed us that the reason we could not handle their spice Mexican food is because it is "un Americanized"! While he did take off the price of the taco salad's, he then charged us for the soup that had come with the taco salad's. I would caution anyone considering trying this place to run, SCREAMING in the other direction! There is a McDonald's a half block down, do yourself a favor and get a Big Mac instead!! read more
