We recently worked with Eco Tech for a complete parkway landscape transformation and couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish. Sebastian was phenomenal, he turned around a thoughtful, efficient design very quickly and made sure it worked well with our existing lawn and layout. Scheduling and communication were seamless throughout the process. The onsite team was equally impressive: they efficiently removed the existing lawn, carefully installed the new landscape and irrigation, and took the time to walk us through maintenance, drip setup, and timer recommendations so we felt confident moving forward. The crew was professional, courteous, and detail oriented, and they left the area spotless, everything was cleaned up and returned to the same condition as when they arrived. It was clear they take pride in their work. We're excited to watch the plants mature over time and truly appreciate Eco Tech for delivering such a smooth, well executed project. Highly recommend their team. read more

Omar was very professional with a sense of urgency. His team provided multiple services for my landscape. Installed and replaced multiple valves, sprinkler heads, and a smart water device that connects to my phone while making me understand how to operate the app. 100% recommend their business to anyone in need of repairs. read more

Ecotech service redo my frontyard and backyard landscape under Fontana water company program. They were able to create the design for me with their design team and construction team implemented the design process. Their designer Clayton and construction team Mike were great above and beyond for their work and their entire company was awesome and hardworking. From supervisors to everyone involved with the project it was pleasant working with them. They are detail oriented and productive. They completely turned my property from blah to wow. Show stopping landscape design and drought tolerant landscape. Best of all it's free from our water company so check with yours and they do other services as well for additional costs. I would recommend you give them a try. Hire the best in landscaping. License and insured and bonded professionals. I love my rain garden features and backyard the most it's a show stopper. read more

5 stars for Ecotech Services and their landscaping team. Signed up for the water company's water conservation program and Ecotech is the contractor. Our before and after pictures tell the story. There are only good things to say about everyone you come in contact with from Ecotech. We had a hundred questions for the landscape architect and he knew everything we did not about California native landscapes. Michael and his field crew are professional with attention to detail. They are all dedicated, show up when they say they will and you know you can trust them to get it right. So yeah, we love our drought tolerant garden and go out front and stare at the yard probably a little longer than we should. Allright, I will admit it, this is all we talk about anymore. Would not hesitate to recommend Ecotech Services to friends and family. read more

Ecotech Services did a complete redo on my irrigation system replacing the sprinklers and controller. They responded to my first call and did a survey a few days later. Everything needed to improve my current system was explained throughly. The tech, Omar, was an expert on everything and made my watering system more efficient saving me money on my water bill. Omar was perhaps the best worker I have ever had work at my house . He was so professional and went above the norm to make everything work perfectly. The company is top notch from the office response and the promptness in showing up as scheduled. I do not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone who needs to fix your watering problems or install a new system. Bravo EcoTech! read more

We contacted EcoTech Services to convert our remaining sprinklers to a drip line. Omar did a quick but thorough walk through and provided a reasonably priced quote. He was also happy to point us in the direction of a few items we could take care of on our own to cut down our water use immediately. We would happily recommend EcoTech Services to anyone who needs irrigation work on their property. read more

I'm having one of the worse experiences ever with a contracting company. My 6 month rebate application with DWP turf removal program is about to expire on Monday and Ecotech is not way near being done. Their communication is the worst, I never got an actual design idea for my yard and what I have now is a pile of mulch around my house that looks like tinder that anyone with a match can come by and start a fire that could burn down my building. I AM NOT HAPPY and if this isn't ALL fixed by Friday I'm going to figure out the next steps beyond Yelp to get this resolved. read more

Had a conversation with Roxanna 10 days ago and emailed her plans for a Tennant improvement project I was looking for estimation on. I never heard back from anyone at Ecotech. Called today and she chipperly told me they were unavailable to bid on my project. An email to that effect whenever she found this out would have been nice. read more

I had Omar Rivera come out to my house and my parents house. He was fantastic. Professional, prompt, capable and more importantly he did what he said he would. If you have the chance to work with Omar please take this opportunity. He is the reason I worked with Ecotech. Really high quality work and he took extrat time to explain everything to me helping me become efficient with my new system he installed. Thanks Omar! read more

We wanted to save in our water bill, so I was so interested in installing the eco-friendly landscape for my curbside area. EcoTech Services did this in a professional manner and left it clean as well. We are totally pleased with the results and only wish all our neighbors would follow as well. I have already received compliments and have been asked who to call to have it done in their yards. Thank you EcoTech Services. read more

I applied for the MWD Waterwise turf removal program last summer and EcoTech was one of their approved contractors. From the design (Chad) to the installation (Omar & George), everything went smoothly and they were responsive and made sure that everything was what I wanted, and communicated everything - even set my old timer control for optimum times (and would have replaced it for free with a refurbished, much newer one which they left just in case, had Omar not figured out how to get it to run. While there was an initial delay because of their backlog of work caused from pandemic-related issues, it was so easy to get an extension from DWP when the start time got pushed out a few months. I was going to just cap the exisitng irrigation spray heads, but they convinced me to go with a drip system. (The only downfall was that I didn't get a photo of the sprayers "on" before they were removed, because I didn't know that was a requirement of the drip application until after the job was complete.) They saved the minimal overage of materials (stones from the riverbed and mulch) and even laid the mulch in my backyard planter beds! I'm really enjoying my new landscape, and as the plants grow and mature, it's going to look even better AND will be saving a lot of water and money. read more

In cooperation with our local Water supplier, California American Water, EcoTech came out, evaluated our lawn sprinklers, and recommended upgrading the sprinklers and timer. George and his crew worked efficiently, set up the new system, and put us through the paces of learning the new systems. This program was at minimal cost to us. Highly recommend the program to save on water, highly recommend EcoTech to do the work. read more

I was in touch with quite a few people over at Ecotech in Fontana starting with Veronica who set everything up for me and provides the BEST Customer Service ever, then Clayton whom was my AMAZING Designer very knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. The project continued with the Lead Mike whom was great with communicating all that would be happening along with going above and beyond with helping with extra labor work that was much appreciated. Him and Richie came out and made my yard look AMAZING thanks guys. Then my next visitor was Oscar whom came in to help install my drip system and was very knowledgeable with how it all worked and took me step by step with how to utilize the app, then I had Gino and Joe show up to deliver my toilets and also check my water pressure really nice guys too. Overall all of these guys and girl were very punctual, professional and gave AMAZING Customer service. I highly recommend this company for any project that you may have. This is most definitely a Stellar Team. Thank you everyone for all of your help. May God continue to bless you all abundantly. read more

Update. Today Ivan came to install a new watering system and sprinkler system. He arrived before our scheduled appointment. He took the time to explain to me how the new system would help conserve water, etc. Ivan was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I highly recommend Ecotech. Against my better judgement, I agreed to have EcoTech replace my irrigation system (nozzles and timer) for free. It was a water conservation program paid for by the City of Whittier. WORST thing I have done as a homeowner. They had to come out a second time and replace the nozzles because they were not the right ones. Now the timer has issues with the wiring and EcoTech is refusing to come fix it. I basically have a system that is not as good as the one I had and EcoTech won't stand behind it after 30 days. Do yourself a favor RUN, do not walk away from this company. They do not stand behind their own product and the City of Whittier as well as myself got conned!!! read more

Suburban water has a program for assessing sprinkler systems for deficiencies. George is the technician that assessed my property he took his time and gave us a clear explanation of the program and answered all of our questions. I am impressed with the program and very happy with the technicians that performed the service read more

EcoTech Services are so professional! Everyone from the scheduler, Veronica, to the tech, Louis, who serviced my order were polite, friendly and offered much information. It is hard to find this kind of service these days, but EcoTech came through. Thank you! read more

My front yard needed much help, that I decided to take a chance in a drought tolerant landscape. Breanna, my Landscape Designer, did a superb job in designing my yard, especially when I expressed that I wanted low maintenance and a pathway. I was explained the work process in detail. There was a waiting period after the turf removal to make sure grass and weeds did not reappear. After the work was completed there were inspection follow-ups, which I greatly appreciated. Also, the couple of times that I had questions or concerns they promptly replied. EcoTech (Diana, Breanna, Gar and the rest of the team) were very professional and I'm mostly pleased with the design. read more

OMG! EcoTech Services went beyond their call of duty, from front office to field personnel. Gabriel and Jaime installed my water controller and lawn sprinklers. The work was done in a professional manner and quick. Gabriel and Jaime brought to my attention that one of the old sprinkler valves was busted, they showed me how much water was being wasted, they immediately fixed it. I felt they were looking after their customer and community, they shared other programs that are of value. I am currently looking into the other programs. I can't THANK EcoTech Services enough! GREAT JOB TEAM! read more

I contacted this company for an estimate, a rep responded and sent me a non-detailed ball park estimate. I responded and told him to please send me more detailed information and estimate regarding the work I requested. It's been 2 weeks, and I have yet to hear back. Apparently, this company does not need the business, I'll look elsewhere. read more

If I could give negative stars there wouldn't be enough stars. The rep., Jesse came in quoted me what I felt was a fair fee to remove all my weeds, pall the existing grass, put down some DG, plant new flowering plants and plant Kurapia plugs. Kurapia is a drought resistant grass that also attracts bees doe to the small flowers it produces. It took approximately 4 weeks to till the ground, apply 2 rounds of weed killer,?and install the plugs and plants. 50% of the plants died. All of this work was done in Oct thru Nov of 2017. After all the rains that winter the kurapia did not take. EcoTech sent guys out a couple of times to replant the dead plants and to install more plugs. First round of replacement plugs were already dead b4 planting. I told the guy and he said they just look that way but they weren't dead. Welll dead don't grow and these were dead. They came out again an put more in. Again they died. After speaking with other landscapers turns out since my soil in parts of my yard is horrible, a supplement of some sort should have been mixed in to make it viable soil. These guys have no clue. Now they are blaming my weekly gardener saying he should have done this and that, when in fact the only instructions they gave my gardener was a watering schedule which he followed. So bottom line is I am out $2000+, have a higher than normal water bill (I had been hand watering, babying these plugs), and have a back yard that looks like hell. read more
