The team that works, there has incredible integrity, and I appreciate that. They could've taken my suit in and rushed it, leaving it looking untidy, but they did not, and instead gave me other options. Specifically the one in the middle approached me several times in the store asking me if I needed help after I had already indicated that I did not. She continued to follow me throughout the store and asked me if I needed any assistance. I then began to ignore her purposely because I had already indicated several times that I did not need help and I did not want to be bothered. She then sent the young lady with the glasses on to ask me the same question as well as other employees within the store. I was stalked and harassed in each department that I went to in this location. It is unfortunate that these kind of people stereotype and harass specific customers. It went as far as them only asking me when I had other customers standing next to me whom they did not bother. I took this photo as I left because once I looked over the young lady with the glasses was explaining how I had also turned her away to the woman in the center. It's disgusting, disturbing, and dangerous that these kind of people harass people that they do not know and do not take heed to the warning leave me alone. Truly barbaric. I purchased my selected items with a gentleman in the Sephora store. Who was kind and professional. The other people employed there dog piled on me and followed me. I felt unsafe and afraid of their degrading behavior.

Over the past two weeks the service was awesome. I had to sit down and write this review because it…read morehas improved over the past few years. I took my little girl in two years ago and getting her sized for shoes and finding the shoe she wanted left me feeling blah. So we've not been going as much. But my wife told me to buy her Vans, so we went. We were greeted the moment we walked in. The two gentleman were not intrusive but offered to size my daughter up and showed us what selection they had. They weren't pushy at all. They told us if we didn't find the shoe, they could order it in store to have it delivered and we could pick it up another day. After not finding the right shoe they answered questions about the website and invited us back. So I went home and ordered the shoes my daughter wanted... and then I ordered a second pair. The first pair was available the same day. Of course they welcomed us back and helped us out right away. The second pair wasn't in stock but I was able to track the fed ex shipment. I called after they were delivered and they looked for me and had them waiting when I showed up. The cashiers weren't the same ones but just as helpful. I think I had interactions with 4 different employees and every one of them were helpful, cheerful and acted as if they loved their job. I'm glad I went back and found this store is improving.
