They laid down boards underneath where the crane would have to drive and you can't even tell an enormous crane had driven there. They didn't have to remove any of my fencing to do the work in my fenced-in backyard. Given the competing quotes for the same service, the estimate from Davey was agreigios and wreaked of price gouging. For anyone considering working with Davey, please take the time to get multiple estimates for your project. It was impossible to to calculate or remotely justify how this one company was doing anything that warranted a price estimate over 8 times greater than competing companies with the same insurance and arborist license. American Tree service came in at $200 below the other bid. It took a bit but they came out today and removed the massive limb safely. They quickly dispatched all of the limbs into tiny chips. They also trimmed off everything I requested. They also cleaned up all the mess including the all the tiny branches, raked and used a blower to clean off all of the saw dust.
