Visited Sky Zone on a Saturday afternoon to celebrate birthdays. It was easy to check in and get the kids started. They provide socks for a fee or you can bring your own from a previous visit. Jump time was around 2 hours. Employees keep track with colored wristbands. Employees were attentive and friendly. There was a nice waiting area upstairs with plenty of outlets and a good view of the place to keep an eye on the kids. read more

Pulling up to the place, the outside looked very small. The parking lot was small too. They offer jump passes by the minutes, 60, 90, etc. They have a sign that says "you must wear sky zone socks." If you've been to any trampoline parks you know that the socks are anti-slip socks and they are the same for all parks. This is the first time I've been to one that didn't allow you to wear outside anti-slip socks. So I had to waste money to buy more socks. The inside had limited attractions. Mostly just trampolines and foam pits. No playgrounds or slides. They also have sky zone patrollers who'll catch you for not wearing "their socks" and make you exit the play area. Also, only one person is allowed to jump in a trampoline square at a time. You're not allowed to go into areas where big kids play but the tickets are for "all access." I did not like this location at all. Will not return! read more

Wow, what a nice place & a great idea to tire out kids You choose how long to jump; 60, 90, 120 and prices start at $20something and you must purchase special "sky zone" socks for $4. They do offer military discount!! Wasn't too happy about that so if you plan to visit often, collect those socks at the end of your session, wash them and keep for your next visit. They serve pizza, icees, etc. we didn't purchase anything therefore I don't know what the prices were like. I also don't know how they would accommodate disabled children so they can have an opportunity to have fun. There's seating for parents that overlooks the the entire space; they have plugs but no USB ports just in case you needed to work. But you can also accompany your inside the area. However, don't be too distracted because the security is very lax. The other safety concern was some kids did not utilized the lockers for their item and someone could've trip. The rest rooms are clean and their are monitors out on the floor to enforce the rules and to keep the kids safe, but most are high schoolers and they were not really paying attention. What a blast! I Visited for my nephew's big 06 and am surprised at how much fun I had! I purchased my ticket online. At the time, I thought that I had to purchase a ticket as well to be able to engage closely with the kiddies within the zones. However, That is not true! If you do not desire to engage in the jump zone you may still enter the jump zone area with your party. Anyway, I am glad that I did because just looking at the various zones could be intimidating to an elder such as myself! Upon entering, you will be checked in: if purchased online you will be issued a sticker that permits you to enter/exit the jump zone whenever during your session. Session duration options were: 30-60-90-120 minutes. We opted for 90 minutes which turned out to be more than enough time. There are small lockers for personal item storage, costing $1.00. Once in the zones there is open trampoline jump, mini wall/rock climb, dodgeball (age/size divided), swing, tug-of-war, beam-baton Battle, net climb, etc. I'm definitely making up names for most of these zones, but you get the idea. You must also purchase their special grippie socks in order to play in the zones. There is a refreshment area where they serve items such as pizza, pretzels, slushees, candy and beverages, etc. Every staff member that we encountered was friendly and helpful. 9/14/24 this is my first & LAST TIME Visiting this facility!! I have my 3&5 y/o daughters with me excited to jump and play and what I thought would be a great time turned into a great inconvenience I paid almost 70$ for 90 minutes and 2 pair of socks for my daughters. I tried to comfort my 3year old as it's her first time jumping on a trampoline & was told if I didn't purchase a pair of socks ($40) for myself I would be asked to leave I haven't been in the establishment for 10-15 Minutes! I immediately ask for a refund and was told I would have the police called on me for trespassing. This Has been THE most embarrassing and most inconvenient experience as my first time visiting ever. I Would Give This Place 0 Stars if I could!! Looks like a fun establishment but TERRIBLE Management! We Been Waiting for the police for the last 20 minutes! SMH I HAVE NEVER! I also asked the manager for the corporate office number he stated that he doesn't know it. I've been to a lot of sky zones and this one takes the cake. The facility is gorgeous, clean, with great service. If the prices for monthly membership wasn't so expensive we would definitely get one and be here every weekend. Can't wait to bring the kids back. FYI they have a rock climbing wall that is perfect for kids and adults. My favorite part was the tug of war and kicking my kids butt in it. read more

Tonight was my second visit with my 3 kids (ages 14, 9, and 6). This place is much larger than Weightless but not as much to do as Defy Gravity; its a great in between. The kids love it and I hear no complaints about not having enough to do like other reviewers said. On both visits (last time was a weekend night) the place was spotless, including bathrooms, the staff was nice, and it wasn't too crowded. I am deducting one star, and really thought about deducting two, because their air conditioning simply does not work! I commented upon arrival on both visits at how warm the temperature is and on both visits the staff assured me the air was on, and tonight the staff member said they think it is so warm because the skylights. However, there are no skylights in the bathrooms and they are just as warm if not warmer. I can not imagine visiting when the place is packed, it would be unbearable. PS- they sell drinks (slushies, water, soda) and snacks, but no beer. read more

Super bummed about this place. I took 5 kids in on 12/27/18 and they have zero deals for a large family. They also make you buy their trampoline socks and will not accept Big Air or Sky High's socks, which are the same thing but color is different. Then I found a Groupon and bought it while I was there and took it back up to the register. They said sorry I can't accept this because it's holiday hours now. I saw nothing on Groupon about "holiday hours". Ridiculous, seems like a such a scam to make extra money between charging full price and having to buy their socks. On 7/17 what was suppose to be a fun filled day, it was almost ruined!! Yesterday as we visited Sky Zone Northlake where we had an encounter with the manager Aaron. We explained to him that Dreson was special needs and what we had done before and he stated that we can't do that here. He said it wasn't allowed and gave us a firm NO. Not giving much as to why just really shattering our hopes for the day! This was the first time as parents we ran into this issue. While we knew one day it would come I wasn't hoping to hear it this his big day! I remained calm as this was hard (I was boiling inside) and asked for a card to speak to upper management. Again told NO and to go on the website to reach out to someone. I asked if he had a card with his contact info and name and was told NO but Aaron is my first name I'm not entitled to give you my last name. I walked out in tears. Because one of the things Dreson enjoyed doing he couldn't do! We then looked to see if there was another location and there was!!! We quickly headed to Sky Zone Pineville in Pineville where we were greeted by Daylin super friendly. And while she had reservations about what we were trying to do she called her manager. Melanie Custer said they were not allowed to do BUT also gave several reasons why they couldn't AND also gave solutions to her NO. She informed us that they have days of the week designated for special need children! That we could host an event there where special need kiddos could come in for a discounted rate and enjoy the facility. She gave several other suggestions as to what we could do in the future. Instead of leaving this location in tears, it fueled something in us as parents!!! I'm asking that Skyzone (Charlotte) please please please have some type of sensitivity training for Aaron and all other staff that may need it. An organization that deals with families on a daily basis should want to be an organization of culture, that is diverse and inclusive at all levels about respecting people as customers and humans!! If only you were more comfortable Aaron in your roll and how to tell us no in a different it could've made us want to support your location again. As a special need parent, my goal is to work towards a common goal that we all share...And that's to have our children treated equally and for people to not be afraid to discuss our differences, but seize the opportunity to use our children differences to increase awareness!!! To one day join organizations all around the world to make profitable solutions by allowing special needs kids to live life to the fullest!!! While they maybe "different" from others at the end of the day they're all children who will one day turn into adults and should be treated with dignity and respect. read more

I took my 5 yo a few weeks ago. It was perfect for kids 4-10. It's big enough, modern, clean and the staff was really friendly and helpful. I could see where toddlers might not have a ton of options or that teenagers might not be challenged enough. But for most kids this place is great. read more

My daughter (11) went here with her friends. She's said it was very small and not very much to do. This place seemed just there. Nothing really enticing about it. I chose this one over the one in Pineville because it was closest to my house. The price was reasonable I guess. We booked online and it was $43.00 for a 90 minute jump with the required socks included. The dodge ball looks kinda dangerous like a lot of big kids trying to hurt each other instead of playing a nice game of dodgeball. Not sure I would come here again. read more

Guy name KD (King David) literally just saved a baby from falling into a hole due to the lack of supervision from the parent. Visited here while on vacay- Definitely better than the sky zone at home. It was very hot inside!! You could feel cold air in some places but be ready to sweat even if your standing around. Morgan that works there was super sweet! Very attentive and patient with my youngest (5) and overall had the safety of all the kids in mind! Not sure if manager was having an off day but when I went to brag on his employee he totally acted like a total arrogant douche and brushed me off. But overall a good trampoline park! read more

Place is really clean, they also have personnel making sure kids follow the rules. The reason for my 3star is because place does not have a toddle only section. Parents really have to keep on eye on the little tykes, and make sure no 100 pound kid runs em over (imagine when you take 2 or more lil ones?). Im sure parents wouldnt mind paying a $1 more or so, just so the little ones have their own space. read more

Bring your business elsewhere! My friends and I went here to jump, we filled out the waiver and sat at the front desk for 10 minutes with no help. I went to go find someone and I guess I talked to the manger. Went I went up to him he knew exactly who I was and preceded to tell me "someone with be with you in a bit so just chill for a couple minutes." WHAT! You do NOT tell me to chill. The kid at the front desk who helped us was not much better. "I honestly wouldn't waste your money and I just wouldn't jump." Like what?!? No, you want my money and I want to jump even if I'm 30 minutes late. We just stopped in with our 2 children (driving through on vacation) and the sign said "event starting at noon, $30 2hr" we were cheerfully greeted by staff as well about the event. We get to the cashier after filling out waivers and she told us the event ended in 1 hr and started at 11 not noon. She said we would have to pay the full $30 for 1 hr jump per kid or wait another 40 minutes before we could jump at all. We asked to speak with the manager, he came out and told us the event started at 11 even though the days said noon. He basically told us we can't jump for 40 minutes. This manager needs a STRONG LESSON in business management 101. FREE MONEY walked in the door and he TURNED US AWAY and told us to pay FULL price for half the time. We just wanted to jump for 1 hour. HE DID NOT CARE one bit that we walked out the door. 2 other families were behind us and he told them the same. HE LOST REVENUE INSTANTLY AND DID NOT OFFER ANYTHING ELSE. We are now at DEFYGRAVITY and they are very accommodating. Sorry this manager didn't see how we translate as dollars which will keep them in business. SUPRISED at his lack of judgement.
