I've had two major injuries and some minor problems in the past few years…read more I've been to three different physical therapy offices and this is the one that has solved all of them! Every single person who works here has treated me with respect and has demonstrated a commitment to figuring out what to do to return me to fully functioning. At one point I hadn't been able to walk unassisted for over two years due to lower leg and ankle injuries and a surgery, and now I'm fully able to do that. I also have had a number of back issues including a fractured vertebrae and age related disc deterioration. It's amazing the amount of pain relief and return to normal functioning I've achieved due to the treatment here. The approach here each session includes personalized manual therapy and manipulation (so much more in terms of time and effectiveness than other offices) and a personalized exercise program, with attention paid to comfort level, correct implementation, and increased improvement. They provide take home illustrations to support continuing at home progress. They are skilled in Graston and needling therapies and I've seen patients ranging from teens to their 90s, with a wide range of challenges in their office, and everyone has been receiving personalized attention. After a hiking incident, I received a ACL reconstruction using my quad tendon, meniscal repair, and some other things, so I needed physical therapy to be able to walk again. Over the past year, my experience working with Sheree, Shay and Melanie was AMAZING! They were attentive, supportive, flexible, motivational and made my recovery process enjoyable. Spending 2-3 hours doing this recovery was not always fun, I cried sometimes, but this staff made me feel safe and comfortable. Along side Sheree, Shay and Melanie's care, the techs, James, Ethan and Julio, and receptionist, Yessenia, were also a pleasure to work with. They honestly felt like a family in the end. I LOVE this office, and would recommend to anyone dealing with physical pain, or a post-operative recovery. I thought I'd check them out today about getting some more flexability, etc in my old body...It did not go well. They ask me intially and today do I have insurance and I said I would just rather pay cash. So on their forms they wrote no insurance. I,looking over the forms, wrote in I do have insurance I just prefer to pay cash. Sometimes insurance is just not worth piddling with. When I get to the front counter with their forms, they saw my corrections and asked 'you do have insurance?' I'm say yes I do have insurance I just prefer to pay cash for this. Then she starts with 'well if you have insurance we can't give you the pay cash rate which is $80 per session. We'd have to charge you a lot more like $300 a session.' Of course I asked why? She just said I wanna pay cash and I have insurance they have to charge me more. That makes no sense. So I said 'I lie to you and tell you I have no insurance it's $80 but since I corrected your form and told you the truth that I do have insurance, I just prefer to pay cash, now you're saying it's not $80 it'll be $300+? Make that make sense. I look at her and I say so if I lie to you it'll be $80? She says well now she knows I have insurance so it's be the $300+ if I still want to pay cash. By now I'm tweakin'. I never said I don't have insurance. I simply said I'll pay cash the entire time from the initial conversation forward. But since I was honest and corrected their form to say I do have insurance but I still prefer to pay cash, now they're saying it's $300 a visit or use my insurance. I ask why and she shrugged the ole 'I dunno'. I stood there perplexed trying to figure out are they trying to scam me or scam the insurance? If $80 bucks is ok as a cash payment, it should be ok for everyone. I told her to shred my forms and walked out. If you have a policy and can't explain it to the consumer, that's a bullshit policy.

I paid almost $300 for an initial assessment. I waited painfully in the waiting room seeing the staff talking amongst themselves while they were doing treatments. One staff member was using the patient machines. My assigned physical therapist finally came to greet me 20 minutes after my appointment start time. He looked me over for about 5 minutes then put me onto exercises. The whole time I was doing them, he was talking personal patient information with another staff member right in front of me. He wandered around chattering with the other staff. Not paying any attention to me to see if I was doing my exercises correctly or needed guidance. Even while he was massaging my back I could see him gesturing to another staff member while I was talking to him. I paid good money to come get one on one care to improve my acute back pain, to only receive the complete opposite. I ended up canceling all my future appointments to go to a different facility. The receptionist was so kind when I called to cancel that I didn't have the heart to tell her the real reason I didn't want to return. I was going to let it be. Then I received an additional bill stating I owed more money for that absolutely terrible assessment! I couldn't believe it. It saddens me to see that this is an acceptable level of care and service at this facility by licensed practitioners. I hope the managers see this and try to improve for any future pain suffers that may come to your facility.

From 2 weeks before 1st visit to 18 visits over the past 5 weeks we were "waiting" for their business office to get the prior auth, so they had us pay the cash-pay rate. They have yet to even request a prior Auth from insurance, have yet to return any of the 10 calls with messages (live person taking message, entering "ticket" and saying "someone will call you back today"). Zero calls back from billing business office. Zero calls back from clinic director or leadership. They lied. Misrepresented to the patient that they would get the prior Auth. They never even tried. Insurance has verified repeatedly that it was never even attempted.
