It was quiet around 12:30pm on a Wednesday. Which is perfect for my toddler and I. Great big bowls and lots of choices for yogurt/sherbet and toppings. Which definitely overwhelmed my toddler who ended up asking for vanilla yogurt and said no to all of the toppings. (But then when we sat down wanted marshmallows haha). All the yogurt and toppings area were very clean and tidy. Napkins readily available. Cost is per ounce. And I know my toddlers ways won't last too many visits and she'll catch on, but for now I'll enjoy our $5 visits!!! (Because when a friend and her crew visit and they all fill up the cup, for 4 I know it's about $30. ) The staff working this day was very sweet and kind. She made sure to ask what color spoon my daughter wanted. (Important for 3 year olds). It was a nice and quiet afternoon treat. I think only a couple other folks came in for to go yogurts. This Menchie's has to be the laziest in all the Fresno/ Clovis area. It is the closest location for my family. We are regulars and if you come in after 7pm do not bother with having things restocked. Lots of toppings are left empty. It's always the excuse "we were busy today" or "it's frozen". Adjust to the needs of your customers. I can understand every now and then but it's every time we come in for an evening treat. I already know the line before the associate even responds. Looks really bad for the business and this franchise. 2 stars for the yogurt flavors only. read more

I go here at least once a week. If we ever hang out with friends we meet here after. After sky zone (defy) this is the stop. The cashiers are always so polite. Im surprised they found such professional young kids here I never get attitude even when the lines out the door. The are still on top of Cleaning and friendly service. It's always clean, and always busy. But it's worth it all. Pineapple dole whip is my absolute favorite. We also get all our birthday cakes here. Always a hit with friends and family. Well...kinda a let down at Menchie's. Came here on a Thursday night with the family to enjoy some refreshing dessert. Plusses: there were multiple regular & vegan options for yogurt, the young lady weighing the cups & taking payments was friendly, and there was a fair amount of toppings available. Minuses: So, they close at 9:00pm, and there was a steady flow of customers until then. Families, couples, etc. but many patrons were not able to enjoy their purchases inside, because chairs were stacked by 8:45pm inside. The moment some people got up, a young man began stacking them. Luckily, we ending up finding a spot outside to eat, but many were frustrated walking out, looking around, with their full cups of yogurt. In addition, the toppings area was not kept up, spillage wise. Granted it was the end of the night, but the business was still open. There were two workers present that we saw. The young lady at the counter, and the young man stacking chairs. Perhaps reallocation of customer service & priorities instead of thinking of closing up before closing time would be more beneficial for keeping repeat pleased customers. Not writing them off completely, but unfortunately won't be my first choice next time when looking for a sweet treat with the family. read more

It was time for uncle Bruce to take out his nephew Dylan and after fueling up the truck I had Dylan pick the yogurt shop. He selected this place and was grinning ear to ear as we pulled up. With Dylan leading the way David and I followed him through the yogurt doors to yum yum land. Selecting the proper sized container we began our journey through the line creamy spigots sampling a few and selecting our special blend of flavors. The toppings presented a test of wills, and balanced and acute focused was a necessary element. Too much would over ride the blend of mouth watering flavors and too little would disappoint the palate....what to do? Fortunately uncle Bruce was there to blaze the trail and set the mood of the outing. An all out assault was forged and the containers never knew what hit them, with precision and precise aim our containers were filled with happy pieces of sugary joy. Fun for all. read more

I love it, I come to this place often it has amazing Ambiance, great flavors, toppings, and service. The cashier is always nice and helpfull. They have a sensational ice cream flavor and then you have your other ones. They have different drizzles to put on like Nutluea, chocolate, and even mashmello fluff. We love Menchie's. We love the flavors that they offer and seems like they offer a new flavor every month or every few months. The frozen yogurt is very creamy and not watered down like other places. This location is very clean and we hardly ever see any dispensers down. The toppings are always fresh and always stocked. I love how they have the sample cups out for us to sample instead of getting only 2 sample cups at a time from staff. We definitely recommend this froyo store and will continue to return. read more

Seeing their set up with Covid was pretty genius, they have all the toppings in little cups, pre set, so you can get your ice cream, get your toppings and limit the things you touch and it is pretty yummy. I've been to lots of Menchie's and this one is for sure my favorite they have 3 different tart flavors!! And they had a great selection of vegan yogurt for my toddler. Only thing I don't recommend is using that bathroom it's disgusting. I was changing my daughter's diaper, and I saw a baby roach crawling on the floor. read more

I have gone to all the Menchies in Fresno and Now Clovis as well in Los Angeles and each Menchies is pretty consistent. I love the rewards program and I always redeem fairly quickly in under a month because that's how often I get Menchies. If you ever had Pinkberry this is pretty much close to it and ALL the flavors are so good!!! I do prefer the one on Shaw and Marks due to them having my favorite flavor other than the Original Tart however like I said the flavors are all good. I typically get the Original Tart along with toppings of strawberries and granola to make it appear like a parfait....yummmmm! I try to stay under $5 but that is impossible lately I have been weighing in at $7. I wish they had early hours because I could eat their Froyo for breakfast lunch and dinner. read more

Ah, Menchies. When they're good, they're good. But that rarely seems to be the case. The good: Lots of flavors and mix-ins to choose from. I never taste anything that seems like it has been going stale. The meh: Unfortunately, they cycle out the good flavors way too fast. They always have vanilla, some form of chocolate, tart, cookies n' cream (which is just white chocolate with a mix-in), and pineapple. Everything else is just a guess. Recently, I went there and tried the S'mores flavor which was amazing. There was a giant sign that said S'mores was a limited time flavor and would be there until the 30th of the month. I came back three days later (on the 15th) and S'mores was gone, as was the giant sign. This sort of thing is typical for this location in particular. The bad: They'll make you fall in love with a flavor and then you'll never see it again; it will have been replaced by some nastiness like Cotton Candy or Mint Toothpaste. read more

I can say I always loved the quality of Menchie's yogurt. I am so excited to share that they have diabetic options (sugar free options) for flavors of fro-yo. I tried them and they were delicious. Will definitely come back for some more. Tip: sign up for the rewards program and get extra discounts for more yogurt! Edited to add: I saw other post about another person mentioning the diabetic options. I didn't get any chemical flavor from the yogurt and I am sensitive to smell and taste (being pregnant). Hands down the best place to get Fro-yo. They have toppings galore and they are always fresh. I have neve gone in there and seen any of the fruit look old. I love that they have pineapple, cherries, and kiwis year around. Makes my cup look "healthy" even though I put a good helping of mini M&M's in my cup, haha. Always a fun and yummy experience at Menchie's! The staff is always accommodating and friendly. I visit this location every Wednesday for free "Waffle bowl Wednesday!" My toddler and I look forward to visiting Menchie's as an after-school/work treat. They offer a wide range of flavors and always have sugar-free options available. We like our yogurt plain, but they do have an endless selection of toppings...anything you can think of. They also have special order fro-yo cakes, which I have yet to try. The flavors of the Frozen Yogurt are great, I love the ice cream sandwich flavor, shockingly it actually tastes like the ice cream sandwich. :D Cleanliness: The entire store is very clean, nothing has ever appeared to be sticky or uncleanly. Samples: I greatly appreciate that there is always a stock of sample cups easily accessible to anyone who wants to try a new flavor. Lighting: Every location of Menchie's I have been to is well lit. I greatly appreciate that. Parking: it is located next to many other popular stores, but i have not had a problem finding parking thus far. I like stopping here after the kiddos get their check up. Those brave kids need a treat after Dr. Visit.
