We drop off at the front desk, they pick up on specific days and bring it back on specific days. Pricing-wise, they are much more affordable than most. Their cleaning is pretty good, not the best I have seen, but certainly the best for their price point. I will be using them moving forward.

Absolutely Horrible Experience - Damaged 12 of My Shirts and Refused to Take Responsibility!…read more I have never experienced such poor customer service and complete disregard for a customer's belongings. I brought my shirts to this dry cleaner expecting professional service, and instead, they damaged 12 of my shirts. What makes this situation even more unacceptable is how they have handled the matter. Rather than taking accountability for the damage they caused and offering some form of reasonable compensation, they have chosen to do absolutely nothing. Mistakes can happen in any business. However, how a business handles those mistakes speaks volumes about its integrity and commitment to customer service. Unfortunately, this establishment has demonstrated neither. I trusted them with my clothing, paid for their services, and was left with damaged merchandise and no resolution. The fact that they are unwilling to stand behind their own work is absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this dry cleaner. Why spend your hard-earned money trusting a business with your clothing when they refuse to take responsibility if something goes wrong? I will NEVER use this establishment again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
