Bomb diggity! My husband and I come here all the time and it's always amazing. The service is great! Waiters and waitresses are quick to serve you, and the food is absolutely delicious. Packed full of flavor, it's much different than the greasy Thai food places. Their food is what I would consider "clean", and soul warming! Cute little spot, the food was amazing! We had the papaya salad and it was tasty and fresh. We ordered two entrees, Panang curry with white rice was vey yum. Sticky rice, fresh and the curry was very creamy, and tasty. Good amount of chicken & veggies. 2nd entree was basil Thai chicken with fried rice. Flavorful, lots of veggies and chicken. We started having take out . Panang curry and pad kee mao was good, Our order today was a dissapointment. Some of the food was reheated. The Spring Roll appetizer seems like it had been refrigerated for a while. The filling of rice was hard and the lettuce was just limp . Totally inedible . Exactly what we were looking for in McKinney; authentic fresh Thai food. Very impressive take-out service, good price less than $60 for 4 of us to eat. They had our order ready in 15 minutes. Years of vegetarianism was broken without my consent after my first visit here, unfortunately :( I ordered the Pad Kee Mow with tofu and double checked that it would be vegetarian. After I get a few bites into my meal I realize that it tastes funny and take a closer look at it and it has many pieces of meat in it!! I called and talked to the manager who swears it is egg but it most definitely is not. I am positive. She said she would refund it which is the only reason I'm not leaving only one star and might possibly give them another chance someday. But for now I am very sick to my stomach at the idea that I have eaten an animal for the first time in many years and have lost my appetite for the rest of my dinner :( wish the cooks would be more careful with vegetarian dishes... I am disappointed but I appreciate the manager trying to make it right read more

The food was fantastic and I would definitely go there again for that. However, they only had one server serving the entire restaurant and he was trying to cover 25 tables on his own. Subsequently, the service was terrible. They forgot half of our meal and it took a long time to get our food. I would go back again, but I'm hoping they get their staffing issues resolved soon or their business will suffer. Just hire someone already! We came here on Sunday at 6 to try it out, and there was a little wait. It's a small place, and with social distancing, not all tables are open. To go orders were taking about 30 to 45 minutes to be ready. They were definitely hustling to try to take care of everyone, and they were apologetic for the wait. They were super friendly and took care of us well from beginning to end. The menu is pretty comprehensive for a Thai place. We wanted to try a soup, an entree each (2 of us), and a rice dish. We ordered the tom yum chicken soup. It was flavorful, a good bit of sour, a hint of the fish sauce, and lovely hints of lemongrass and cilantro. It wasn't oily at all which I appreciated. Delicious. My husband had the pad see ew. He had a full plate, and it was well seasoned, not overly saucy either. I ordered the garlic broccoli chicken with a switch to cabbage instead of broccoli. They handled the request perfectly. The sauce was a great mix of savory and a bit of sweetness, perfect with the rice. And then we ordered the Thai fried rice. This was also awesome, my second favorite Thai fried rice. (My fave is in Frisco, has a smoky wok-fired flavor.) The only issue we had was that we asked for spicy and there wasn't a bit of heat in any of the dishes. They did bring out some spices out, so we just added it ourselves. We will definitely come back often when we crave Thai food and are in the McKinney area. Give it a try, but come with patience while they experience their opening weeks' rush! read more

We just moved to McKinney (from Frisco so not a huge change) but we're both craving Thai our 2nd night in our new digs. Spoon + Fork was less than 10 minute drive and straight shot down University. My partner ordered the beef red thai curry with 5 pepper level and said it was really flavorful with the perfect "kick" of spice (he likes super hot everything though). I ordered the chicken pad thai with 2 pepper level. The pad thai itself was awesome and I loved that they put the peanuts in a plastic ramekin as I forgot to say no peanuts but my partner loves peanuts, so it worked out great. However, I ordered chicken pad thai and when we got home to eat it, it was all tofu. So, not happy about that. Oh and the spring rolls were tasty! Not enough sweet n sour sauce to dip imho but the sauce was not your "typical" sweet n sour sauce. It was more of a thai chili tangy sauce and it was delicious! read more

Delicious & super friendly service! I seriously can't wait to go back. We ordered the crispy tofu, panang salmon, and chicken/tofu pad Thai. It was all so delicious. I could have ordered all of the starters...everything sounded so good. Everything tasted fresh, not greasy or overcooked. The place was clean and bright, service was so quick and friendly. Wanted to like this place, just wasn't good Thai. Tom Yum was very sweet and way too much fish sauce. Smelled like fish. Portion to value wasn't good. Cashew chicken had very little cashews and not enough sauce. Very nice staff and clean restaurant, just better Thai out there. read more

I ordered Pad Thai and Yellow Curry. The Yellow curry sauce was VERY RUNNY but was very tasty. We enjoyed that dish. The Pad Thai was horrible. It was bone dry and hard to swallow so we never ate it. I will defiantly not order Pad Thai from there again. read more

I usually order a 3 or 4 out of 5 at Thai places so figured 3 was safe, I do like some spice. This spot has many of the same menu items as they had previously when they were Silk Road over in Adriatica. It is in a nice space in a good location. I went to the spot on a whim having a set amount of time for lunch. I am extremely glad I did! You can always tell when my restaurant takes time in preparation and attention to detail. Starting with just a house salad vegetables were cut with care in the peanut dressing was amazing! The Panang curry was some of the best o have had.
