It was clear he and his crews were in lockstep the whole time. He visited the site regularly. He seemed genuinely invested in making sure he delivered a good project for us. At one point, we had some issues due to the rain, and Ensar himself drove out on a weekend to help me out. His crews also work very hard. I was always impressed by their dedication and wanting to make sure things were taken care of. Schedule - He gave me an estimated completion time and I thought, no way. We had two major rain delays, about a week each, and somehow he still made the original schedule he projected. He sent his crews out almost daily.
