Damien was the person who quoted my house. He's remarkably detailed and thoughtful in his approach. I have some sensitivities to chemicals so he made sure that the cleaning agents didn't bother me prior to use. They did not bother me. I have a hard time with any perfume or cleaning agent that has a synthetic smell; their products didn't have synthetic triggers. Secondly, Damien was thoughtful of my animals. I put my indoor cats in two rooms and they bungeed the door closed to make sure they couldn't get out while they worked. I have a 20+ year old cat who started peeing next to the liter box and spraying the walls. You can smell it but it's sometime hard to locate. Damien and Shawn not only cleaned my tile but they cleaned the base boards and about a foot up the wall. They did an awesome job! Damien didn't want me to be disappointed so he made it clear from the onset that might take hitting the troubled areas more than once to kill the smell. He undersold and over delivered; the smell was gone on the first visit. He had lots of suggestions on how to prevent urine from getting below the baseboards in the future. He also had suggestions for protecting the walls and ways to make it harder for the cat to urinate on the wall. His suggests were great and they were not an up-sale. Demien came over to clean my dirty dog-stained carpet in February of 2009. It has been over 6 months and the carpet still looks good and the stains have not come back (except for this rust looking stain that refuses to completely go away). I have tried everything possible to get rid of the stains myself, including renting a steam vacuum from Longs Drugs and nothing worked! Finally, I decided to try Spotless. Demien was friendly, on-time, informative, and spent time doing a good job. Since my square footage was smaller than the minimum charge, he offered to stain-guard the carpet. These guys did a great job. They came and gave me an estimate for my whole house including a huge area rug. They were really direct and quick about it which I appreciated. On the day of the service they got my whole house done pretty fast, they sent 2 guys out to work on it. They moved all the light furniture for me (which i appreciated being 8 months pregnant) There was no musty odor when they left and It only took a couple of hours for the carpet to completely dry. They got every single stain out, our carpets weren't in horrible condition but there was some significant wear on the stairs, now they look like new. They got our office carpet looking like new too and It had never ever been cleaned before. They took our huge area rug out to the drive way and cleaned it there which was great that they didn't have to haul it to their place to clean it. The guys that came were super polite and nice too. AMAZING!!! I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer as my carpets need cleaning. I called on Spotless after the worse possible thing could happen to carpets. My dog was sick and left a trail of poop and pee from our family to dining room. I called on chem dry carpet cleaners and they came out only to tell me that even their strongest stuff wouldn't work. After calling multiple cleaners, dealing with unpleasant and unresponsive customer service, I yelped and found Spotless. Yelp was definitely right! This is a 5 star company. The customer service was excellent and they were very responsive to my carpet emergency and were simply just extremely nice people to talk to. Damian (yes, the owner) came out and assessed the situation and even with the disgusting smell and horrible outlook was VERY positive about saving my carpets (by the way, my carpets are a very light tan, white, so the dark stains were terrible looking). Damian was very honest and upfront about the possibility of removing all stains and odor, but was open that there was a possibility that a light stain would remain. Halfway through the cleaning Damian asked me to come downstairs to see the progress and I was literally AMAZED. My carpets looked fantastic. There was a light stain in a couple of spots which Damian applied further chemicals too and after a day the stains were completely gone!!! My carpets look BRAND new and I couldn't be happier. You can't get better carpet cleaning than spotless. I don't even know where to start and this probably would not do justice to the level of quality and service I have received. Damian, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable at what he does and the level of service we received, far exceeded our expectations. I have done a lot of research about allergies and carpet since my son has allergies and decided to go with Spotless because of their green/natural products they use. They may be a little pricier than your typical carpet cleaners but you get an extremely knowledgeable expert in carpet cleaning that really cares about your allergic concerns and any chemicals that you do not want included in your cleaning. We opted for an all green product with a de-ionized water rinse and it was fabulous. Damian and Juan did our house and they are very detailed oriented so no place is undone or overlooked. They moved out our couch and loveseat to get under that and then moved them back when done. They helped stand the mattress to get under the bed. They started with a thorough vacuum which included 20 steps. Then they began the cleaning and they even took a lot of care with the side of the steps. We requested our mattress cleaned and our couch and loveseat for an extra fee. However, in the end, what was quoted is what we paid. No surprises and superb job. In addition, they use a large commercial grade truck and equipment rather than a small cleaning van that provided amazing suction that allows the carpet for quicker drying. After three years of wear and tear in our new condo in the Dublin Ranch Villages, I decided it was time for my carpet to get a deep clean and rejuvenated look. I decided to contact Spotless for their services because on the awesome reviews I read on Yelp! I didn't want to go with the main stream carpet cleaners because I wasn't sure what type of chemicals they used and Spotless offered the use of natural solvents that would not be toxic to animals. This was really important to me since I have two cats. Believe me, Spotless is one of those companies that really takes pride in their work while delivering personalized and detailed attention to their customers. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and met Damien for the first time. He had just finished providing another quote within the area and apologized for the ten minute delay. He provided us with an amazing and reasonable quote and even mentioned that if we were not happy with any of their services at any time, we could call him back and request another carpet cleaning, who does that anymore? On the day of our cleaning, we vacummed and cleared all the small objects in our place. He had brought an assistant and spent more time vacumming and identifying areas that needed special attention which was quite embarrassing on our part since you can get a picture of how much "stuff," we had stuck in our carpet. When my husband, my babies (my two cats), and I arrived later that evening, we walked into a completely new house. I can't even remember the last time our carpet looked so bright, vibrant, and clean. The carpet remained damp for the next day and a half but was well worth the minor inconvienence. I had this service back in March 2009 and am still amazed at how beautiful the carpet looks. As noted previously, Demien is a nice guy who knows what he's doing when it comes to carpet and surface cleaning. The carpet cleaning is pretty straight forward but he took a lot of time to explain what he could do to clean and protect our tile floors. We've used Spotless many times. Damien is a really friendly guy, and always a pleasure to see. I have no qualms about him and his crew being in my house when we aren't home. He has an amazing truck mounted machine that sucks so much dirt and so much WATER from the carpet, it's nearly dry an hour later. I don't know how it doesn't suck the nap off too. He has gotten our carpets amazingly clean when I thought there was NO way that he could. At my recommendation, he cleaned the pews of our church which hadn't been cleaned in many many years. I have very light (almost white) carpets in a very modern light home with pets and children and we have Spotless come about 2x a year and our carpets look brand new. I didn't want anyone to see how disgusting our carpets were. I knew it was really important to her, so I called Spotless. Demien had worked miracles before, maybe he could do it again. How he took my puppy stained, teenager trampled on dirty carpets and made them look like brand new is beyond me. He truly is a miracle worker! So my dog ate one too many chalupas and well, we needed our house cleaned badly. We've been using the chem-dry style services for over 20 years, and for a few bucks our carpets were went over, and over. I had NO idea the difference having Spotless clean our home would make. They did all our carpets and area rugs, and linoleum floors - that alone set them apart from the pack. Our home was prepped with mats and extra care to keep corners and other traffic patterns free and clear. Then the cleaning began. Room after room began to take on that fresh new look that actually has stayed that way months later due to the deep cleaning they do. Our kid's room was - well really dirty, and it is an off white area rug - what were we thinking. Spotless cleaned it out on the driveway, and then took it back to their site for a tank cleaning. My kids couldn't believe the stains and makeup that came out. We can keep the carpet now rather than replacing it.. The old addage of you get what you pay for holds up here very well. Our carpets are soft and smell clean. Our floors are smooth and oil free in the kitchen which is an unbelivable difference. But the best part is their staff who explained EVERYTHING to us along with info to answer to the chemical sensitivity needs of our family. From the owner, to the workers, to the front office, we were treated like kings and queens. When the job was done, we were extatic. We had a great experience with Spotless and HIGHLY recommend them. They arrived right on time, Demian (I think that was his name) was very friendly. He measured the rooms and gave me the estimate which was WAY lower than I was expecting. So, I ended up doing an extra room that I wasn't going to do because their prices are so cheap. I had moved the little stuff and Demian and the guy working with him moved all of our heavy furniture - no extra charge. They had the carpets cleaned in less than 2 hours... I can't remember exactly how long but it seemed really quick. And, it wasn't really wet at all. They got most of the moisture out. The carpets look BRAND new. They got out all of the stains - and there were a lot! I was completely shocked with how great the carpets looked when they were done. It's been about 3 weeks since they were here and the carpets still look brand new.
