Called Alpine last night as the drain pipe of our HVAC unit is clogged causing our air not to work…read morein some of the hottest days of the year in the IE. They were quick to reply on Yelp. Originally had a plumber sent out from Alpine this morning which he did not have the correct equipment. Following the miscommunication on my part (Plumbing vs HVAC tech) the owner Vince personally called me and told me that he was sending out another tech in the next hour that had the correct HVAC equipment to get the pipe cleared. (He said the drain pipe is a grey area between Plumbing/HVAC as while it drains into the sewer, that the plumbers don't usually work with pipes that small.) Incredible service! And really appreciate the owner calling me to make it right. We'll certainly call Alpine back the next time that we need help.

The Alpine team helped me calling the Navien team to get the new part replaced through warranty so that's good value. I found out my water is very hard so lots of scum got accumulated which destroyed the water heater tank not able to heat up normally. To prevent his from happening again, I decided to install the Halo-5 water treatment system. The Alphine also managed to rework the pipping and make the installation of the Halo-5 with great care and efficiency! After the Halo-5 installation, Vince also helped flushing the water heater. While the flush is ongoing, he also helped me check my AC air filters as a courtesy. Before the maintenance, I was worried about the repair experience as I rarely have to worry about things like such and I'm very glad to say that the Alphine team has done an exceptional job! Thank you Vince, Edgar, Shawn & John again! This is the kind of team you would trust to get the job done professionally with a very friendly and polite manner!

He was nothing but helpful and respectful and offering solutions. I had an issue where my water pressure was super low, and a flush to the toilet or turning on the washing machine (when drawing a large amount of water) would cause water pressure to decrease everywhere else. Turns out my water softener was super dated probably 20+ years old and he just told me to turn on the bypass for that. He told me to send pictures and told me exactly how to do it over the phone. 10/10 customer service, did not charge me at all. If I have another plumbing issue in the future I will not hesitate to call him.

I also noticed he uses high quality materials instead of the cheapest parts. We talked about how important longevity is, and it was obvious he cares about fixing things the right way so they last. The plumber, Nolan, came in and quickly had solutions for the problems that multiple people came and couldn't figure out out or were charging us thousands of dollars to repair. Another popular plumbing company mentioned some major repairs that were going to cost me approximately $4k!! After Nolan walked the house, he mentioned simple solutions that would cost just their regular service fee of $165. I asked him what warranty we'd have if he started the work and it didn't resolve the issue. He was so confident that his interventions would fix my problems. He was right!! His knowledge and experience was remarkable. The issue with the water line to the fridge was a simple flip of a switch. The heat in the shower was back with just a flick of a piece in the shower handle. He assessed the water pressure in one of the showers and made a recommendation to change a cartridge at a later time with an approximate cost of $400. I was mind blown at his ability to diagnose our issues, resolve the problems and the cost efficiency that he was able to provide. I highly recommend this company and will keep their number handy for any of my future plumbing needs!

Within a few hours, I was met with Joe who immediately recognized the problem (dual run capacitor) along with a few maintenance issues. Being that my unit is old, other vendors in the past , have immediately tried to pressure me to replace the whole unit. Joe on the other hand acknowledged it was old but that it could be fixed. To replace the dual capacitor and give the unit a nice tune up it was only $525. He broke apart the unit and conducted much needed maintenance. The next day Sam followed up with me and gave me a quote for a water heater install and said he'd be there within 2 hours when I was ready. I told him I needed to discuss with my wife. During this time, I called another local company for a quote and they quoted me about 800$ more for the same exact branded/sized water heater, installation hoses/connection, etc. their warranty was also one year less than AAA was providing. I then called another plumbing company and their quote was even more astronomical than the second company. So I called Sam back after agreeing with my wife that we would proceed with him. He stated he had a new customer in the 1 hour we'd last spoken, but not to worry because he'd still be there same day just later in the afternoon. He provided a time frame and text when he was 30 min out. He arrived and got the water heater swapped out in 2 hours as he said over the phone. We went from having a leaking water heater to a brand new one. It's all up to code and we feel very confident in Sam's work. Additionally, Sam was a very courteous and polite guy. He explained everything and answered every question we had. He never seemed rushed or tried to upsell us anything. His customer service was outstanding.

I had a big problem with extremely low water pressure, I learned that the problem was an inoperative pressure reducing valve. My water company arrange for EcoTech Services to come out and replace my old one with a new one. I ended needing a bit more than just a new pressure reducing valve, it turns out I needed a new pipe or two and a new water shut off valve. I am extremely pleased to report that my situation was resolved with no issues at all. EcoTech's plumber Luis was very professional, knowledgeable and diligent even though I asked several questions, he was patient the whole time. Professional and friendly service is hard to find nowadays. It seems like most people want to do a quick fix and leave but that wasn't the case here. I am extremely satisfied and happy to report that our water pressure is fine now and that noisy humming noise is gone! They dont tell you that, what they do is keep telling you someone will call to schedule a repair. The joke that showed up broke the gutter while trying to figure out how to repair the leak. Left us during Christmas and New Years season with a hole in the patio cover. Said he would come back after Christmas but showed up in February after me calling a million times! Finally came and put a piece to replace the gutter he broke that was a different color and looks spray painted fresh. Dont know where he got it but it didnt fix the leak. Been almost 1 1/2 years now and still no fix and when I call i get the worst customer service ever making me feel like I have no right to be angry. I have called William evey name in the book for how mad I am. Mind you this was an $11,000 patio cover and unfortunatly the 3rd install that my family did with them a if that mattered to them. All 3 installs had issues! I wish we would of waited between installs to see how the first one goes. While installing the mail strip that attachess to the house they put the bolts straight thru the wall to my room. I called them from the first day and the same thing with the run around. I have so much more to say but I could go on for hours. Im gonna sue them for all 3 properties. Save yourself the headache!
