The only thing I wish could've been improved was that the dealership could've worked with me regarding obtaining another blue car (EX-L) that was on the lot for an entire month while I was waiting for this current EX. Hoping for the best that this was not going to be like my last all day buying experience at another area Honda dealership. They are not close to where we live, but the experience made it worth going out of our way. Love, love, love, coming here for my Honda Ridgeline. They are efficient and polite. They also offer discounts when you ask them if they have any. My favorite thing about this place, is that you are assigned a service assistant that walks you through the process. I have never had to wait longer than the estimated timeframe given to me and they talk me through any potential issues with my vehicle but don't pressure me to fix it on the spot. I can go to Pep Boys or any other car servicing but I prefer to pay a little extra and pamper my truck to the first class treatment of Sport Honda. One thing to note, the location is an Automobile Park with many dealerships. I found that since it is a huge circle, while waiting for my vehicle, I just fast walk the circle of the automobile park and consider it cardio. I have now had a second great experience at Sport Honda, each time leaving me a bit stunned that it went so well. I wrote a lot below, but the short version is that I've been able to buy these cars at extremely competitive prices without having to endure all that is so unpleasant in shopping for and buying cars. I hate car shopping. Hate it. I don't like to be within a mile of a dealership out of fear that seventeen salesmen will suddenly appear, invade my personal space, follow me around, and ignore verbal and nonverbal communications for them to stop. I hate that I can't request an email quote without a non-response and nonstop emails asking for my phone number and for me to come in that day. I hate that having an explicit agreement over out-the-door price can mean nothing when you get to the dealership, and how overpriced accessories magically appear in the car. I believe this was my seventh Honda, and nearly every experience, at various dealerships, has been unpleasant (including once at Sport! But that was 2009..). Except when I purchased my 2018 Accord from Mohammad Chowdhury and now my 2021 Odyssey from Julius Crane. I went with Mohammad in 2018 because Sport's price was competitive and Mohammad was the only salesman who didn't deserve a restraining order after I emailed all the area dealerships. Sure enough, it was a pleasant experience, and I was pretty surprised. Mohammad is now the business manager and I caught up with him this time on the backend with financing and warranties. I can't say enough about Julius. I would ask him a question over email and... he would give me a direct answer. And that's it. None of that cringe-worthy stalker nonsense that I got from nearly every single other dealership. His quotes were clear and didn't include anything extraneous (or anything suggesting there would later be something extraneous). No pressure, no aggression, no games. Julius will be just fine if you don't buy a car from him, and that makes him someone from whom you should buy a car. I had already reached an OTD price with him, all over email, before getting to the dealership. Again, no pressure, no surprises when I got there. He was patient, informed, and nice to chat with. It all went smoothly. You should buy your Honda from Julius. It was really important to me that Sport now promises not to install/push any accessories unless requested. That has been a problem for me many times and I don't know if Sport loses money overall by not playing that game, but it definitely factored into my decision to buy from Sport again this time. It also didn't hurt that the quotes from Sport were at the very low end of what I got from the regional dealerships. One note: They offered me a LOT less for my trade-in than Carmax and Nico Buys Cars. It would have been convenient to have gotten that done while I was there, but that's OK. In Jan/Feb 2019 we purchased a Jeep Wrangler from a Sports Honda. Very beautiful truck but unfortunately it was a lemon. It wasn't an inexpensive vehicle and it was used. We where given a CarFax and the vehicle had approximately 49k miles on it. Fast forward to August we've kept up with oil changes and vehicle maintenance, I'm diligent in taking car of my cars. We noticed leakage in our parking space and kept smelling something burning. The vehicle isn't driven allot I only work 5 miles away from my home and that's usually when it's driven and once in a while a further. The amount of leakage kept getting larger and larger. Come to find out we purchased a lemon from Sports Honda. The car has a major oil leak and not oil is it leaking oil. A used car engine was installed in the vehicle with the junk yard number on it so there's no way they can despite that. Additionally the engine bolt was not installed properly by whoever installed the engine so eventually when we replace the engine which it's going in that direction everything will have to be taken out because of how the junk yard engine was installed in the car. There's oil leaking near the head gasket also and we are hoping that the entire engine doesn't need to be replaced at this point! We didn't even have this vehicle a year before we started experiencing this issue much less we where not told that this vehicle at 49,000 miles had a junk yard engine in it. Buyer beware because I don't think they look over the used vehicles before they sell them and no one wants to buy a lemon. I planned on purchasing a car for my daughter from them, now I wouldn't even consider it cause I don't have resources to waste! We are stuck sign the car so have to make repairs to it out of our pocket. The leakage is so bad the entire under car is oily and it has to be fixed because it's a safety hazard as in the car if sparked could catch on fire. I've attached a picture of our parking space. You can see where the leakage started off small and now that big puddle is where we are at!!! I can't make lemonades out of this lemon! Thanks allot Sports Honda!!! read more

After a long week searching for a right car, talked to the sale person, Neil, negotiated the price over the phone the day before. Show up next morning and Neil was there waiting for me at the door. I believe it's easy to be pushy and a variety of negative traits in sales. Taking time to listen to the customer and guiding them through information and the potential sale takes real skill. From there, Mark found what we wanted and had it waiting for us to test drive. He didn't ride with us. I greatly appreciate when a dealership's personnel doesn't ride along.
