If there was no availability to help me before the wedding, I feel that could have been communicated upfront, which would have saved us both time and allowed me to look for another option sooner. I also asked if she could recommend another place that might be able to help, but unfortunately, she couldn't recommend anywhere. I believe good customer service is not just about doing the work; it's also about communication, consideration, and helping customers feel that their time matters. I left feeling frustrated because I came in hoping to get help with something important to me, and I left without a solution or even a recommendation for where to go next. I'm sharing this not to be disrespectful, but because I think the experience could have been handled better. A little more upfront communication and willingness to guide a customer in the right direction would have made a big difference. In the hundreds of items I've had cleaned, maybe one or two had some minor work needing to be done and all it took was a phone call to correct it. They are very responsive and helpful. I've tried dozens of cleaners and Fred's is the only one I have found that meets my overall standards. During the pandemic they have reduced hours yet the service and quality has not dropped at all.
