This place is cool, my family has been before in the past before our son was even a thought. We purchased a Groupon and did bowling (no food or drinks as they didn't look appetizing) which was cool. The place wasn't crowded and it wasn't as smelly as other bowling alleys so we were happy. The shoes were not extremely old and super smelly, we felt lucky to obtain newer looking shoes. After bowling, our youngest daughter wanted to rock climb in which she did and it was a fun time for her. I will say that when it's not busy (every time we've been there) the staff aren't ready and available at their post. We nearly had to hunt down a guy to get her prepared to climb. FastForward from 2013 to 2016 and we have a toddler son, it was a pleasure to find out that for $5 you can go and jump as long as you want in the various jump houses which is a plus plus for me and popped this review from a 3 to a 4. It's great networking and time to relax and read while out son play around and socialize with other children UNLESS you decide to jump with which I usually do often LoL..

We got here at two and order food right away they said it would be 25 minutes. After 45 minutes we went to see what was taking so long. They brought out my daughters chicken sandwich and was supposed to be a chicken club. When I brought it back to her and told her it was supposed to be the chicken club wrap she told me we'd have to wait another 40 minutes for a new one. We threw out the chicken sandwich and we're not giving another sandwich

We've been here on several occasions for both fun and birthday parties. Overall, the place is a lot of fun with tons to do for the kids. They have mini-bowling, which is great for the younger kids, full size bowling with child bumpers and ball ramps, a climbing wall, laser tag, a bouncing room with inflatables, and a large arcade area. The inflatable area is great for the kids --they simply love it (yes, so did I --well, I had to take my daughter on there, I had to ensure it was safe. The outcome of that? --it kicked ass!!). There are around 6-7 large inflatable devices all of which have ramps, slides, and other obstacles. There is also a smaller enclose one for younger children. At the end of the large room there is a small area where you can sit and watch the kids from the outside while eating/drinking --which is nice if you don't feel like being in the trenches. The mini bowling is only $2 which I thought was very reasonable. I did think the full sized was a bit on the expensive side, though. If I remember correctly, it was $40 for 2 adults and 2 kids both under 5. The location has a small cafe inside that serves a variety of food from pizzas, salads, and hot dogs to coffee, pop and alcoholic beverages. The food isn't priced too bad and it almost tastes like food. As you can probably imagine, this place can get quite loud with a ton of kids running around like lunatics. Whenever we've been, we're typically there 2-3 hours on a weekend afternoon, which is plenty of time for the kids to exhaust themselves and enough time for you to loose your sanity. The venue is very clean. When you use the arcade or other activities, it doesn't look and feel like that nasty Chucky Cheese on the off side of town that probably hasn't seen a good cleaning since its grand opening. Everywhere is kept neat and tidy by their army of staff. If you've never been here, and have kids, give it a try; its a lot of fun. I will disclaim that this review is only for the fun 'kid side' of the place. There is also another side to this that has a huge fitness center what I haven't ever used.

Writing my review as I'm still here at the place. We order a ultimate "loaded nacho" it's load from the outside layer as you get into it, it's just plain chips!Nothing "loaded" about that!!!!!! And our wings, how do you burn a pre cooked wings?!?! It was dried and some were burnt! The worst wings I've ever had! We asked for a small side of chili to finish the nacho, they were going to charge us for the side chili for us to add on the "loaded" but not so loaded nacho! Smh! How can something this simple be messed up, seriously?! Food for worst from the last time we came last year in August!

Fun Times!! This place is huge & has so much activities to keep yourself well entertained. We had our company team building here and did bowling, lazertag and played arcade games! The food was great, service was excellent and the staff who helped us plan everything was extremely accommodating! Best tip about his place: in the arcade area they have skeeball : )

The kids were at Ebenezer Park on Lake Wylie, Andrew Jackson State Park, the Catawba River and the Fort Mill Dam to Riverwalk. The kids had so much fun that at the end of the day, they just wanted an afternoon snooze instead of looking at their phones. Billy is a great guy, while fishing, he taught the kids all kinds of fun facts like how to tell time by just looking at the sun's location. Most important, he's able to identify a child's natural sport's abilities and give the coaching and reinforcement to help the child thrive. A special thank you to Billy and Stephanie for their hard work and flexibility with us to make this a memorable experience, the kids loved it!!! Well, here's my story…read more My friend's daughter loves horses and was talking about having a horse ride lesson one day. On July 3rd, on her birthday, we went online and found Leg Up Equestrian. I called them and left the voice message. I understand it was right before 4th of July so no problem. Then I went to their website, which is old, out of date and not user friendly but sooner or later I finally figured out how to fill out the form. On July 6th I received the email that they are on the holiday break. Well, not a problem, I understand the holidays. I called them after the holidays on July 10 and left the voice message again. On July 12 they send me the email if I still would like to schedule a trial lesson ($65). I responded with the dates I am interested in and they told me to fill out registration form. I also received separate email with a release form. To pay for the lessons was another adventure. You need to sign up, put all info again so I've decided to call them this morning to make sure I'll do everything correct. I called, left the voice message again. The gentleman called me back from the academy, I missed the call, called him back and here we are, finally having the conversation after 2 weeks of trying. He said that I need to fill out the form and make a payment, we had some misunderstanding with email addresses but figured that out. No problem. Then I asked him a question about the trial lesson itself. How long is it going to be? what exactly the kid going to do? and told him, that I had a bad experience with one of the horse places in Florida. (at that place, lesson was supposed to be 45 mins, and 35 mins the coach was explaining to my daughter how to take care of the horse, then 5 minutes the coach took a break and then 5 min horse ride) I explained this to that gentleman and asked to be just more specific. He said, 20 mins getting ready and 20 mins a lesson. I asked another question if it's a group lesson or not, he said, it might be a group lesson. I said, well, you didn't mention that and then he offered me a private lesson which is $75. I said, what is the difference between trial and private lesson. The respond was amazing - "I think, we are not a good fit for you, I have to go" And hanged on me. My concern that I spent so much time to get connected with them, finally got on the phone, asked simple questions, wasn't rude or blaming them on something! just asked to be more specific. Now, after 2 weeks of hoping to get a lesson as a B'day gift I need to explain her mom that Leg Up Equestrian never heard about customer service and live in 18th century.

My daughter is been attending this school for the last half of the year and we are extremely happy. This place hire real teachers, licensed, that have proper education and experience. The school is clean, fresh and modern, uses secure video cameras so you can always see what's going on with your kid. Kids go outside twice a day and spend a lot of time on the playground. Our experience at Kiddie Academy has been nothing short of a nightmare. My son has allergies, which was not any trouble to manage at our prior facility and is not any issue at his current facility. KA gave him foods he was allergic to on multiple occasions. On at least two of these occasions, Trisha (accurately portrayed in a few of these other negative reviews) tried to mom-shame me for how I handled the incidents instead of focusing on how egregiously they messed up. After the 4th allergen exposure (that I know of, it was confirmed he regularly was given a salad dressing that contained an allergen though), I reported them to the state. They were supposed to come up with a better communication plan from the kitchen to the teachers about what my child couldn't eat. A few weeks later I found out from my son's new teacher that she had "no idea" what he is allergic to, and that the way she finds out he can't have something is from his prior room's teacher yelling across the hall "don't give that to him!" when the kitchen brings something he's not allowed to have. Absolutely terrifying. You might ask why I didn't just send his food myself. Two of his exposures were when I sent his food! I watched his teachers withhold his food, giving him about 5 minutes to eat at the end of lunch, and blatantly ignore his stealing food off the other babies' plates (he was about a year old for this). At one point they gave him a special treat that was brought in by another kid without clearing it with me first. When I raised concerns about their behavior, he came home the next day with feces encrusted on his tiny little rear-end. Not even a dirty diaper, they just intentionally did not wipe him well and left it. On that note, he came home another time with feces up his back and through his onesie, no explanation given. I hope none of his classmates got pink eye from that one. The teachers in his first room were constantly on their phones, never engaging with the babies. I never saw so much as a book being read to them; they were left on their own to play with no interaction from a caring adult. My baby had very dry skin/eczema and I'd sent in lotion to be used when needed. His teacher quite happily told me that they never put it on him unless I specifically call to ask. It's almost like she was overjoyed at her own stupidity. This is a child who's face was often bleeding it was so in need of lotion, but I guess you can't see that when you're on your phone all day. Overall the administration wants to keep parents out of the building as much as possible. They continue cov1d-era policies where you must drop off and pick up at the front entrance unless you have a reason to go back and talk to your child's teacher. As a result, there is absolutely no sense of community (also they briefly lost a child from this policy, as noted in the state incident reports, yet they continue to cling to their process). I've talked to many other parents that don't even know all of their younger child's teachers' names and wouldn't be able to recognize them on the street. Many teachers are blatantly rude and disrespectful to parents when you do talk to them, and the administration's response is "they're a little gruff". What's tolerated is encouraged - if you cared about the interaction between parents and teachers you wouldn't allow your teachers to act like that. It's unfortunate that the majority of the younger rooms are such an abomination because there are some teachers that are GEMS in the older classes. We had a great experience with my oldest son, who was only there a year before entering kindergarten. However it was so strongly outweighed by the horrors of my baby's experience that I could never recommend this place, not even to my worst enemy.
