We had a large tree fall on our garage. I called Ichabod's in the late afternoon; Chris was out to take a look in about an hour. He quoted us a very fair price. Chris had a crew of five out early the next morning. They did in one day what the other estimates said would be a three day job. They worked with finesse and precision. They had all the right tools/equipment and knew exactly what to do with them. I've never seen a team work together quite so efficiently. They did more work than we had agreed upon in the quote (They cleared and graded more of the yard than we had agreed on. They altered a slope so water would stop running into our garage. Ichabod's Tree Experts removed three very large Oak trees that were close to my home. They did a wonderful job. This is a family owned and family run business, which I love. The owner came out within a few days to do the estimate and a week later to remove the trees. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable and worked meticulously together. The owner, Chris Partenza, was there the entire day. While taking the trees down, Ichabod's Tree Experts did not damage my yard or any of my flowers / shrubs below. They were amazing. Chris Partenza, the owner of Ichabod s Tree Experts, came out to do an estimate. I need 13 Pine tree removed from the side of my property. His estimate was very fair. He had proof of a tree expert license and insurance. The following week, he and his crew came out and had the job done in a single day. They were very professional and hard working. My yard was left cleaner than when they came. It was wonderful to deal with Ichabod s Tree Experts...you could tell they are a family owned and run business. Ichabod's Tree Experts came out to remove 5 large trees and grind the stumps as well as elevate and trim 4 trees throughout our yard. They did an amazing job and were very personal. The estimate I received was more than reasonable and I definitely got more than my money's worth. The owner, Chris Partenza, worked along side his crew all day. I was very impressed how efficient they worked together and how safe they were. They cut the logs into 18" pieces and stacked them for me to use as firewood which was an extra bonus. We needed estimates for cutting down one tree and trimming 2 others, plus trimming our neighbors tree that was hanging over our garage. Ichabod's Tree Experts pruned a number of large and small trees in my yard. They also elevated a few. The results were better than I expected. The owner was very helpful in helping me decide what to do with each tree. There was one tree I thought was dying and needed to be removed but he said it needed to be "deadwooded". His crew removed all of the dead leads from the tree and now it looks beautiful. I would highly recommend this company for tree work. Ichabod's workers cleaned up one down tree, took down another tree and trimmed two other trees. The workers were nice, polite, professional and did an excellent job. The completed the work in about six hours and everything looks great.
