We had almost the exact same experience Sophia H. described. You would think that after two years, the staff would be better trained to handle this situation. No one at the register told us that Sky Zone-specific socks were required. Our girls were wearing grip socks, but about 10 minutes into their playtime, a staff member approached my 8-year-old directly and told her she could not continue. She came back to me upset. If there is an issue involving a young child, the appropriate response is to speak politely with the parent, not make the child feel as though she did something wrong. Had the sock requirement been explained when we checked in, we would have purchased them without a problem. Since the staff failed to mention it, after I had already spent 500+ dollars celebrating a birthday on our previous visit, the reasonable customer-service response would have been to apologize and provide the socks as a one-time courtesy. Instead, I was told that they said this at the register, which is not true. So then I requested a refund and took my family to Big Air. This was entirely avoidable and handled very poorly. read more

They are located allllll the way in the back of the shopping center (across the street from Carolina Place Mall). I think this location is larger than the one off WT Harris. The staff here were a little more chill; they didn't police sock brands. This location didn't offer play time less than 90 minutes; personally 90 mins of jumping gets boring really fast. Lol. My kids also got bored after like 45 mins and started messing with the arcade section. I'll start with service very disorganized and misinformed. I bought my ticket for an hour. It was my first time there. I came with my sock they asked me at the register if I brought my own socks and I said yes. We went in, my 5 year old and her friend start playing jumping, 30 mins go by and a staff member goes to tell her she cannot keep jumping if she doesn't get the correct sock.. so I go to him tell him to please not speak to her and to me instead. He then tells me she cannot continue to play unless she get the sock from the sky place. No one had informed me this at the register on the contrary. If I had my sock we were good. We bought one hour and we had 20mins left. I asked " since no one told me this at the front, and we are leaving soon. Next time I'll buy it. " they denied and told me to go buy it. Thankfully I had gone w a friend of mine who watched over my daughter meanwhile so she could continue to play and I went to deal with it. I asked the owner who also said it was policy , I told her my wallet and bag was in the one time locker. She said she would refund me the money for that but I needed to buy the sock if I wanted to continue there. Long story short. My daughter played and she had fun, but she also hurt her back fork jumping an obstacle a bigger kid added to the jumping area and she tried to go over it. I wouldn't recommend for parties due to having many games that sadly look very dangerous for kids to play freely. Also the logistics of some games are obviously not safe. Maybe for older kids it's less unsafe, however I will not bring my 5 year old or anyone younger here. But if you do, honestly just be prepared. Oh!!! And don't forget to buy a sock if it's your first time or if you forgot the sock home!! So you don't end up missing out all the fun your kids having. You can purchase 1, 2 or more hours. They don't seem to care if you stay longer. They will care which sock you have. First time visiting - On a Sunday of all days. My husband wanted to bring our two year old here. So we stopped in for one hour. The tables and walk areas were clean. None of the trampolines had holes. The majority of the staff is young (teens to early 20's) they were informative on the rules in different areas, no snippy attitudes. Very nice. Although it was busy we still had a wonderful time. My two year old has never jumped on a trampoline before. She was all smiles, no tears. My husband participated with her. The bigger kids jumping nearby didn't scare her, even when they jumped into her square. I will say if you choose to bring a toddler ages (18mths - 4yrs) keep a close eye incase they get injured or if some knuckle head knocks them over. There is a small section for toddlers - separated by a large net. Of course the big kids still ventured over to jump. My 40yr old husband was doing flips and handstands the entire time in the toddler section - while keeping an eye on our child. Saving tip: remember to bring your sky zone socks to save a few extra bucks. My husband kept his from 4yrs ago, he only paid for our daughters socks. I look forward to coming back here. read more

When I got there, they informed me they no longer do 30 min jump, but could give me $5 off their $25 mins min jump. No where on the card did it state any of that information. Run the kiddos raggedy! We missed the noon balloon drop in celebration of New Year's Eve but thought the kiddos could still have a good time with their own celebration. Great for parties or small groups, Sky Zone can provide hours of entertainment, or as much of the noise as the parents can stand. Sign the waivers when you first arrive. It just takes a few minutes. Then head to pay for your pass. If you're going to jump a minute over two hours, it makes sense to get an all-day pass for $29, just $4 more. I did NOT promise the little guy that we would stay until the 9pm closing which the pass would allow! Also, if you've been before, don't forget to bring your Sky Zone socks with you to avoid another fee. There are several different areas to jump, play and have fun for the children. There's also an adult area with a tv and two recliners. But, the recliners beg you to put money in every few minutes which made me move to a less desirable chair. Be warned. It's noisy. While me and my family also visits Adventure Air Sports, Sky Zone is still a good place to be in. It's not the best, but it's good. In addition, everything seems nice, although, it can get or feel a bit dusty in certain places, but the place is mostly clean. And most of the freedom is provided in this place. However, the fact that the staff won't let us use trampoline socks outside of the Sky Zone brand that are made with the exact same material is a little disappointing. For example, Adventure Air Sports uses the same rubber material at the underneath surface of the socks. We tried to get in with those after checking in, but the staff stopped us and told us we need to wear the Sky Zone brand socks. I don't know if this is either just to promote their brand everywhere or just for money grab. The majority of the trampoline part is nice, so I decided to give a 4/5 stars. I'm shocked an establishment would allow this harassment and want everyone to know how it's ran. Kia and her owner Brian take a bad experience to an entire knew level and include harassment and lies involving kids into the mix. I went here on Sunday the 27th for my 3 year olds nephews birthday party with a group of 13 or so. After checking in we were confronted rudely and disrespectfully by manager Kia on duty. All we did was try to protect the younger 1-3 year old by bouncing beside them to keep them upright and safe and we were not told we couldn't. I left review based on my experience which I think is more than acceptable about the establishment and was retaliated against by the manager attacking my brother and I at our place of work with a insulting review involving kids. Paid for 90 minutes and the kids were bored after 30. It cost me $70 for the time which is too much for what this place has to offer. This is the smallest "park" in the area and one of the most expensive. Employees followed the kids around telling them everything they could not do which included, running between trampolines alone, jumping between them, flipping into the foam pit, dunking "too hard" on the basketball hoop and being too close to each other. $70 bucks to be chastised and forced to wear a mask at all times while employees themselves did so improperly (chin diaper) or not at all. I observed an employee attempting to discipline a child who did not have on their mask; out of line, find the parents. I wouldn't waste time or money here and will not give this a second chance. The PERFECT thing for your kids (and you!) to do on a rainy day after school. The local trampoline park in Rock Hill was closed on Tuesdays so we made the drive to Pineville, and I'm glad we did! Everything was brightly lit, clean, safe, and fun! Staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we walked into the door. Unlike other parks of this nature, line of sight is excellent throughout so it's easy to keep an eye on your kids if they decide to split up. my friends and i decided to come here for a night out, which ended badly. my friend jumped into the foam pit, went straight to the bottom. the worker sat there and stared at us while desperately trying to help her out. our friend PASSED out in the foam pit, and the worker walked away. i sat in the foam pit with her while our friends went to find someone. when they found a worker, he came to look at our friend, and genuinely just walked away and we didn't see anybody ever again. very unprofessional and in the end, our friend left with a broken tailbone and no help from the workers. read more

Love this place! The toddler bounce is great because I can watch my 2 year old bounce and jump his little heart out without fear of him getting trampled by a teenager or adult. The park and amenities are nice and great fun for kids, however we just had a fairly miserable experience. My youngest DD requested to come here for her birthday, we didn't book a party - just my two girls, to check out the new activities, zip line, rock wall, silks, etc... First negative, younger DD stumbled after the last obstacle on the trampoline then was nearly trampled by a larger kid coming right behind her. No oversight or reprimand by the teenager in charge of the trampoline area. Two of the challenge courses were too high for her to reach, so that upset her. Some of the kids using the silks would swing really wide, making it difficult for my more skittish kids to feel comfortable using them, again no oversight. Both kids wanted to leave early, only to find that the birthday girl's brand new Steve Madden cork sandals had been stolen. She literally unwrapped them three hours earlier. We did warm her not to wear them to SkyZone, I tried to keep an eye on the shoes, but with following after my girls from activity to activity, drying tears, encouraging them to try things again, watching and cheering when they actually enjoyed something, I couldn't always keep them in sight. I generally reserve my negative commentary for absolutely horrendous conditions at any establishment, but I had to share. 1. I've been to almost every other trampoline park in the Charlotte area and none of the other businesses *require* their brand of socks be used. They're all made the same with the same skid-resistant material on the bottom. Annoying. 2. They refuse small cups of water to children. This is a definite no-no for me. Water is a basic necessity and after spending $70+ to get in this place, the least they could do is give the kids a cup of their unfiltered water. Basic! 3. Staff includes a bunch of teens, which is great. But they don't come with the experience of knowing how to provide excellent customer service. 4. I bought socks for two kids, but soon after they started jumping, one of the children was called out by an employee soon for not having "Sky Zone" socks; they were from Big Air. So, I was forced to buy another pair of socks even though they are exactly the same. As if the $87 I already spent on an hour and a half of entertainment wasn't enough, gotta make it $90. On top of that obnoxious policy, the place is really crowded and the employees seem more concerned with people's socks than wild kids acting dangerously. Tonight My husband and I decided to treat our son to the trampoline park. He is 13 years old, with special needs. (Autism, nonverbal and severe sensory issues.) the trampoline park is one of his favorite places to go. If I had the money, I would make sure my son was there daily. Normal every day Life can be a challenge for him. This is one place where he can be himself and enjoy life. Unfortunately tonight was not as fun as it should have been. We paid for an hour of jump and socks for my son, then preceding to the trampolines. My son is very nervous when it comes to strangers in close proximity, jumping or moving quickly, and also anxious with loud noises. So myself and my husband need to be close to reassure him everything is okay. it was fairly crowded, my son was standing in a corner not moving trying to adjust to the scenery, noises etc. We as his parents know that when he acts this way that he needs a little extra help getting comfortable enough to jump. I went to the front desk to ask the manager if I could buy socks for my husband so he could walk my son onto the trampoline. She said that was not possible I needed to pay for my husband to job for an hour as well as socks.(if I had the extra money by all means I would have paid for the whole family to jump, but we only had enough for my son.) I informed her that my son was special-needs, and he needed a little help getting on the trampoline. My husband did not want to jump. He wanted to help my son walk onto the trampoline so he was comfortable and then my husband would get off, ( this process would take less than 2-3 minutes). and I will happily pay the four dollars for the socks. She proceeded to tell me that's not how it works. I need to pay for a sticker and socks if my husband is to go on the trampoline at all.($22) I informed her that every time I have came to this trampoline park or another park. I have had no issues when it has come to a little extra care getting my son to feel comfortable in this environment. (Usually the managers will go above and beyond to make sure he feels comfortable.) at this point the manager proceeded to tell me "this has been an issue all day, if I do that for you then I have to do that for everyone" then she stated that I take him to the TOP floor and have him jump there because I can be closer to him!!! Obviously she has no knowledge of what it is like to have a child with sensory issues. I'm not able to physically pull him from the only corner of the place he is comfortable in and take him to a higher level, which he would be completely uncomfortable in and cause him to meltdown and ruin the entire night for him. Again I tried to explain the issue to her and assured her my husband or myself just needed to help him onto the trampoline, we would not be jumping, we would not be in the middle of the trampoline we just needed to stand with him on the far corner so he was comfortable and again I was met by the same aloof response. I find it incredible that this women had no empathy for my situation. instead of the manager offering a helping hand when asked she made it more difficult who someone who already has to struggle daily and compare him to "everyone else" that had an issue that day. These places, in fact all places should have special rules for special people. In fact EVERY other trampoline park in the area (rock hill, Carlotta ) has been more than amazing with my son and other children like him. These people should be ashamed of themselves read more

Do not take your kids here. Our 11 year old was jumped by 3 kids while attending a birthday party. He was punched in the head/face 3 times. This was witnessed by an attendant as well as multiple other kids. The party was not immediately removed. Further, they were allowed to hang out in the lobby area and curse and flip off our birthday party which was moved upstairs. I was told by the manager on site that we would receive a call from the owner the next morning after he reviewed the film. We not only didn't receive a call but were told when we called that he wouldnt be available today. Further, they said they needed to go because they were understaffed and couldn't be on the phone. I'm not one to write a negative review. But we just called to reschedule a birthday party at Skyzone Pineville due to our family having COVID and was told there would be a fee for rescheduling. After asking if I thought it would be appropriate for us to come with COVID, and I guess we'd keep the date, their 16 year old manager said "ok. That's fine." IMO- This is a highly inappropriate response and no party location should be charging a fee of any amount if a family shows evidence of COVID, given there is adequate notice (one week). That's an unsafe policy. We canceled our party and rescheduled at BIG AIR who does not have a similar policy (no fee if rescheduling due to illness/positive COVID). I was called back by the main manager at Skyzone Pineville who allowed me to cancel my party with the loss of my 100$ deposit, and explained this would be a teachable moment for their staff, however their policy remains and it is more than unsafe. Didn't want the same thing to happen to anyone else and hooray for Big Air! read more
