I got to the self check out and rangy items and oneced finished, I realized I rung up some item that I wasn't meaning to purchase. I pushed the notification for help and waited. That was at 1:36PM exact, I know because my realtor called at that exact time. There was one middle aged female servicing the front counter at register 1. Once her customers left she answered the phone and assisted the caller. She called for assistance with items throughout the store multiple time's. Looking down my way multiple times and never acknowledge Mr. I signaled to her for assistance looked around to see if anyone else was available to help Mr. Yhe line got longer and she would say, self checkout is open, followed by I can help the next person at 1. Then came in my direction Never acknowledged me. I said ma'am I just need a assistance with the one item and I held it up. She said, I gotta do this first and pointed to a box in her hand. I gave her several moments to help assist me but after watching her take customer after customer, I realized she had no intention on servicing me. I got my belongings and I just left, very hurt, very confused and very angry because I stood there patiently and I waited for service and I can't help but feel discriminated against I mean there was no other reason for what I experienced. Oh and my total waiting time from 1:36PM, was 2:05PM when i called and asked to speak with a manager or supervisor got hung up on the 1st time then no one answered. I know my few bucks won't affect your business in anyway and I do patronize about 4-5 times out the year but Ill never come back again l. I have never treated anyone in the manner I was treated, ever. ​​
