I had physical therapy with CeCe and Amanda after breaking my foot and having surgery. We set goals, and I was provided a tailored recovery plan. They were incredibly supportive and encouraging and gave me effective exercises at their location and to do at home that promoted my recovery. I'd highly recommend their services. My son had 6 physical therapy sessions at the Chandler location. His therapist is ok. But dealing with the billing team is a NIGHTMARE. Of the 6 appointments, 5 are billed to insurance and one not billed at all. And the 5 that were billed, were billed incorrectly causing my insurance to deny the claims. I called multiple times to tell them the claims were denied due to missing, invalid, or incorrect modifier. Once they corrected this, my insurance processed the claims the next day. The one claim that was not submitted, my insurance company and I called multiple times asking them to re-submit the claim. They just won't do it. This claim was from June 13, 2023. They said they need to wait 30-45 business days before re-submitting. Dealing with the billilng team, Ginger then Lisa is a nightmare. There are so many other PT places, look elsewhere. I was referred to 360 by a friend so I called to make an appointment and left a message with my name and phone number. It's now a week later and still no call. My friend also left a message and after 2 days when she did not get a call, she drove down there to speak to someone in person. She was told they are not taking new patients. So when I left a message stating I was a new patient, they had no intent of calling me back. I find it very rude and unprofessional to treat your referrals that way. read more

I've spent the past 18 months organizing my life to avoid COVID infection including getting vaccinated as soon as possible. I was a patient at 360PT, a few years ago, prior to their acquisition by Gryphon Investors in September of 2021, and was very pleased with all aspects of their clinical operations. I was recently prescribed Physical Therapy through my Orthopedic surgeon, so didn't hesitate to call 360 PT once again. What a huge mistake! I made several attempts to call and make an initial appointment, and kept getting "leave -a- message" responses, to which I would respond, but never receive a call back. I finally reached a human being after 2 days. She scheduled my appointment and took my insurance information. The next day, and for 3 days after, I received rude, uninformed calls from a person named Hannah requesting updated insurance information or my appointment would be cancelled or I would have to pay in cash. I called after the first threat from Hannah, once again gave Nate my insurance information, and received a rude call the very next day, stating the same thing! I called back to cancel the whole thing and to express how disappointed I was with this whole merry-go-round, and Nate just kept responding, "Yes, Ma'am, you have a nice rest of your day." No apology, no explanation, not even a walk through the clinic door! This clinic obviously does not care about patients or customer service, but cares deeply about billing and accounts payable. I got the sense that my therapist didn't really know how to approach my issue (pain in right hip) and was just trying random things. He put me on the recumbent bike, had me doing squats and other leg exercises, and some stretches. After two sessions, I feel worse than when I started and have chosen not to go back. Also, after waiting in the waiting room for nearly 20 minutes into my 2nd session session (admittedy, I was a few minutes late--less than 5), I find that he is working with me AND another patient during my therapy time!! So he's got me doing squats and exercises and recumbent bike while he works with another patient! Probably billing us both for the hour! I would not recommend this place. read more

I started going to physical therapy at this location because it offered water therapy for a sore knee. I went for a month and stopped because knee pain was better. They charged me $80 for every time i was in, (which was twice a week) because it was the beginning of the year and i hadn't met my deductible yet. I started back at this location in August, for the other knee because i was familiar with location and I liked the therapists. They wanted me there twice a week again at $80 every time i was there and I advised I would be there once a week and do the therapy at home every day. Upon open enrollment with my company in November, I discovered, (while looking for a better insurance plan that would be less copay when i walk in) that i had a $324 CREDIT.... with 360 Physical Therapy!! A small portion of it was from January...JANUARY!! AND THEY FAILED TO LET ME KNOW!! I called the billing dept to ask why they were still charging me $80 every time i walked in when i had a credit. They said it was an oversight. I asked why they didn't let me know about the credit and Ashley said it was an oversight again!! See, I live alone, I have Muscular Dystrophy , and knew i needed to go to pt but it was tight on my budget and decided to quit going because charges and very small results. I told them I wanted a check for the credit sent right away or I would come and pickup the check. They said no, that it had to be cleared and it would take 2 weeks and then it would be another 1-2 weeks before i get the check. MY money, I had to wait a month for!!! Upon checking YELP i have come to know this billing dept is terrible there are complaints for 2017 & 2019 over the same thing!!! I feel bad for the elderly that don't know and don't check into this because this company is taking your money!!!! They would of kept my money if I wouldn't of called!!! Just FYI for anyone needing physical therapy. Mauli the therapist was nice but i had to constantly let her know i was done and had to share my time with someone else. read more

I went there for VRT and left even dizzier than I was when I came in. I paid a $40 copay which is what my Medicare plan required. In the meantime, they have been texting me (!!!!) with a bill for over $200 they say I still owe because "my coverage lapsed." Im on Medicare and my health plan hasn't lapsed. This is a billing scam organization. I will warn my docs who referred me there to be alert to this. read more

I worked with Namita for about 7 months give or take and she was just great. I highly recommend her and the other therapists in this facility. I loved Namitas energy and her way of caring. She took the best care of me and always made sure my needs were met, both psychically and emotionally. Serious issues with timely refunds. My complaint, the reason only 1 star....the management company that handles billing & insurance for 360. To make a long story short....I am due a refund after my insurance paid. I have spent hours on the phone every month (January, February, March, April, May) asking about my refund. Every time they say, "...next month..." they'll issue a refund. I've spoken to Jessica and to Ashley, a supervisor, as well as Nicole (Ashley's supervisor). They all assured me the check would be mailed out. It is now May 14th, and still no refund check. I will NEVER use or recommend 360 PT because of this. read more

I have developed some arthritis in my neck so my doctor had me go to 360 physical therapy. I was very happy with the Therapist that I worked with. She gave me some great daily exercises that have really helped control the pain that I was experiencing. read more

I have a problem with my hip. My therapist Lauren is great. She has provided me with exercises that are improving my hip. She has also given me ideas to take back to the gym so that I can work there on my improvement. As far as double booking, I do not have a problem with her working with me and another patient. She gives me my exercises then goes to the other person for thier exercises or situation (massage, etc). I went to another PT place after breaking my leg (4 yrs ago) and I worked with the therapist only 3 times over 6 weeks. Then they had an uncertified person giving me my exercises. My therapist always has time for working on the muscle damage-massage. She is encouraging and helpful. Within 4 visits I have seen definate improvement. I should only need a few more. I have never had to wait more then 3 or 4 minutes tops. I went ot the Chandler facility. I did have to wait a week to get an appointment. read more

I was here for my low back pain in 2012 with Pablo as my therapist. I came in with very tight muscles and very a cute pain pain. After six weeks, I left feeling loose, flexible, and pain-free. In 2016, I am here for knee and hip pain. Due to a bad case of OA in my knee, I developed a bad gait that caused very bad hip pain. My therapist is Michael and after 4 sessions, the pain has greatly diminished. I have more sessions to go, but I am fully confident will finish my sessions with minimal or no collateral pain. I've never had a bad experience at 360 and highly recommend it. You work 1:1 with your therapist for the entire hour and never share the therapist with another patient during your appointment. The front office staff is cheerful, courteous, and helpful. Overall, an A+ experience! read more

I went to my doctor for an injury and he referred me to 360 Physical Therapy for a sprained ankle. I went there twice and so disappointed with the lack of knowledge and expertise for helping my injury. I only went here twice and will never go back! The only reason why 360 is getting a one is because my therapist was very friendly but not knowledgeable. She asked me several questions about my injury which I told her I'm in a lot of pain, my ankle is still swollen and discolored a month after my injury. She had me do exercises and stretches but I always left there in more pain. So I stopped and went to a specialist. I went to a podiatrist and before he did an x-ray and ultra sound, he could tell something was wrong. The tests confirmed that it was not a sprain but a fracture with a torn ligament. My two visits with the physical therapist was a waste of time and money and just made my injury worse. It's unfortunate that the trained physical therapist and my doctor could not see that my injury was more than a sprained ankle with the amount of questions they asked and the deformity of my ankle. read more

During my initial visit I felt that the physical therapist did give me a thorough evaluation and explained what she thought was going on and the goals of the therapy. And I did appreciate that I always worked with a physical therapist and wasn't passed off to a physical therapy assistant after my initial appointment. However, after the first appointment, there was overlap with other patients (I'd arrive and she was finishing with the last patient, so she'd leave that patient to get me started.. and then I would still be there and her next patient would arrive, and she'd leave me there for a bit to get that patient started). Sometimes the interruptions were brief, other times not, depending on what was going on with the patient. Frequently, the physical therapists would congregate while watching their patients do their exercises and converse/complain about how many patients that had to see in a day or in a week. And I think they were feeling overworked. And like other reviewers said, it was like a conveyor belt. I had been going there for a few weeks and making good progress but was nowhere near healed, and out of the blue my physical therapist announced it was my last day, even though I had plenty of visits left through my insurance company. They must cut people off at a certain number of weeks, either to appease the insurance companies or to not get on the radar of the insurance companies. I would not go there again. read more

I have been here a few times over the last 8 years (I also spent some time at the one in South Chandler. Each time I have been very lucky to have great physical therapists. You can tell they care about their patients and want to motivate them and help them out. I have read other reviews and while there is a bit of a lack of privacy and the place is busy, I never felt that my Physical Therapist (currently Mary), was not responsive to my needs. I have seen patients bonding and encouraging each other as they are separated by what their ailments are. I have been to several physical therapists over the years (more than I would like to count), and I like 360 the best. read more

This place is like a sweatshop slash conveyor belt of staff and patients. Therapist doesn't bother to introduce themselves, the waiting room is overrun with patients. No privacy in the treatment rooms where you can hear every other patient and therapist conversation around you. I have been coming to 360 PT in Chandler for several years for my back, hand, shoulder and knee. I am now in their "Wellness Program" so I now come in and work my own with help from a PT if I have a question or concern. I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and they seem to genuinely care about their patients. I have watched the PT's deal with some very difficult Clients and cases with kindness and caring. They are also fun and will joke around and tease each other appropriately, creating a positive, upbeat atmosphere. Without them, I would not be walking or getting around as well as I do. Went thru months of PT at the sun lakes facility. Great team but their billing practices are failing miserably. Over paid one month after treatment was complete. She provided me with excellent outstanding patient services assisting me with coordination of medical care in regards to my insurance coverages and with the medical assistant at the spine center facility that I attend for treatment. She demonstrated great care and concern as well. She thoroughly answered all my questions in regards to my current need of the after Physical Therapy Care which is the Wellness Program. read more

Didn't like the first therapist I had. Could barely understand her. There is always a long wait. The waiting area is not big enough and people wind up standing around. They double book therapists so be prepared to share. The only reason they get two stars is because they have a pool and that's a big plus if your doctor prescribes it. I have had shoulder problems for years now, I went to see PT Matt Schultz at the end of February this guy did a phenomenal job! He was professional, knowledgeable & always positive. During the course of treatment I tore my calf training for a triathlon. Well, Needless to say with proper treatment I am competing in my first cycling race of the year on April 11 El Tour De Mesa & Good to go for my first ever Ironman later this year! My therapist was great but this business practices of this company sucks. They don't tell you if your visits aren't 100% covered and to bypass that you are told you've signed an agreement to pay what insurance doesn't. For me, that ended up being $248/week!! I've never had a business charge me what insurance didn't pay. Usually, at least decent companies just accept the insurance payment. If they had said at the beginning because THEY KNEW at my first appt what insurance was capping amount of visit, I wouldn't have gone. Instead they hide behind you signing their agreement full well knowing you have to pay. Make sure you know before beginning if your insurance covers you or you'll get a $700 Bill for one month like Me! Not happy at all read more

I started PT for low back pain. Immediately the pain got much worse. I continued believing in the physical therapist. Then I got really sick and missed two visits and the front desk receptionist was so rude and disrespectful about it. She needs some training in empathy and customer service. I have gone for therapy of both my shoulder and my feet, both times I had Fabian as My therapist, he is excellent. so far, my shoulder has improved about 85%...still working on rehab after foot surgery. I would recommend this location and therapist to anyone! read more

I cannot speak for all the therapists at 360PT but I worked with several; Mark was my primary. When I started going I was in a wheelchair, short distances on crutches, in an external fixator (lower left leg), and allowed to walk in a pool, chest deep. I started with the aquatherapy and took my first crutchless steps in months in the pool. The aquatherapists were incredibly supportive when I tried, increased my exercises when I felt strong and were understanding when I became frustrated. I became approved to use crutches more often and Mark helped me to do that on dry land. He 'walked' me through first using one crutch then using none. Mark never treated me like a child or worked 'down' to me: when I needed to ease it back he did and when I could do more he helped me work more. He treated me with great respect. After PT I was sore. During Mark's torturous manipulations of my foot (the muscles had beef jerkied while my foot was locked in that terrible fixator) I was in pain. He never said he was proud of me or really vocally encouraging in any way. He showed me, by smiling and laughing when I surprised myself at my progress on the easier exercises, how far I had come and in many ways Mr. Miyagi-ed me into walking and allowing me to see and experience my own progress. Mark was the best kind of coach for me, although the 'massages' were definitely painful. There may be a better PT but this one, and Mark, helped me walk again. *side note: the referral bonus for referring my brother went to my brother! C'mon, 360PT. read more

The physical therapist came off as aloof and was not professional nor knowledgeable in treating my injury. Physically she needed to treat herself first before she would be qualified to treat patients. She had both bad knees and ankles, which didn't inspire much confidence. My husband had just had meniscus surgery and needed therapy right away per his surgeon . I called 360 this morning spoke to Blue, he scheduled an appointment for today at 2 o'clock in Chandler he even let me know which therapist my husband would be seeing today. We got to the appointment an hour early. We were greeted then told the appointment wasn't until the following week . I let them know that I had confirmed it with Blue and he verified that it was for today a same day appointment. One of the front office ladies did not believe me and wanted to contact you to verify that he actually made the appointment for me. Blue was nowhere to be found. They gave us an option of having only a partial appointment or come back 2 hours later. We were inconvenienced because of their mistake but that didn't matter . Customer service is not good here and I would not return or recommend it to anybody. read more
