It had been vacant for up to a year and the landscaping was very overgrown - so much so that it was blocking the front walkway where my movers would need to unload our furniture. I met Marvin on Monday morning to survey the work needed. He was very knowledgable and pointed out many things - including the fact that we had poison ivy EVERYWHERE. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, able to name various plants and tress at a glance, and was happy to answer all of my questions through the process.
