I called on a Saturday and actually reached Touissant directly, who was hosting his daughter's birthday party. He really didn't have to answer, but he still did, listened to the issue, talked through what he thought might be going on, and promised to follow up on Monday. Which he totally did, and then came out the very next day. Once he was here, he diagnosed the problem right away, showed up with the part he suspected we would need, and fixed everything while explaining what he was doing. His rates were clear and reasonable, and the tub has been perfect ever since. Touissant knows his stuff, he is dependable and incredibly responsive, and he is just a genuinely hard-working, good person who cares about his customers. They ended up quitting on the spot when I confronted them how bad the service had been. I immediately took a sample of my pool water to Leslie's to get a report and it scored 0 out of 100. Absolutely no chlorine was present. I ended up taking care of the pool myself and it had never looked this good while this company was servicing it. Horrible service.

At least four scheduled visits were missed, and in two cases I was nevertheless billed, necessitating a call to the office to get everything squared away. My pool sweep was slowing down and I was told it needed a new hose. I decided to take a look and turns out it just needed a five dollar connection piece. Finally, as can be seen in the photo, important maintenance items were overlooked. My new pool service company pulled out the filters and found the nastiest muck and growth imaginable. It's disgusting that the water in our pool was being filtered through a bog.
