I've been a loyal customer here for a long time, but I was disappointed with my experience today. I asked a simple question about why receipts no longer show the total, and instead of getting an answer, I was told, "Why are you so angry?" By the owner! That felt rude and unprofessional. Horrible service. You specify simple things like not using safety pins in your clothes and they will do it time and time again. Boss blaming young kids he employs rather than taking responsibility. Also rude and intimidating. Not worth the value. Avoid at all costs. read more

Staff is friendly and very professional! I came after hours (summer hours). The owner saw me outside and, no hesitation, accepted my clothes that needed dry cleaning and allowed me to have my dress altered! This dress fits like a glove and looks like it was made for my body! Thank you!! read more

Took me a while to find a good cleaners. Heard some scary stories of places messing up coats so I was a bit paranoid about leaving mine here. I gave them my coat which was covered in fur from my dog and white fuzzes. My coat ended up being ready 2 days before the original date they told me. I swear it looked brand new! It was super clean and all the dog fur was gone which was my main concern! The pricing wasn't expensive either, I only paid $20. Very pleased with how my coat came out. Rather than using their dry cleaning, please use your washing machine and dryer even for your cashmere clothes--you'll fare better. They messed up my shirts and sweater. Holes, buttons falling, fabric permanently damaged. I cannot express just how disappointed I am. I have to replace hundreds of dollars worth of clothes. read more

I've been to many a dry cleaner, and this place is top notch. Yes, prices may be a bit more expensive than other places, but they've never ruined an article of my clothing (while other places have) and have removed stains that were literally two years old (think coke stain on a white velvet blazer with a layer of encrusted stain remover on top). I've also used their tailor multiple times and she's absolutely wonderful at what she does. I've used her to shorten hems on pants, cut evening dresses, tailor business suits, tailor Oxford shirts... She's amazing. Classic Cleaners is amazing! The only reason I can't give them five stars is because of their pricing but the quality of their work is impeccable. read more

Horrible! I got a suit alteration and the entire suit doesn't fit me anymore. It was literally perfect when I bought it for $235, plus this fee. Took a dress here to get the zipper fixed. They did a wonderful job, and I got the dress back in two days. The man behind the counter was sweet, I didn't get his name but he was a white bald guy. And he said that the lady could do it. I always take my clothes here to get cleaned, they are a bit on the pricer side, but it's well worth it! See you soon classic cleaners! read more

They should bring down the prices. They over charge way too much, while other cleaners are doing the same job for just $1.99 a garment!

If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. I took two dresses to be dry cleaned. I told the lady that I needed the dressed by 7am the next day. The lady took my dresses and assured me that they would be ready the next day at 7am. The following day, I went to pick up the dresses at 2pm. When I got there, I was charged and I paid (before I even got the dresses). I was told that the dresses would be right out. After 5 minutes, I asked where the dresses were and I was told that they were getting bagged. After another 5 minutes, I asked again where the dresses were and another lady came from the back and told me that only 1 of the dresses was "ready" and they were finishing it up, that it would only be another 5-10 minutes. When I asked about the other dress, I was told that it wasn't ready either. The second dress had not even been washed. I was very upset at this point, because I needed both dresses for an event that very same day. Finally, the owner came out and the first thing he said to me was - and I quote - "Ugh, you don't have to sit there with that face on." He was completely rude, disrespectful and demeaning. He tried to explain that the lady never told him they were "rushed" and that she went home with a stomach virus and never told anyone else that the dresses needed to be done by 7am. In response, I told him that I did not care because that was just poor management and poor communication on their end. He did not apologize and he did not offer to a full refund. Do NOT go here. There is literally another (and BETTER) cleaners right across the street from it or you can just drive an extra quarter of a mile and go to Cleaner America (THE BEST in the area). They are irresponsible, disrespectful, and unreliable. read more

If I could give them less stars I would. I dropped off my beautiful $200 queen comforter and got back a destroyed blanket. There were sewing stitches all over it that WERE NOT there when I dropped it off. It's a blue white and beige comforter and they used bright blue thread all over it in Uneven patterns. When I brought it in to complain and ask what the hell happened, the owner insisted they didn't do it. He pretty much called me a liar and insinuated that it happened somewhere else or I did it myself. I know what my own blanket looks like and they destroyed it. I don't know why. If they ripped it, they should have called me and tried to repair it with matching thread! Instead it looks like they let a first grader practice sewing on it. When the owner called the seamstress up her face became bright red immediately (probably bc she did it and knew she was caught) and she smirked at me and said that it looks like that's how the blanket always was. The owner never once offered to reimburse me for the damages to my blanket or offer any sort of condolences at all. I WILL NEVER be going back here and you shouldn't either. Especially if you care about your belongings and don't want them completely destroyed. This place will ruin your things and pretend that's how you brought them in. When you question them, they'll waste your time and treat you like a liar. AWFUL!!! I will be leaving this post everywhere and contacting the local papers. I'm furious. read more

The staff is extremely pleasant and very professional. I have had alterations done there to perfection, I had an expensive purse cleaned there to perfection. Everything is done then they say it will be. The owner is also there as a hands on manager. I would highly recommend this dry cleaner and wouldn't think of taking my clothes anywhere else. I also have my clothing washed, dried, and folded (washing machine style). t saves me so much time. They pick up and deliver. What else could anyone ask for. The employees were super helpful and very nice! I had brought my wedding gown somewhere else to be pressed and they did an awful job. So I emailed classic cleaners and they were able to help me with only 2 days left before my wedding. They did such a great job and the price was amazing! I can't thank them enough!! read more
