They are eager to get you feeling better and are comforting and informative. That being said, this stem cell treatment did not work for me. I went into it with high expectations, and 8 months after I started treatment, my symptoms are not continuing to improve, but are coming back. I went to QC Kinetics for arthritis in my right wrist (I am currently 37f). The arthritis had been progressing for two years and besides some pretty aggressive medicine the Rheumatologist recommended, I thought I would give stem cell treatment a go. By the time I got to QC Kinetics, I couldn't bend my wrist or grip anything in my hand without having pain. The pain was very bad, it was constant - all day, every day. I began treatment in January and with each treatment/injection at QC Kinetics, I did see a little improvement, it wasn't until after the second to last injection (March) and 8 weeks of physical therapy that I was able to bend my wrist and have most function back without much pain. I was thrilled at the improvement I saw! I was told that it wouldn't be until 9 months for me to see the full effects of the injections. Which, admittedly, they didn't tell me until the second to last treatment. I will say, even with the improvements I saw with my mobility and regaining strength, I was still experiencing pain in my wrist. Although I was able to do much more than when I started, I still unable to do some of the things I was hoping to do without pain (picking up my children, playing cornhole, bowling - to name a few). In the last couple of weeks, I have seen a dramatic increase of pain and inflammation come back to my wrist (it is now August - 7 months from the beginning of treatment). The activities I have regained since starting treatment have been halted and I fear I will be back to wearing a brace and seeing the rheumatologist for further treatment options. I am disappointed in this turn of events and thought that I would continue to see improvement, as I'm still in the 9 month window for healing. If my wrist improves in the next couple of months I will revise this review, but at this point I want to be up front and honest. I am disappointed in the time and energy and money invested into this treatment option only to start regressing in my healing. I honestly wouldn't refer anyone to this sort of treatment if they have arthritis. It cost me $8,000 out of pocket for this treatment, and at this point in time, I do not feel the juice is worth the squeeze.

My husband and I both go to this clinic as well and have learned if we need anything to just stop by the office, otherwise we spend more time on the phone vs. just getting it done. I had my appointment and exam, was told my prescriptions would be refilled and it never happened for over a month. I went without medication during that time which is not good. Then I was going to the Chandler office off Dobson. It started out good, until once again, I need refills of my medication. I made my appointment, saw the doctor, and was told my prescriptions will be sent in. I wait and wait, nothing happens. I call and they do not let you talk to the actual office; the phone reps will only take messages that seem to get nowhere. They said to send messages through the patient portal, but that doesn't do any good either. Nobody responds to anything sent in through there. You waste your time and money to see them and do your part as a patient, but they do not uphold their part. So once again, I will be out of medication. I will definitely discourage anyone from seeking medical care from there. Now, I will have to take more time off work to drive to the physical office to see if I can get them to do their part as a medical provider.

Dr. Leah Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of my treatment plan. She used a combination of manual therapy, targeted exercises, and heat therapy, which significantly improved my mobility and reduced my pain. After just a few sessions, I noticed a dramatic improvement in my range of motion and a reduction in pain. Moreover she cares about patient's well being, and after each visit you get a summary of your treatment emailed, in addition to flexible timings to accommodate my busy schedule. I would high recommend AZ Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for all those in need of Physical Therapy and other related services.

Based on his excellent reviews, I saw Dr. Uddin. He had me get an X-ray and found that I had bone spurs. He prescribed physical therapy. I worked with Ari Goldstein, the physical therapist in Dr. Uddin's office. After several visits, the shoulder problem essentially cleared up. I would put my recovery at 99 percent; I occasionally feel an ache. I have since seen Ari for sciatic pain and balance therapy. He is excellent. The people in this office are warm and helpful. If you are in pain, Dr. Uddin might well be able to help you. I would certainly see him before opting for surgery.

After a hiking incident, I received a ACL reconstruction using my quad tendon, meniscal repair, and some other things, so I needed physical therapy to be able to walk again. Over the past year, my experience working with Sheree, Shay and Melanie was AMAZING! They were attentive, supportive, flexible, motivational and made my recovery process enjoyable. Spending 2-3 hours doing this recovery was not always fun, I cried sometimes, but this staff made me feel safe and comfortable. Along side Sheree, Shay and Melanie's care, the techs, James, Ethan and Julio, and receptionist, Yessenia, were also a pleasure to work with. They honestly felt like a family in the end. I LOVE this office, and would recommend to anyone dealing with physical pain, or a post-operative recovery. I am moving out of state, which is the only reason we're ending care, and they gave me more exercises to work on! Knee surgery & recovery is a tough long process, so having people who are GREAT at what they do, and create an enjoyable environment is HUGE! Thank youuu to Athletico Chandler! Love you!

My first appointment was just two weeks after surgery. There was an initial screening conducted by the Clinic Manager. From that an individualized treatment program was established and an initial set of home exercises was printed out for me to do every day. I had appointments at Athletico twice a week. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about assigning therapy appropriate for my current ability yet guiding me to the next level. During the 11 weeks of Physical Therapy (PT) they lead me through a series of progressively challenging exercises to strengthen my knee and associated muscles. I was also taught how to become cognizant of habits that were limiting my recovery. I enjoyed each session and was totally wiped out when I got home. The environment is one of serious therapy but includes music and playful bantering among everyone in the room. The key to success is showing up for scheduled appointments on time and eager to perform coupled with doing the prescribed home exercises religiously. Your level of success is directly proportional to your level of commitment to becoming physically healthy and strong. I also wanted to add that their billing process works very well. I compared each bill that I received to what my insurance identified as 'patient responsibility' and they matched perfectly. Online payment is simple.
