You can buy 1 hr for $10 or 2 hrs for $12. Once you check in, you get a sticker indicating the time your pass expires, you have to stick it on your child as well as yourself. Once you are inside the fenced area there's a play structure in the ball pit, a sand pit section, an area for babies (under 2), a sensory area and a foam pit where kids can climb up and jump. There Tables and chairs for adults (and kids) to enjoy drinks and snacks. Adult caffeinated beverages and kids drinks are available for purchase as well as delicious baked goods! The girls loved the freedom of running around and playing with literally everything. Mama enjoyed the peace of mind that they can't get out and the coffee & baked goods! We had to pay the $23 fee even due to their mixup and poor customer service..you'd think they would apologize and say don't worry about it. The lady at the front (manager apparently) was not hospitable nor tried to genuinely resolve the issue. It took us 25 minutes to drive there each way. We would've appreciated no charge for that original trial to show us that we are valued as a customer who was willing to return. I didn't like that their machines required a play card to play instead of just charging your credit card directly.
