Been a customer of this laundromat since 2007/2008. It used to be very clean and a great place to get some laundry done but times have changed. The equipment has stayed the same throughout the years and it appears upkeep isn't top priority. A lot of the dryers have the black lining on the glass of the door falling off which in turn lets the heat out. I've seen people stuff dryer sheets into the places where the lining is missing but that doesn't help keep the heat. The customer is losing money since the machines aren't efficient. The washing machines themselves are dirty- the location to place your soaps and softeners is all clogged up with residue - those need a good cleaning and staff/owner can do that but they don't. It's rare you will find a staff member that is non Spanish speaking so communication when something is wrong is nonexistent. The area itself is going through a change and honestly I don't feel that safe going to this location like I used to. After a long time of coming here - I had to end it. I hope they renovate and or address maintenance issues. read more

I have done my laundry here and also used the wash and fold services. Both experiences were great. I've gotten a little spoiled with the wash and fold... I always get it back quickly and it's folded so neatly. Also items (that I should normally hang) are always put on hangers neatly as well. I'm pleased with their service. TLDR: This laundromat option if you need to do your laundry late and most laundromats are closed (they're open till 11 pm). The best part of this place is the hours- they are open from 7 am to 11 pm and I have not found another laundromat around in a 20 mile radius from here open that late (the ones in Jersey City that I normally go to open until 9 at the latest though I do know a few laundromats that open at 6 am). They even have an employee working until late (I think he left at 9:30) m, plenty of parking, plenty of machine, laundry supplies if you forget (obviously not the best value but a nice back up option to have), and the option to pay either credit or cash. Do note that if you pay credit, there is a $10 minimum on your laundry card (but you can use it on future uses too). They also have free wifi and a few TVs if you are waiting for your laundry. Not a ton of seats inside however. There's also a reward program, not sure how it works but you can get $10 of laundry credit for spending a certain amount. Not five stars because: -the prices are really random ($3.69, 39 cents, etc.) This is annoying because the only way to have exactly enough money is to use a credit card- and there is the $10 minimum (and you would have to calculate how much a load costs and then base the amount on that). Otherwise you will have a random amount left on your laundry card - the washers display time left in the current part of the wash cycle, not overall so it's hard to estimate how much time is left - there are limited seats considering how many machines there are (although maybe most of these machines are used for the wash and fold service) - prices are a tad higher than other laundromats- not a huge difference for 1 wash but will add up over time. But I will take the price increase for the longer hours. read more

I'm so glad Yelp steered me in the right direction here. We needed a place for drop off wash and fold. I've seen places in the neighborhood for cheaper, but none with such high reviews. With over 40 lbs of laundry at about $1.00 a lb, I was in sticker shock when I received the final bill. However, you do get what you pay for. All of our clothes, towels, and sheets came back neatly folded. They were even sorted into his and hers clothes! How they fold the underwear in these perfect little pockets amazed me. I need to learn their technique. It was like the KonMari method, but better. All of the shirts that I normally hang in my closet were placed on metal hangers. While I normally would transfer these back into the closet on my own hangers, I didn't have the energy. So, I simply took my tops out of the bag and placed them directly into my closet. The clothes took seconds to put away since everything was folded so perfectly. The laundry smelled super fresh as well. When in another laundry bind, we will be back. read more

If you are ever too lazy, too tired or just too busy to do your laundry, I highly recommend their drop off service. I regularly do my own laundry simply because I like make sure everything is done right and this location does a great job. For $0.99/lb, I received my clothes the same day, clean and smelling fresh. Blouses and work pants were hung on a wire hangers and the rest of my clothes were tightly packed into plastic bags to preserve the freshness. They were neatly folded, including my lady undergarments and my socks were paired for me. The lady at the counter was nice and the owner was also there and welcomed me to his establishment and even gifted me a free laundry bag. I couldn't have asked for better service. Well worth the money when you take into consideration the detergent used, money spent on machines anyway and, of course, your precious time. read more

The owner is very kind and friendly! He's always making sure every machine is working and the place is always clean. And they expanded their parking lot as well. There's free wifi available and flat television sets to help pass the time away. I wouldn't recommend purchasing their detergent, there are nearby stores where you can find them a bit cheaper. The machines offer an extra free rinse and wash & like all developing laundromats, the machines are cash-to-card operatable. I honestly love spending my time there with no rush. read more

My experience today was not a pleasant one.FALSE ADVERTANSRMENT on the time you can actually use the facility, it says till 11pm but really at 1030 they kick you out and cannot fold your clothes. Very rude management and didn't not care about their job a job. I was told with attitude"A job is a job, i can find one anywhere, i dont care if you complain, i only care to leave the place 11pm on the dot, which was not 11 yet 20 minutes till. She rush us out as if we have never use the facility before. 2 years of using this laundromat. Wouldn't recommend or use this place ever again. In a bind for time I called to see if I can drop off and have ready the same day...the guy who answered the phone said that he can and sounded very nice and personable. So when I arrived to the location they told me that the cut off time was for 12pm, and I arrived at 1215pm so i wasn't going to be able to get it the same day. After explaining that I work nights and I was leaving out of town the next day she still wasn't budging. I'm a regular here and can say that service is pretty good. I always drop off and pick up my laundry here. They provide this service at a reasonable price. The staff is super friendly and are not bothered if you have a special request when it comes to how you want your laundry done. They also give you the option of when you want to pay (when you drop off or pick up your clothes) I'm always happy with their service and haven't felt the need to try another place. read more

The drop of service is excellent. The clothes are super neatly professional folded tightly into a plastic bag and then put into your laundry bag & the delicate dress shirts are separated out and hung dry cleaning style for you. The place is very clean and has a huge parking lot. Excellent family friendly place. read more

I have never brought my clothes to a laundromat for a wash and fold service and my husband and I are new to town and decided to try this out. I called in the morning with a few questions and spoke directly to the owner Shane who was so friendly and informative about all that they offer. I bought the clothes in within the hour and picked them up later that day. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised! The facility was clean and super efficient with all the machines available. The staff was friendly and fast. When I got home and opened my laundry bags, everything was beautifully folded and smelled so good!!! Better than I've ever been able to make my laundry smell!! They also hung up my sweatshirts and hospital scrubs (I'm a nursing student so it's amazing that I don't have to iron them now). I will definitely be returning. They've got a new weekly customer. :-) read more

I just gave them 40 pounds of clothes to wash & fold and boy did they do a great job! They even hung all my blouses (no wrinkles) and put them in plastic bags. when i lived at newark housing i came here i was greatly satisfied as the place was friendly ,clean ,and had plenty of pluses as tv an pinball machines vending soda machines etc since moving to montclair six yrs ago and using my local laundry , which has aging machines ,the current owner wasnt happy with my negative review it was suggested that i wash my clothes at my apt building ,wgich i will but our building does not allow us to was any kind of throw rugs so when i need to wash these ill be doing them here,as i dont drive and ill take the train, then the light rail . after ward i can eat a little lunch at burger king . looking forward to being there soon! read more

warning to everyone that has ever or considers ever coming to this laundrymat, don't waste your time, money or energy at this place!!!! they refuse to reimburse my money and they refuse to take out clothes out of a machine that had close sitting in it for an hour!!! they just lost a faithful customer dozens of others!! they are dirty and rude and have a nasty attitude when i asked about being reimbursed or atleast taking the clothes out if the machine, they refuse to give me the owners name or phone number smdh! i would rate them -0 if i could read more
