Mike from USA Tree Services called me and asked if I would please remove the review because they were receiving many calls over what I wrote. In good faith, I removed it, explaining to Mike, that I wanted a contract written from his company, stating that if in one year these (4) rose bushes did not grow, they were responsible to replace with new scrubs. I then received a Statement that said: PRUNE down (4) rose bushes in the backyard area. This does not sound like a contract to replant trees in a year if there is no growth. Another email was sent out and another review was put on Google. I then received an email from USA Tree Service, stating , We appreciate the opportunity to work with you and value the trust you've placed in our company. As part of our 'COMMITMENT to QUALITY SERVICE & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION', we agree that if the rose bushes planted as part of our project, do not return in the spring of 2026, our company will replace two (2) rose bushes at no cost to you. I HAD FOUR (4) ROSE BUSHES THEY DESTROYED. This agreement reflects our dedication to standing by our work and maintain a positive and lasting relationship with our clients. And another company mentioned wanting to use a crane that would need to be on my neighbor's property (I have a very small yard and my house is in extremely close proximity to my neighbors on both sides). I am not close with my neighbors on that side and did not want to have to ask to put a large piece of equipment on their yard. Express Tree Service arrived the day they promised and arrived almost on time. I was called promptly to let me know they were in traffic and would be a little late. That was not a problem and I appreciated the prompt notice. Rush hour traffic is insane from their location to mine, and unpredictable day-by-day, so that was no problem at all that they were slightly, very slightly late. The whole time they were here they were extremely professional and worked diligently to remove the dead tree. They removed all of the debris (well, there was a small trail of tree shavings left, but nothing significant). I am very satisfied with the service I received from this company and have no regrets in hiring them. I would make the same choice if I had to do it all over again.
