Well, I should have read the reviews here before trying this place, but I certainly won't be going…read moreback there! I took a bag there to have the zipper fixed or replaced, and, after paying the lady for the repair, tested the zipper and saw that it still wasn't functional. When I showed her what was still wrong with it, she pointed to the part that she had sewn back together, and said that the other problem (the zipper itself had broken) was "my responsibility". Since the bag is now unusable, I asked for a refund, and she began arguing with me. She finally "compromised" and gave me a partial refund, but I still have a useless bag which will be expensive to replace. I have to wonder why she didn't test her work and see that the zipper was still unusable. If she did notice, or if she caused the other problem with the zipper while she was working on it, then she was lying to me. In any event, it's pretty clear to me that it was HER responsibility to give me a working zipper, but she doesn't seem to think she owes her customers anything. If she's not willing to give her customers the service they ask for (and she agrees to), then she shouldn't be in a service industry!

Pros: Clean, well-maintained laundromat. -There's a good…read morenumber of machines, and I like how the machines are grouped and labeled by size so you don't have to waste time searching around for the right one. -It seems the washers are pretty fast and efficient. -Very convenient parking--you can park in their lot, and the door is right in front of you. -The restroom is very clean. -The prices may be a tad high during regular times, but there are several times for discounts, and the Wednesday all-day discount on all washers is one of the best deals in town, especially with the larger washers. (It also cuts down on the competition you may experience at the other large laundromat in town.) -had a non-urgent question about my laundry card, and Customer Service replied the next day and graciously gave me a credit remotely via web site chat. The cons: -The seats are awkwardly close together. -The Wednesday evening that I went, the attendant, though nice, spoke almost no English, so I couldn't get help for a question regarding the laundry card machine. -The biggest downside for me is the limited number of settings on the washers. You can't select combination of options that is not in the 8 common presets, such as heavy soil warm water, or normal cold wash. There's no option at all for an extra wash or extra rinse. I use all these settings pretty regularly. Anyway, it seems my laundry has come out decently clean as far as I can tell.

I normally just drop my things off to have them laundered for me (they fold and hang AMAZINGLY) but every now and again If I have the time, I'll do it myself. Not to be long winded, but the last time I did do it myself I complained about something and when I came in today noticed that my complaint had been addressed and no longer an issue. I highly recommend this location.

This is the worst laundromat ive ever been to. Their housekeeping is diabolic. Used dryer sheets…read morelittered the floor and the soap and softener dispensers are full of dirt and mold. I had to literally clean those on the machines i used. That wasnt the only nightmare as their dryers had little to no warm or hot air so u had to be feeding it with coins. I spent almost 4 hours there and some of my towels were still damp when i left. I believe the dryers have been turned down as a ploy to get customers to spend more coins. The two women who were on duty were ineffective and just listened to complaints and shrugged their shoulders. The folding stations were dirty and strewn with debris. This business needs to be reported to the better business bureau asap!!!

Everyone sticks to themselves, it's not loud, it's super duper quiet like a library which is cool. I doubt anyone actually wants to be here so that works for me. No unnecessary convos, just people trying to do their laundry in peace. I woke up at 6:30am walked over & already there was 11 people washing clothes. What in the world?! o_O. As I'm writing this review there's more people slowly wheeling their beat up, passed down from generation to generation carts into the laundromat. I'm not into crowded places so I hope everything goes smoothly. There's plenty of washers & dryers. There's a self serve money machine to exchange for quarters. It's expensive to wash clothes. It's $4.75 for the triple washer, $3.50 for the medium washer & $2 for the small. It's .25c per 7 mins for the dryer....YIKES There's tvs, an employee who'll assist if need be, there's also a parking lot on the side of laundryland. The downside of this place is that there's no ac!
