Once again this place does not disappoint! I went in yesterday to get a small ice cream cake for my granddaughter. Found one but not for a graduation. I asked them if they could add a cap and diploma for decoration and immediately stated no problem. Within a few minutes, they came back with a perfect cake. This place is warm, friendly and helpful. How can an Ice cream only store that runs of item and still has another 1hour to stay open.

The dude and I came to this Baskin Robbins on one our date nights after work. This Baskin Robbins is located near Toledo's. The location is beautifully located and there was so flavors to choose from. I usually get Pistachio Almond which is my favorite. The dude and I love ice cream so it was nice to relax and enjoy our scoop after dinner. The staff was friendly and we managed to beat the rush as always. We decided to sit outside and eat our cream and enjoy the scenery. Overall, like the typical Baskin Robbins. Very clean inside and outside. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great service and definitely fulfilled our sweet tooth. Great location. Overall, if I'm in the area will stop by as I no longer live on that side of town anymore. read more

This ice cream shop has a lot going for it. The location, at the end of a strip mall, across the walkway from a popular Mexican restaurant, is very good. Large parking lot. Easy major street access to the center. There is a nice patio on the south end, which I'm sure would be nice later in the day, just not in the middle of a hot summer's day, however. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the shop, with room for handicapped patrons. Our party of four was there at the noon hour, during the week, so had plenty of room to sit and enjoy our ice cream. The store was very clean and there is a restroom open to the public. As for the ice cream, I didn't count the flavors, but I assume it was the usual 31. Two of us were disappointed in the selection, but I know it changes with the season. I was disappointed that there was only 1 vegan choice. With 31 flavors, I would like to see at least 10 percent allotted to non-dairy, vegan desserts. There appeared to be a large selection of ready-made ice cream cakes that you could immediately take home, as well as prepackaged quarts of ice cream ready to go. I did not check the variety of flavors. I have read that this is a concept store that the company is trying out. I think it's pretty nice, but would prefer more variety of ice creams. read more

We went to BR on a hot day in the middle of a rush. I have to say the customer service was great! Though they were busy, they moved as fast as possible and greeted all entering customers. I love Baskin Robbins. I've been going to Baskin-Robbins since I was a little girl and that's been a really, really, really long time. My favorite is the pralines and cream. I love to go every couple months to treat myself to some really good ice cream. I love that this Baskin-Robbins is close to my house and I don't have to drive to Riverpark anymore to go get ice cream. The employees are always super nice, the stores always really clean it's just a nice atmosphere to go in and get a little treat. read more

Ice cream was good! Cannot say that about the cleanliness! Tables need to be wiped, chairs everywhere, large poster board on the floor as you walk in. Do not go to the patio area. Pretty gross out there! Be careful sitting in the chairs because those are broken and a liability. The out door tables can use a really good cleaning as the patio area can be Swept from time to time! read more

This Baskin Robbins is the first one in the world to be moving in this new direction. How cool to have Fresno be the first. Taking a first look, the store is clean and inviting. They have plenty of seatings along the wall of the store and have a cute wall art as well. They offer ice cream cakes, your ice cream from the gallon, and their newer novelty items which are the chocolate dipped cones and ice cream bars/treats. I got the the vanilla ice cream bar covered with white chocolate which was yummy , thick like the magnum bars. My husband got one of the chocolate orea sandwiches and enjoyed it. The chocolate cake was side and rich. Tastes fresh. -they staff were very attending, and asked if we wanted to sample some ice cream. Overall it was a pleasant experience and filled my sweet tooth. read more

Baskin Robbins never misses. Amazing ice cream! Great customer service! 10/10 would recommend

TLDR; I'm diabetic and they gave me full sugar ice cream (instead of no sugar added) on purpose instead of just canceling my order. -- I ordered some ice cream through GrubHub for my wife and I. I am diabetic, so usually I don't go to ice cream shops or get dessert because most dessert places don't make anything low sugar, or if they do it's vanilla... Anyway, after looking at the menu, I saw that they have No Sugar Added Caramel Turtle Truffle, and after reading the nutrition facts, I was so excited because it was something I could have! After it arrived, it was kinda melted, but I saw chocolate pieces and caramel so I took a bite. There was cookie in it?? I thought, "That's not right?" Looked up the ingredients again, no there's no cookie, and now that I take a proper look, it's chocolate chips and not turtles, also not right. My wife calls the shop we ordered from and asked if they do in fact have the NSA Caramel Turtle Truffle. The employee who answers says they don't actually have that flavor. She thanked them and hung up. So I look at the menu to see what they DID give me. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and just added caramel sauce to make it seem like the NSA Caramel Turtle Truffle. It was beyond disappointing to find out not only was it the wrong flavor, but they also tried to pass it off as the right one. Imagine if I had eaten that? Would I have died? No, but regular sugar is not part of my diet and it definitely would've made me sick. It makes me so upset to think people have zero care in the world about stuff like this. I would've rather they canceled my order. If I was keto, different story, but I'm certainly not CHOOSING to be diabetic. Such a disappointment. Obviously I won't be back lmfao read more

We decided to check this place out the other night and I'm glad we did. This Baskin Robbins has lots of new items available. Everything looked so good I couldn't decide. They have a variety of smaller cakes available for purchase as well as larger ones. The staff here was so friendly. They explained that these type of offerings are new for Baskin Robbins and that this store was a trial one for the new items. I thought that was pretty cool. If you're in the area check it out. I've order an Alice in Wonderland themed tiered cake which was divine. They have specialty items not available at any other location since this is a flagship store of their new brand. Baskin-Robins this is a perfect rebrand!! Perfection!! My only suggestion is to the owners; change out the cookie, brownie displays they look old, dry, and unappetizing. For the next store, please make the customer area larger. It's too cramped on the customer side of this store. Please add different flavors to the individual portioned specialty display case items. Vanilla and cookies and cream does now show off all the flavors we all love! There's something for everyone here! Love the look and lounge area! read more

I love this location super clean and organized. Nice set up..comfy seats and great music to chill out to with the family. The ladies are so welcoming and nice every time. First, Do Not Go Here - Booooo - I'd give it Zero stars if it were possible. I went here to order a cake because of the convenient location. When I arrived, I was greeted by an extremely blah, inexperienced, very low-key/no personality girl working there. She didn't even know where they kept their up-to-date cake design catalog so I could choose the cake design I wanted. After explaining the type of cake I wanted, which I had gotten there before, she claimed she had never ever heard of that design - then starts fumbling around some more looking in several drawers for adult cake decorations and can only find pre-bagged Happy Meal Kids toys! What a joke this place is! They don't take coupons, they don't offer you ONE single perk for spending such an absorbent amount of money on a cake whatsoever even after you spend almost $40 on a cake, and then they have the nerve to charge you 99 Cents for literally one-quarter teaspoon of tiny sprinkles for the cake! When I picked up the cake, it was very plain and very boring (yawn!) with no sparkle or bling whatsoever - So when I asked them to throw some sprinkles on top, they had an instant attitude and said that they could put "SOME" sprinkles on, but they would have to charge me $.99 to do it! I thought that was pretty cheap of them, and they just couldn't even make it look worthy for what I was spending. They don't even offer a bag for your cake either - just let it roll around in your car - they don't care! Ridiculous!! This place has nothing but deadbeat people working here with no deals to be had no matter what your spending - not even a simple little taste of ice cream was offered! This place has no manners at all! I will never ever go to this lame place again after this miserable experience. I should have driven 15 miles out of my way to the one on First Street that knows what they're doing and isn't so penny-pinching cheap and they are smart enough to know that it is the customer who is keeping them in business. Stay away from this Baskin-Robins by Savemart on Milburn and Herndon because they don't know what their doing and they'll rip you off and disappoint you big time! Hopefully, they will be out of business soon since they don't have a clue what customer service is all about and they don't care either! read more

Very energetic group at this Baskin Robbins. Very sweet and patient with customers who are adapting to a new format. Lots of smiles. Plenty of seating for a Baskin Robbins. Hope they can maintain this grand opening mentality. I was greeted upon entering and I was offered assistance throughout. I was thrilled by the cakes and learned everything is completed on-sight. This is the second time I've had an issue with employees at the same location, spanning a couple of years. I ordered a banana royale, and as she was making it, I asked when she was done if you could put some extra cherries. I know she heard my request, she finished my Sunday put one cherry proceeded to walk away. I asked if she could at least put in one extra cherry, because she completely ignored my request, she then rolled her eyes and said OK I guess I can do one. I was in shock and said excuse me, is this a problem? She then took a deep breath and tried to explain to me they're cherry policy how it's one dollar for 1-6 cherries and some other policy if you want 3 cherries? First time in my life going to Baskin and Robbins and finding out there's a cherry policy but I didn't need that attitude from her and on top of everything she put the tiniest amount of whip cream on my Sunday. These kids act like the whip cream comes out of their college fund! Man in the world really sucks these days. Literally no such thing as customer service. read more

A fun new Baskin-Robbins to check out that's apparently the first of its kind. They offer a flavor of the month, options to make a cookie or brownie sandwich, fruit or ice cream bars, different sundaes, chocolate bananas, and much more. The service here was great, they were very friendly and asked you if you wanted certain toppings before adding it on. We had three different servers ask us if we wanted help while we were still deciding if that helps describe how attentive they were. It's a clean and decently sized space (maybe seats 15 people though). My only reason for giving one less star is because I think their ice cream is good but not the best ice cream out there. I recommend if you're looking for more than just ice cream. read more

Of course this is the best baskin robins in town being its new and there huge variety of ice creams, ice cream bars, cakes etc. I've gone in here quite a few times with family and everything has been great! I've picked up cakes here numerous times with no issues! The cakes are usually pleasing. I went in this past Sunday and picked one up for my moms birthday, after we cut and served the cake we all starting eating it and each of us had pieces of paper in the cake - none of us ended up eating it because after we each took a couple bites each time we had pieces of paper in it. . Who wants to bite into something good only to have to take paper out of our mouth it wasn't something you were able to see to eat around which was odd.. I called to advise them of the situation, I received a call back from the manager who informed me he would have to go to upper management and get back to me. 2 days later I still have not received a call so I called back and they took my number twice! Really bummed that they didn't seem to care, or even give the courtesy to call back! Unfortunately because the situation with management I won't be coming back to this location. read more

First time coming here to order a cake and definitely the last time. They never made my kid's birthday cake. I paid in advance. I didn't want to spend more time waiting for them to find out what happened or what to do. Just an awful experience. If I could give them 0 stars I would. read more

While this Baskin-Robbins is a flagship for how all the new stores will be, I hope they fix a few of the issues. It was crowded when we got there, and the ordering area is very tight and chaotic. This location is really nice and the new concept they have with their new ice cream treats is cool. The staff was very friendly and helped us with our questions that we had. The only thing that I was disappointed with is that there was only one dairy free flavor of ice cream which was the daiquiri ice. Don't get me wrong I did enjoy that flavor, but it would be nice to have more options. There are plenty of other ice cream shops that offer more dairy free options, so I'm not really sure why there isn't more offered here. Please bring at least 1 or 2 new flavors that are dairy free. I will gladly change my review to 5 stars if this were to happen. read more
