Good and beverage options available for adults and children

The cutest new little indoor play place! Every corner was carefully designed with purpose and every feature was put to great use. At first, upon seeing the size of the playground, I was a little worried my children would get bored quickly, but they zoomed around enjoying every bit of space they were given, easily making friends! I also tried their coffee which was delicious and strong, win win! The staff were friendly and came around frequently to make sure each area remained safe and presentable, which was nice. However, there is not enough seating for the parents, and as the playground takes center stage, it's difficult not to crowd in front of each other as we try to keep an eye on our children while they use it. Another issue I noticed is that the front door does not have a child safety feature. While I was there, I heard a mother calling for her daughter only to realize she had gone out looking for her mom in the parking lot! So, very cute, clean place, just needs to make some tweaks to accommodate seating and safety.

Ok so it was my Grandson's first birthday and he needed a party before his actual party. So his Mama told me to meet them here. When I say this place is an ultimate play date place I may be underwhelming it. They sell coffee, light snacks for us Parentals while the kiddos play. The interactive wall was my Grandson's fave, he enjoyed the colors and the mushyness of it. The ball pit is a hot of course. They check you in, put a time on the label that you have to exit and there's a no shoe policy. I live around the corner from here and didn't know that it had replaced the gym. I am GLAD!!!!

Super clean facility! I was very impressed by that part. The bright colors, pretty aura of the place, and the cute cafe tables are very welcoming. It is $10 for one hour and $16 for two hours. It is an extra $4 for socks as your child can't wear their own. However, parents can wear their own socks... go figure. I have been to other play centers with more jungle gyms and better pricing, so I wasn't super impressed for what your money pays for at Unwind. However, overall my daughter had fun. I would come back, but because it is expensive and on the smaller side, it's not somewhere I would go weekly.

Amazing Venezuelan Empanadas! So good I ordered from the vendor directly !

Great place for many ages infant to toddler! My son loves to play in the sand- I mean what kid doesn't, but now that it's cold outside I was really impressed to stumble across this place that had an indoor sand area. We paid $16 for 2 hour play time and $5 for socks and I also tried their Beef Empanada that was one of the best empanadas I've ever had. All together my son didn't want to leave, he connected with other kids, and I truly enjoyed not having to hold his hand and felt at peace because there was nowhere for him to go out of sight. I also noticed they had someone cleaning all over, ensuring they keep everything clean which I really appreciate and take notice. I would be coming back, if I had to give one feedback for the store owner is to offer a membership fee :) ! Love this concept!

You pay for 1 hr or 2hrs, and every kid wears the required socks you get the first time you come- then just bring them back on subsequent trips.

I'm not sure that they even like children. When my older children were little, I used to bring them and that staff would interact with the kids and parents. Most of this staff just sits on side, ignoring children and adults. There is one lady, Miss Wendy that all of my kids love, but she's not there very much. They had an event this weekend and I am glad that we went in the afternoon. My friend got turned away in the morning only an hour after they opened. She said that staff very rudely told her that she should have gotten there earlier. Her children were heartbroken. They did have some people, mainly teenagers with volunteer name tags who were very nice. My little adored the older gentleman who played with him. They had the upstairs set up really cute with a Winnie-the-Pooh exhibit. But unfortunately, they said that it would only be there for that day. They had friendly teens in that space playing with the kids. Admission is not worth it, but their membership is a good value because it includes other museums.

My 4 year old got bored pretty quickly. There also just wasn't a lot to do. There is a dress up area, but it only had a few items, same with the kitchen and pirate ship. I have to agree with another reviewer that the staff wasn't friendly. They were more concerned with everything getting cleaned up. iI's a children's museum - there's supposed to be a level of mess, but when a kid puts a doll at the table and then goes to the kitchen area and you put the doll back, maybe think "was that kid getting food to play feed the doll?"and not assume they were leaving it. Also, parents - there's an overpriced gift/toy section in the front that you can't avoid. Bright side - there's some fun lunch and treat spots close by.

There is plenty of parking available. Check-in: We signed the waiver before arriving and brought our own Non-slip socks so Check-in is pretty easy. There are several adult and kids tables upfront. As well as a raised sitting wall with plenty of outlets. There is also seating and shoe cubbies around the play area. The staff were friendly at check-in (this was basically our only interaction with them). Play Area: This is a great option for kids of all ages. Our two-year olds had a blast in the toddler area. They had riding toys, a great ball pit, trampolines, and an awesome obstacle course. The big kids area also had a ball bit, really tall slides, and cool obstacles throughout the play place. Party Rooms: They have four party rooms, each with a unique theme. The rooms have long, kid-sized tables and countertops/cabinets for food/desserts. Adults need to stand around the kids table. The party included pizza and a caprisun for each kid. Easy peasy. Food court: They offer several food options and snacks upfront. We didn't need to use the food court during our visit, but the prices didn't look too bad and it's a convenient option. Again, we really enjoyed our visit. We would definitely go back.
