I initially contacted the dealership through their website, and Zee followed up quickly. He really listened to what I was looking for and set up a test drive that was incredibly convenient for me. When I arrived, he had a car ready that matched exactly what I wanted--no runaround, no wasted time, and no trying to steer me toward something else. Zee was kind, respectful, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. What really made the experience stand out was his infectious enthusiasm for Audi--you can tell he truly loves the brand and knows the cars inside and out. He took the time to thoroughly walk me through the features of the 2026 Audi Q3 and was incredibly patient with my many (many!) questions. At no point did I feel rushed or brushed off--he made sure I understood everything. I ended up doing some price comparisons while I was thinking about the car, and Zee and the Audi of Silver Spring team were quick to respond, transparent, and ultimately beat the best price I found elsewhere. I had an overall very satisfactory experience with Audi SS. we were in the market for a very specific car (audi Q8 etron) and they had one in stock. I was impressed by the product knowledge of Aris (ev's are such a small part of sales right now). They negotiated in good faith and created a compelling offer. The true test was 2 days after the sale- one of the tires had regularly indicated low pressure on the various test drives spread over several days, but audi said it was due to the low temps. so 2 days later when it was low again I had it checked out- the tire dealer clearly indicated the leak was not patchable, and Audi quickly agreed to pay for the new tire! I will never bring my car back to this dealership. I had been going there for years and the experience has always been ok. Every time I took my car in felt like I was getting ripped off and being lied to but kept going anyway. Silly me. This last time was the final straw. I took my vehicle in for a leak in my sunroof that they claimed to have fixed two years ago. Mind you this was also a known issue for my model. Long story short they did a diagnosis on the car and came back with a quote for $600 to replace the sunroof and some other work. They explained that the warranty would only cover 65%. When we tried to get a breakdown of the charges and a better understanding of the issue we continued to get the run around. We finally got fed up and reached out to Rockville Audi who told us the exact opposite. I dropped the car off in Rockville and had it back within days, fixed, and with zero charge. Not sure how these dealers can vary so drastically in their practices. All I know is that I will not be back. Watch out for this dealership. Question everything. read more

I just wrote a whole review about my experience here but it exceeded the amount of characters allowed. So long story short, my husband bought me a beautiful preowned Audi Q3 from here, it ended up having mechanical issues as well as a leaking roof. After trying to get the issue rectified for almost 3 weeks, we opted for a refund. Ed seemed like the only person trying to help rectify the situation and I honestly couldn't understand that since he wasn't a salesman. It was almost as if he was declared their middle man since he's black and we are black. While he was really making me consider not asking my husband to continue through with a refund, I just couldn't go against the logic that I no longer trust the janky salesmen, sales managers and too much that could've been handled a much better way was not handled. We received our refund documents and Val offered us to drive the car that we no longer wanted to deal with back home, instead of offering us a ride and allowing us to turn the keys in immediately. I suggested they give us a ride and take the keys today, which they did. Usually dealerships and rentals car services do this anyway. I truly struggle with understanding if they were just racist or lacked the common sense to withhold an upstanding customer experience. If you are looking for quality trustworthy service from a well known brand do not waste your time going here. Also, I took a look at the one star reviews on google and it solidified my beliefs and told me we made the right decision in our refund. Bought a car here and service with them. With my my car in warranty I complaint about the heated steering wheel and whoever evaluates the car I was told. Did you press this button, the temperature affects the function, the temperature needs to be in a certain temperature etc. all the bs they told me that shows that they will not look at it. This happens 3 times and I brought it to a garage that it's not a dealership and they just change the freaking fuse. That's how bad this place is. There's another situation that my radiator fluid goes low quick and they quote me 3K to diagnose and fix. And again, I have it check with other mechanic and guess what. It's only a crack hose and I was charge with the part and labor which cost less than $500. When your car is in warranty they don't want to fix your car if it's out of warranty then they can fix it for hefty price. read more

A very nice person, had the vehicle checked to ensure sensors were working properly and had me in and out in about an hour. Update and check were under warranty, so no charge for the service, and they even gave it a quick wash. My service consultant, Max R., was absolutely awesome and went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. Over 100k mileage and needed a good bit of 'checkup/maintenance'. I was in S.S. from out of town and was accommodated quickly to fix a laundry list of things. I had to head back home where he took initiative upon himself to finish a minor detail in the grand scheme of things to get the well needed service complete. They treated me well. I purchased a used car there in August and had an issue with it in December. I believe that the issue had to do with some work that was done on the car as they were prepping it for sale. When I spoke with Tom Schweiss, Sales Manager,about it, he got in touch with their service department and they agreed to fix it at no cost to me. They could have denied that their guys caused the issue and it would have been difficult to prove they did. Instead, they took the high road and fixed the situation. I would buy there again. But from waiting 2 weeks for my appointment, dropping off the car and not hearing from them for almost another 2 weeks and being told I am a liar and didn't make an appointment. Also to having the problem reoccur less than 3 weeks after "it was fix" and being told they couldn't find out what wrong and telling me I would be charged an extra $800 for another diagnostic was outlandish to me. I have a 2023 Q8. Six hours into my drive coming to DC, I get a driver system malfunction and then a check engine light. I am only in DC for the weekend and have to be back home down south on Monday. I went to this service department bay area with my check engine light still illuminated. Got out my vehicle and was immediately taken care of. The service advisor, Peter Heard, assisted me. He turned my vehicle on and the engine light was gone! I was surprised! It just magically disappeared! But, Peter gave me a great peace of mind and had the service technicians thoroughly check my Q8. They found it to be a turbo under-boost! Peter got me squared away. He was very phenomenal, professional, and understood me! I wish I could take him back to my Audi service department back in GA. They promptly greeted me, took my info and assured me they would fix the issues w the car. I am reviewing their service department. This review is solely in regards to their level of customer service. I will update you all once I get my car back regarding their level of maintenance. That is if anything comes up. I took my Audi to the service center at this dealership. My Audi was reading the maximum "H" on the engine temperature reader. I panicked because I thought my car's engine would overheat and blow up. I called the dealership and they told me that I would need to bring it in as soon as possible. They did not have any open reservations, but they were willing to work with me. They were professional and very concerned for my well being. They told me to bring the car so that I would not drive the car if anything were to happen. Once I took my car in, they were very flexible with my emergency situation. The cost of service is 1,500! :( but I am just so glad they were able to pinpoint the problem with my car. read more

Their service team really seems to appreciate my loyalty and they are always exceeding my expectations. They have kept my 2012 R8V10 in top condition and they have completely rebuilt my 2003 RS6 including a partial engine rebuild, a new transmission, new brakes and now we are replacing axles. Maintaining a 17 year old car with 450 HP and two turbos takes a team of professionals. They were able to track down a new axle for me in Germany. Love this team! Audi is truth in engineering. I have been seeing Phil Lozano in the service department for years for my 2011 A4. So when I was on the market for a new car, I thought of the folks at Audi Silver Spring. I called for James Chase in Sales, as my husband and I have relations with him and Phil, but he was no longer there. I met with Muhammad Uddin, whom took care of me and allowed me to drive the vehicle as I normally would instead of your boring standard test drive. I left with a 2018 S4 the same day off my appointment. There were issues related to the vehicle and paperwork due to the back end of the dealership but the GM, Michael DiGiovanni took care of the issues and gave my husband and I the confidence in management to resolve any problems. If you're looking for a personable sales team that genuinely care about their customers, I recommend you look for Mo, Haley and Julian from Sales. If you want someone who'll take care of your car like yourself and is knowledgeable about the brand for servicing, I highly recommend seeking out Phil in Service. I would not trust anyone else with my Audi. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I found the car I wanted through TrueCar. I made an offer, checked the availability, and had a sales consultant reach out to me for an appointment. I set up my appointment 2 days after I made the offer and established contact with the consultant. The day of, I drive all the way around the beltway (90 minutes). When I arrive on time, I'm told by the sales manager that the appointment wasn't on their system. Furthermore the consultant that texted me and emailed me, the one I confirmed the appointment with, was off that day. Fine, not a big deal. The sales manager decides to help. After about 5 minutes, he tells me he has bad news. The car was sold 45 minutes ago. Literally, the whole reason I drove an hour and a half for, was sold less than an hour ago because either the sales consultant didn't put in my appointment or their system is screwed up. I'd expect more from a luxury car dealership. No one even tried to make amends and they had NOTHING else similar to the vehicle I was looking for. They didn't even try. Regardless of the issue, in my line of work, we understand that technology isn't fool-proof, so we have analog means to manage our work as a backup. Just pencil someone in on a desk calendar when you book an appointment. If you sell the car, fine, but you just wasted 3 hours of my time driving there and driving back. I'll never go here again, even if they have my dream car. Extremely unprofessional, unapologetic, and literally speechless because they screwed me over... I'm still in disbelief. read more

One of the best customer service at a dealer's service. Serviced my car twice in a period of one month(regular maintenance service and a recall/warranty one). Both service advisors(Christian and Peter) were extraordinary professional and cared about my needs. They went above and beyond to fulfill all my needs and make sure all my repairs were taken care of. They were dealing with insurance company, with 3rd party warranty company. Everything went smooth and I really liked the idea of recording of video when the work is being done on my car, so I can know and see what's going on. Very nice experience and I do appreciate all the care and follow-ups ! There are some Audi dealerships out there who won't guarantee you loaner cars when you come and leave your car for repairs, but Audi Silver Spring Service is on top of that and will provide you a good loaner car on time. I was skeptical about my husband towing his A4 for service to this shop when we normally go to Rockville. Silver Spring was a shorter tow so we went with this dealership. We had some VERY COSTLY $$$$ communication issues - not to mention this was at the beginning of the COVID-19 shut down- and I came with my husband to pick up the vehicle and get those issues resolved. Christian Fotos-Lawton went above and beyond to resolve the miscommunication and eat the cost personally. Thanks Audi Silver Spring for not making me lose my cool on my husband's behalf. Never use this dealership other than routine maintenance. Their lack of responsiveness and communication is appalling. I have a Q5 that was towed to the dealership on Mon, April 8th because it was undriveable due to rats chewing on wires under the hood. The service appointment was set for 1pm that day. I heard nothing from the dealership until I received a text message on Wed, April 10th that contained a video showing the rat damage. The message said that my service advisor would contact me re: next steps. I never heard back. I called the dealership on Fri, April 12th to get a status and learned that the parts had not yet been ordered. I was told that they would be ordered that day and should arrive on Mon, April 15th. I also stated that I would be needing the car on Thurs, April 18th for Easter vacation. I called on the 15th and received no call return call. I called again on Tues, April 16th and again left a message. No response. Called yet again on the 17th and finally received a text message that my service advisor is not in but would find details and let me know. No loaner car was provided by the dealership so thus I am forced to rent a car at my expense. Looks like I will also be using a rental car for my vacation. Other neighbors with Audis have had similar rat infestation issues (welcome to living in DC). They have taken their cars to other Audi dealerships, were provided a loaner cars and their cars were repaired and returned to them in a maximum of three business days.
