At the end of my therapy session they iced my knees connected to some device. This was supposed to last 15 minutes. 43 minutes later one of the ice bags falls on the floor and one of them came to put it back. I then asked if that was supposed to be that long and he said no. They said they didn't hear the timer. This is was over staffed at the time and there were more clients than employees. I was really mad to fact that they didn't care. They were too busy talking amongst themselves or watching tv. They really don't care. I will never go back and will talk to my physician whom highly recommended this place. What a disappointment. Lack of senior staff that understands that people have other commitments and they should value my time and my health.

Foothills provided EXCELLENT rehab care for them at the time, starting in the early 2000s. My husband has used them multiple times for PT for bilateral knees, shoulders, his R elbow and hand injuries that he suffered as a police officer. Now that he is retired, we are planning for his next surgery (lol) and his PT will be done there as well. Personally, I have had multiple injuries that I needed rehab for (shoulders, knees, hip) over the years. I just hurt my right hip and had to rehab it for six weeks. I went from feeling very weak to feeling VERY STRONG in a very short time! I had Dr. Tori and Garrett as my primary PTs, but in observing the entire staff, I could use EVERY SINGLE PT here. Brook and Dr. Vince are impressive, and the PT assistants are as well! They print out the home exercises and they have an app they use that can even show you VIDEOS of how to do the exercises at home, in case you forget (like I did in early days). The front desk staff is kind, intelligent, and very efficient! I can check-in online and pay my copays before I even get there so I just walk in and sit and wait to be called by my PT. I give FOOTHILLS PT in South Chandler 10 out of 5 stars, and cannot recommend them enough. They have a combination of care, professionalism, and efficiency that is almost unheard of today. I highly recommend them for all your PT needs!

I'd like to start by saying that I love the idea of this healing concept and every single person at…read moreQC Kinetics was such a joy to work with. They are eager to get you feeling better and are comforting and informative. That being said, this stem cell treatment did not work for me. I went into it with high expectations, and 8 months after I started treatment, my symptoms are not continuing to improve, but are coming back. I went to QC Kinetics for arthritis in my right wrist (I am currently 37f). The arthritis had been progressing for two years and besides some pretty aggressive medicine the Rheumatologist recommended, I thought I would give stem cell treatment a go. By the time I got to QC Kinetics, I couldn't bend my wrist or grip anything in my hand without having pain. The pain was very bad, it was constant - all day, every day. I began treatment in January and with each treatment/injection at QC Kinetics, I did see a little improvement, it wasn't until after the second to last injection (March) and 8 weeks of physical therapy that I was able to bend my wrist and have most function back without much pain. I was thrilled at the improvement I saw! I was told that it wouldn't be until 9 months for me to see the full effects of the injections. Which, admittedly, they didn't tell me until the second to last treatment. I will say, even with the improvements I saw with my mobility and regaining strength, I was still experiencing pain in my wrist. Although I was able to do much more than when I started, I still unable to do some of the things I was hoping to do without pain (picking up my children, playing cornhole, bowling - to name a few). In the last couple of weeks, I have seen a dramatic increase of pain and inflammation come back to my wrist (it is now August - 7 months from the beginning of treatment). The activities I have regained since starting treatment have been halted and I fear I will be back to wearing a brace and seeing the rheumatologist for further treatment options. I am disappointed in this turn of events and thought that I would continue to see improvement, as I'm still in the 9 month window for healing. If my wrist improves in the next couple of months I will revise this review, but at this point I want to be up front and honest. I am disappointed in the time and energy and money invested into this treatment option only to start regressing in my healing. I honestly wouldn't refer anyone to this sort of treatment if they have arthritis. It cost me $8,000 out of pocket for this treatment, and at this point in time, I do not feel the juice is worth the squeeze.

Dr. Leah Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of my treatment plan. She used a combination of manual therapy, targeted exercises, and heat therapy, which significantly improved my mobility and reduced my pain. After just a few sessions, I noticed a dramatic improvement in my range of motion and a reduction in pain. Moreover she cares about patient's well being, and after each visit you get a summary of your treatment emailed, in addition to flexible timings to accommodate my busy schedule. I would high recommend AZ Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for all those in need of Physical Therapy and other related services.

Based on his excellent reviews, I saw Dr. Uddin. He had me get an X-ray and found that I had bone spurs. He prescribed physical therapy. I worked with Ari Goldstein, the physical therapist in Dr. Uddin's office. After several visits, the shoulder problem essentially cleared up. I would put my recovery at 99 percent; I occasionally feel an ache. I have since seen Ari for sciatic pain and balance therapy. He is excellent. The people in this office are warm and helpful. If you are in pain, Dr. Uddin might well be able to help you. I would certainly see him before opting for surgery.

I say professionals because although the atmosphere is fun and uplifting and positive, the attention to care, and comfort, and helping their patients get back to optimal health is astounding, and truly professional level! I train in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and I've been working on my overall health and wellness since I am over 40 which means that I have to pay more attention to my body and injuries than I was when I was 25. Also training Brazilian jiu-jitsu adds an additional level of care and attention to detail when it comes to preventing or healing from injuries. Optimize you performance covered pretty much everything that I needed from an initial consult, to ultrasound, ordering MRIs, x-rays, physical therapy, shockwave therapy, or supplemental needs. It is a tremendous help that they are also very knowledgeable in the sports medicine field, which means that it's important to get you close to 100% as possible, not just 60-75% like the standard healthcare system. My PCP (not at optimize) wants me to be active, but doesn't want me to do jiu-jitsu, so he didn't really offer much help in regards to preventing future injuries without leaving the sport. At optimize, they understood the level of passion that an aspiring or career athlete has with their sport, and they seek to help them become the best version of themselves to continue to perform and compete, rather than only providing one option! I have referred multiple friends and family members to optimize you performance for old guys like me feeling the pains of training jiu-jitsu, or others, just looking to heal from injuries or find alternative options to surgery or other severely invasive procedures. If it were possible to give them 10 stars I would! Truly appreciative for everyone in that office!
