The nonprofit I volunteer for recently had an event and we ordered a few dozen of their Bundtinis. To say they were a big hit is understating how amazing their cupcake sized bundts were. Went in for a pickup and we were serviced fast with only a couple minutes wait for the cakes to be bagged and brought out. The shop itself was clean and organized, and they sold other kitschy things to make a trip for cake complete. Will be back as a regular customer soon to try some of their other flavors. read more

We celebrate the birthdays of the month a different cake every month once a month to celebrate those who are having a birthday this month. I use the mobile app for the order. Updating my review from 6 years ago! So this place has been my go to place for my all and any occasion cake needs. I enjoy trying their seasonal flavors but my absolute favorites are Oreo cookies and crème, strawberries and crème and red velvet. I love ordering through the app for all my future orders it's so convenient and you can keep track of your points. They've been offering a lot of BOGO lately it's really worth it when you sign up for their rewards to stay in the loop. If you don't order a head of time the wait is usually 15-20mins. It's a small store front so it can get crowed on a busy day. The ladies are really nice, helpful and they get the lines going. Some days they offer samples. The cakes always come out so consistent in flavor and moist. Some days I do request for light frosting because the frosting can be overwhelming sweet but I really do love their cakes. Celebrated my Marine Corps Birthday and needed a cake! Walked in a there was a small line. They even have samples while you wait! I got the red velvet, Oreo cookies and cream, and confetti cake! My family and I love the cakes from here! The place is small and cutesy inside. Service from the workers is alright. Usually we just get the 10 inch cakes in the display that are ready to be boxed up. Have generally enjoyed a variety of their flavors. I really like the lemon cake and white chocolate raspberry cake! If you are a person of color (black) stay away from this location!!! During my visit, I encountered poor customer service from the cashier, which resulted in me having to return to the store to have my order reconciled. Upon returning to the store, I encountered the same cashier who was not only rude but also dismissive when I brought up multiple issues with my order and experience. I politely advised the cashier that I was not given the correct change, was not provided with a receipt, and the number of cakes I received was fewer than what I had ordered and paid for. The cashier responded in a curt and unprofessional manner that made me feel disrespected and unwelcome. Additionally, the tone and attitude displayed felt unnecessarily hostile, and there were undertones that I perceived as a microaggression. As a paying customer, I expected at the very least to be treated with courtesy and respect. This experience was disappointing and inconsistent with the warm, friendly brand I've come to associate with Nothing Bundt Cakes. I hope this issue can be addressed internally so that future customers don't have a similar experience. read more

We went to the store on Wednesday to order six personal cakes. We ordered all different flavors including paid $1.00 extra for a banana pudding cake. When we picked up the order we were told that they sold out of the banana pudding cake. We could either be credited for the missing cake or select another flavor. We needed six so we selected another one. My concern and disappointment is that even though we prepaid and paid extra they sold out to other customers not prioritizing prepaid customers. The same visit I ended up getting the Lemon Cake which was tasty and didn't last long at the family house. My second visit I ended up just getting a couple of Bundtette cakes for the dude and I with various flavors! Their flavor options are amazing! My goal is to try them all. Which so far I tried the White Chocolate Raspberry, Birthday Cake, Raspberry Lemon, Lemon and Red Velvet. I would say the White Chocolate Raspberry is my favorite and the Lemon Raspberry. Any who, the dude, nieces, sisters and parents LOVE their Bundt cakes. Very moist and not too sweet. I just wish there was less frosting as I'm not a huge frosting person. They do have gluten-free options which due to my intolerance I can't eat that much cake or I'll get sick. I ordered a carrot bunt 8in. I ordered it online, requesting light frosting and just a happy birthday pic in it. I picked it up on the date that I asked to have ready and a bit wait but not long maybe 5 mins , so looked around the store.
