When the wash was done and after being dried the clothes did not smell washed at all compared to the other load, so I went over to the owner and brought to her attention. She was in denial that something is wrong with washer. I let her know we'd like it rewashed at her expense. $7.00. She refrused. Absolute horrible answer from a business owner. Seriously? Shortly after, she came over and said I'll pay $3.50 and you pay half. Absolutely not... that machine was brought to your attention in the beginning. I'll take my large load laudry elsewhere. Whoever uses this laundromat.. if you dont see suds..demand to take it out and get your money back. Ill never use this laudomat again... all the money they make here and couldn't spare $7.00. Shame on you.

Again, Helen is a real help there, super friendly as well, and the rest of the staff is great too. Parking lot is a disaster some days, lines aren't clearly painted and people generally can't drive well in the USA. Last night came here and the woman inside told my partner around or before 10:15 I couldn't do a wash. We were told the night prior last wash is 10:30. She was rude, belligerent. I went in and asked if she said that to my partner and she said yes, last wash 10. The night before we were told 10:30. I said - it's not too late, we would be out well before close at midnight and that we were going to do a wash. She started coming over and slamming the washer doors around us, trying to intimidate us. For much of the time our wash load was in. When I asked her name, she went silent. She clearly isn't going a very good job of cleaning. I'm contesting the charges on my card and reporting this place to the state attorney general. You can't treat people this way or have dangerous washers with mold. This is the last thing I needed on a rough road trip for medical needs.
