He was the only one that asked where the location of our septic was while I was getting estimates. They marked the septic area off when they arrived the day of service (this has never been done with other companies we have worked with). We had numerous large trees they were cutting down and I appreciated they weren't just going to drop the trees over our septic area. They also noticed and worked around irrigation stuff we have on the side of our yard that I forgot to mention. The whole team was very efficient and detail oriented. Mario's grading work and clean up of the stump grinding was the cherry on top! Other than the straw over the seed they put down, you would never know there had been so many trees removed from our yard. I strongly recommend this company for their thorough work, timeliness, quick responses, and affordable rates!!!

I've used this landscaping company for a while and generally thought the work itself was solid…read more That said, the experience wasn't always consistent. I was on a biweekly schedule, but the actual service days varied quite a bit, and it was often hard to pin down exactly when they'd be out. I was usually told they were very busy, which also made it difficult to coordinate any additional or one-off work. The main issue came with a recent pricing change. My rate increased by roughly 50%, which felt excessive. Initially, I received a more generic explanation tied to increased costs. When I followed up, I was told the pricing was also impacted by me having a fence. For context, the fence is a straightforward layout (roughly 150 linear feet, two straight runs), so the increase felt disproportionate. I understand that costs for labor, fuel, and materials have gone up, and I was open to a reasonable adjustment--but this level of increase didn't feel aligned. What's frustrating is that we were actually very close to an agreement. The final gap was likely in the $5-$10 range, but we weren't able to bridge it, and the service ultimately ended over that small difference. Overall, solid work quality, but inconsistent scheduling and a significant pricing shift made it difficult to continue. TL;DR: * Work quality: Solid * Scheduling: Inconsistent (biweekly timing varied) * Pricing: ~50% increase from 2025 * Communication: Generic explanation, limited flexibility * Outcome: Unable to reach agreement (final gap ~$5-$10) * Recommendation: 2 -- acceptable work, but pricing and reliability don't support continuation
