I dislike that they don't have pricing displayed for their pastries, so you have to ask. After constantly seeing videos pop up on my feed for their cinnamon rolls, I decided to try them. I ordered two, and the total came out to $24--$12 is definitely a stretch for a single cinnamon roll, and I wouldn't get them again. The interior furniture looked super faded and worn out, which made me not want to dine in. If you're thinking about checking this place out after seeing it on your feed, I'd recommend passing
Came here with a friend this morning because we saw a TikTok video, when you come in, the cafe is very very pink, they have these pink chairs all over the place that aren't very comfortable at all. Anywho, we ordered our food, i got a smoothie and a Dubai chocolate croissant and i was shocked that my total was $38. The smoothie was $13/14 and the croissant was $20 which is a bit ridiculous. Honestly I'm not sure that i would be back, the smoothie was alright for the price and same with the croissant. Way too expensive IMO
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place. It feels like it's trying very hard to be Instagram-aesthetic, but the layout just doesn't work in practice. The pink chairs are meant to be cute, yet they take up so much space that the entire interior feels cramped. When people are waiting for pickups, there's basically nowhere to stand without being in the way. The staff also weren't very engaging. We wanted to ask questions about some of the items in the display cases (since several weren't labeled), but no one acknowledged us or turned around. The register being around the corner made it difficult to point to what we wanted or ask questions while ordering, which added to the confusion. We ordered items that were already in the case and it still took about 15 minutes just to box them up, leaving us awkwardly standing in an already crowded space. I was hoping the food would make up for everything, but unfortunately it didn't. We came specifically for the cinnamon rolls, and they were basically 90% frosting, 10% bread, and 0% cinnamon so none of us enjoyed them. To top it all off, the prices are extremely high: $17 for a smoothie, $12 for a cinnamon roll, $17 for a breakfast sandwich, $10 for a coffee, and so on. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and not somewhere we'll be returning.
This place is so freaking cute inside !!! Great for a cute brunch or dessert or any meet up!!! They have a wide variety of drinks to choose from and a large selection of fresh pastries . We were on a walk and ended up at the backside of this plaza so went inside. We ordered a hot Americano with a splash of heavy cream and a strawberry cinnamon roll . The cinnamon roll took awhile to come out , I think they forgot about it. The cinnamon roll was very tasty, very sweet and buttery all the things I love in a cinnamon roll . The americano was served hot hot and went perfect with a sweet roll. Come by whenever you have a sweets craving !
First time coming to Spirit Made Cakes. The restaurant theme/decor is Instagram story worthy. I ordered the biscoff tres leche cake, for $10. I mostly tasted the biscoff flavor in the excess liquid that was in the container. The cake itself didn't have much flavor. Because the cake was overly drenched in liquid the cake would fall apart while trying to scoop it, every bite was messy. For the size of the cake, It was more whip cream than cake itself.
This adorable cafe is located in Clovis and is a prime location for a girl's day out or a tea party! The decor is fabulous and includes an Instagram worthy flower wall, several neon signs and cute pink chairs to have a seat in. The cafe was wildly busy right around lunch, which tracks because almost everything looked too good to eat! My mom got the Dubai chocolate croissant and we both tasted it. I was a bit put off by the crunchy middle, mostly because to me, it tasted a bit stale and the chocolate overwhelmed any pistachio flavour. My mom on the other hand LOVED it! We also got 2 sugar free coffees and I really enjoyed having a guilt free treat! I will have to come back with the girls and sample some other goodies!
The place is lovely however it was too warm to sit and eat. I only ordered the dot cake and unfortunately it made my first experience bad due to it being cold and hard which wouldn't be a big deal but for the price of $11 I expected better. I ordered red velvet but received a birthday cake. I'm sure the food and drinks are delicious, if I decide to go back I'll update!
We came on a Sunday around 1:30 , online it says they close at 3. Upon arrival there were no seats open in the front area. Standing in line to order took about 10-15 minutes. Once we ordered we found a seat right away against the floral wall!! I ordered the special pumpkin latte. Presentation is beautiful for all the food! The pumpkin latte didn't taste much like pumpkin or sweet. We were surprised that the pineapple smoothie actually came IN A PINEAPPLE. And they bring the extra of what's left of the drink in a regular cup. It's a-lot of smoothie!! The bagel was so flavorful ! I loved the potato's
The bakery was super cute inside! They had a variety of pastries. I got a few cinnamon rolls. They were very pretty. Drove from bakersfield just to try them.
I came to this place when Yelp had an event there and I loved it. The place it's very cute and welcoming. Perfect for valentines lunch or dinner. Everything is in pink. So I remember what I ate the first time and I was craving it. It tasted so delicious. I had to comeback and tasted again. My daughter came along so she order the ham and cheese croissant and I got the halloumi bagel. Drinks were lemonade and almond latte. They brought us the food and the drinks at the same time. My daughter liked her croissant ham and cheese and I loved my Halloumi bagel. It had fried cheese with avocado and tomatoes. It was so, so yummy. I could go back and get another one again. The latte had plenty of caffeine which I loved. Service was good. Staff were helpful and everything was great. I might get something different next time. But maybe not because the halloumi it's calling my name. Hahaha! Highly recommend.
Walking in, I was greeted right away. The food was really good and the atmosphere is cute. The restaurant has pink chairs and an aesthetic vibe that makes it feel stylish and fun. However, the prices are pretty expensive...maybe a bit too expensive. It also felt a little crowded inside; if the space were larger, I think the overall experience would be much better.
Loved the service. Super cute bakery in Fresno. Great brunch spot to hang with your gals. Loved that they had ready and affordable cakes ready to buy for my friends bday party. The cake was Very well packaged super cute presentation.
One of the things I appreciate most as a Yelp Elite is when a business doesn't ignore constructive criticism. It's easy to celebrate a great first visit, but what really stands out is when an owner takes feedback seriously and earns a second chance. That doesn't happen nearly as often as people think. I visited Spirit Made Cakes a while back, and if I'm being honest, I left feeling underwhelmed. The experience just didn't live up to what I had hoped for, so I left an honest review reflecting exactly that. Shortly after, the owner reached out personally. There were no excuses, no defensiveness, just a genuine desire to make things right. I told them I would eventually come back and give them another opportunity because everyone deserves a chance to improve. I'm glad I did. We stopped in on a Wednesday around 5:30 p.m., and the difference was immediately noticeable. The staff was welcoming from the moment we walked in. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and efficient without making us feel rushed. The entire visit felt smoother and more polished than my first experience. The tiramisu was the highlight of the visit. It had the classic flavors I was hoping for, with a nice balance of coffee, mascarpone, and cocoa that didn't lean overly sweet. It tasted authentic, and that's not always easy to find around Clovis. It was the kind of dessert that reminded me why tiramisu has become such a timeless favorite. We also tried the red velvet cake. While it wasn't my personal favorite item, it was still enjoyable. The cake was moist, the frosting was well done, and I can absolutely see why it would be someone else's go-to order. Not every dessert has to be your favorite to recognize that it's made well. I think it's important to update reviews when businesses put in the effort to improve. Too often, people only come back to leave another negative review, but rarely return to acknowledge positive change. Spirit Made Cakes earned that recognition from me. I'm happy to say they've won me back as a customer. It takes humility to listen, commitment to improve, and consistency to change someone's opinion. I genuinely appreciate the effort, and I look forward to coming back to see what else they have to offer. read more

Jimmy!!! WOW!! Reading this truly made my day! I honestly can’t tell…
I have been here multiple times and tried different items from bakery. We liked their cinnamon rolls and coffees. Interior is nicely designed but I don't like dine in there cause it's all pink and it feels like it's only meant for females seating LOL, i always wanted to enjoy my coffee in there but because of the interior always doing a to go. Some other items like basic berry tarts are too expensive for its size to be honest, if you compare it with Whole Foods tarts which is always fresh again. One disappointment I had with this business was when I picked up cake for the birthday for around $55 but we couldn't eat it at all cause it's tasting all either cheaper end butter or margarine, though the packaging was very fancy. Service wise since never dined in cant say anything, but young girls at front always been helpful and patient. read more

We've visited this desserts and cakes café quite a few times and have tried a wide variety of their pastries and individual desserts--and they've been absolutely delicious every time. Their Cinnabons are delicious, soft and truly satisfying. That's why it was especially disappointing when a birthday cake my husband surprised me with didn't live up to the same standard. The cream had huge chunks of butter, which made the texture unpleasant, and the cake itself was quite dry. This experience with the cake left us feeling very saddened and hoping it was just an exception rather than the norm. read more

Pink galore!! I'm not a pink-y girl, but this place is sooo cute! Love the decor, love the backdrops/photo ops, and especially love the drinks! Everywhere you look, it's nicely decorated. Definitely got the girly aesthetics down. The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. The coffee smells amazing and the pastries looked sweet & delectable. I got the Cookies n Cream Blended drink, my friends got: the Ube Au Lait Cafe and the Taste the Spirit. All 3 drinks were pretty good... but it was unanimous-- we all loved the Ube drink best! I've been trying to plan another trip back just for that!! Sooo good! I haven't actually tried any of the pastries, though I've been wanting to! Everything looked and smelled promising so I'll definitely try some next time! Hopefully sooner than later. Set a date with your girls & go! read more

The Turkey Pesto Panini was absolutely delicious! It was warm, savory and juicy, I strongly recommend it. The Ube Latte was a bit bitter to my liking but still refreshing w my meal. Thank you so much, Trinity, for sharing your experience! We’re so…
Vartine is amazing. She catered our cake and our dessert table for our wedding this past weekend and I see why she won best of Fresno 2025. Everyone raved about the desserts and cake. Her set up was beautiful as well. She gave us everything we could have ever imagined and I'm thankful to have found her. Her shop itself is very beautiful inside and instagram worthy! So many photo ops available and just so cute! read more

This was our first time visiting, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The employee working the register, whose name I believe was Konner, was not helpful at all. When she asked if I was ready to order from the display where the cakes were, I told her that we were still looking. She immediately walked away to the register and then asked what we wanted to order in a very rude tone. After we placed our order, I asked about the blended drink options, and she continued to respond rudely. To make matters worse, when she handed us our order, the box was covered in syrup. When I brought it back and asked if it could be cleaned, she did so without saying sorry or acknowledging the mistake. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but the level of service we received felt disrespectful from start to finish. Because of this experience, I don't think I would go out of my way to return. read more
This place has been saved on my places to visit for along time & I was highly disappointed. For starters their prices are extremely outrageous & do not add up to the quality of food they provide. This is coming from someone who doesn't mind paying more for something I love, but I have never seen cafe prices this high in Fresno. Their bagel is $21 & their Rose Matcha is $10. My total came out to $34 + $2 tip. Their Lox bagel was nothing special & I was served with a mushy brown avocado inside (picture below) Their rose matcha was not real matcha at all & tasted extremely artificial & like something I purchased at Marshall's. The interior is cute & aesthetic, but not spacious for dining in. The wait also took about 15 min for just the food. The 2 stars is for the amazing service I received. The cashier was very kind, knowledgeable, & happy to help. read more

This bakery-cafe features cake slices, baklava, macarons, eclairs, fruit tarts, croissants, turnovers, coffee, tea, smoothies, tartines, paninis, bagels, salads, and more. The chocolate eclair was perfectly crisp and creamy. Half of the boxed macarons were loved, and the other half was not so loved. The dining space is beautiful and comfortably functional, and the pastry presentation is lovely. The service is welcoming, kind, and patient. Open daily. Please note, closed weekday midafternoons 2p-4p. read more

Wanted to stop in for a little snack. I was really amazed by the variety of sweets. They had on display in the shop. There are so much to choose from. As soon as you walk in the vibe is wonderful. Love the music that they have playing, the chairs are comfortable a nice place to order a coffee and a croissant and relax. I sit there with my girls talking for well over an hour, and they never rushed us out. The place is really cute inside love the flower wall. Even though there's tons of pink everywhere, none of it was dirty, all of the chairs were clean, all of the tables were clean, the coffee bar was clean. It was really nice inside. The Coffee's were great. I would totally go back again. We got a few of the treats, but sorry I didn't get any pictures of them. We devoured them as soon as they touch the table. read more
Ordered me 2 chocolate covered croissants they were a little smaller than expected. Yet the flavor made up for the size and man were they delicious it was well worth the price. It has plenty of space for parking so you don't have to worry about that. They helped me out pretty quickly to granted I was there when they first opened at 9 am. The inside was simple but so colorful and has some space to enjoy your order and drinks. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely be going back to try out more of their bake goods. read more
What a unique, beautiful gem of a place right in the City of Clovis! While walking with the family down the Clovis Trail, we turned into the shopping center, and were so excited we found Spirit Made Cakes! We had heard about it, but the first impression...we were floored! The decor is so adorable, chic, and inviting. Since we hadn't planned on staying, we ended up getting multiple items to go for later, and continue the walk. Each item was crafted with care, from the display in cases, to placing them in the boxes, then bags, we felt so special and kinda fancy. We felt like we stumbled upon a bakery in LA or Vegas. The variety of cakes and Pecan Roll we got were thoroughly enjoyed by company, and the whole experience was awesome. read more
The meal was pricy and delicious. The soup was the best tomato bisque I've ever had. The ingredients tasted local and fresh and it's definitely made in house. The breakfast bagel was the best I've ever had and they didn't mind adding an egg in it for me. The macho with strawberry foam was the best I've ever had and the reason I'm not addicted to strawberry Matcha. Now let's talk about how pretty this place is perfect for content creators. Here's a small glimpse of the super cute flower wall. I just wasn't dressed for it. Check out their Instagram. The employees took a while to acknowledge me walking in and standing at the register. They could work on being friendly, welcoming and eager to serve for the price. read more

Great ambiance, very clean and attractive setting. The workers are especially very nice and helpful. The choices on the menu looked amazing it was so hard to choose, high quality food and coffee both very very fresh. In my opinion the shining star were the side of potatoes that were beyond perfect. My fiancee said the Turkey Bacon Bagel was a 10/10 and the Ferrero rocher latte tasted exactly like the chocolates themselves. Wish i wouldve looked harder to see the sign that showed the seasonal specials as they looked phenomenal. Next time though! Will definitely be returning. read more

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry…
When you talk about an IG worthy place, this sure is it. Pink galore. EVERYWHERE. They also have a pink Christmas tree which I think is awesome. The two people working were nice and answered my question on popular items. What I wish they told you when you bought the Dubai croissant is that it's best eaten immediately. It had dark chocolate drizzled all over it and the chocolate was still warm. Had we known this we would have enjoyed it in-house. Seeing that that was not the case, we put it in our car and went on a walk for the trail. When we got back to the car, I opened up the really nice pink box that it comes in the chocolate on the Dubai croissant was everywhere! Holy cow! It was incredibly messy and could have done with just a drizzle of the dark chocolate. We realized at this point we would need a fork and even more so, we should probably eat this at home. While the decor and the ambience are definitely Instagram-worthy the price makes it really difficult to come back. Well I wanted to be amazed by the Dubai croissant since the Dubai chocolate bar is all over social media, it was just OK, especially for the $20 that it cost. We also got a flower pastry, which seems to be either a croissant or a cronut type of texture and that was $13. Places like Eddie's Bakery in La Boulangerie are still cheaper. Additionally, we have tried Yava Bakery and they are also *slightly* cheaper. We've also had croissants and cronuts at Dominique Ansel in Las Vegas and their products are half the price and much more flavorful. While we won't be back, we are glad we were able to try this place and support a locally owned business. We do wish them the best and utmost success. PS - They charge a credit card fee on the already expensive pastries. read more
Feminine, cute atmosphere, with pink EVERything. Beautiful pastries and food is high-quality and delicious. I went with two friends and we tried a Dubai chocolate croissant, lox/bagel and tomato soup, and a Panini. The food is very good and the service is friendly and well informed. For a special occasion, or an atmosphere that is very photographic, I would happily return. However, the prices seem a little bit high, bring cash if you want to avoid a 3% charge for using a credit card. read more

This place is so cute! It's really well decorated and it's super girly and it's perfect for Gram pictures or videos. I ordered the pistachio flower croissant, and the Biscoff flower croissant. They were really yummy. I also ordered the white chocolate pumpkin latte for my mom and she loved it. The people were friendly, but the service was a little slow after ordering. I will say that even though the croissants were good, they were a little too pricey. I paid $12.50 per croissant. I also didn't see any price transparency for the pastries, which was kind of a turn off. (Although I could be mistaken and have missed it.) Other than that, it was a cool first time experience, but I probably wouldn't come back unless it was a special occasion. read more
