This is a cute little coffee shop in midtown! I loved the interior design and vibes inside, although the space is small and seating is a little tight. There were a lot of people the morning I went, so the line took a small while. I didn't mind though, and I ordered a cappuccino with oat milk. The latte art was gorgeous, and the drink came out quick. Luckily I got a seat, and I sat down to enjoy my coffee and do some work. There are some no laptop seats though, so take note if you are planning on doing work there. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and I will definitely go again sometime!

I've been to Spiller Park in Midtown a couple of times since they opened and it's a great addition to the neighborhood. The build out of the space is on point with a great historic vibe; it definitely motivates you to hang out and enjoy your order in-house. It's a smaller dining area but they have a mix of tables and booth seating. The staff has been consistently friendly and they do the little things like asking if you want room for cream. The coffee is very good though full disclosure I've only sampled the drip brew thus far. Their bagels are top notch and they toast them to order a nice touch is that they're served quartered with a paper wrapper. Weekday mornings seem to be doing a brisk business, but they get orders turned around quickly so don't be put off if there's a few folks in line when you get there.

So tasty! Would go here everyday. Beautiful space, full of people working and chatting. Super kind servers.

Always super packed, but for good reason. Staff is super chill, the coffee is really good good, the toast selection can be better though

I owe Brooklyn Deli an apology for not finding them sooner…read more As a New Yorker turned Atlantan, I have spent the last year quietly lowering my expectations for bagels here. I've had some that were OK. Some that were good-ish. Some that were simply round bread with a hole in the middle. I began to accept that it just wasn't a thing here. And then today I ordered the whitefish bagel from Brooklyn Deli. Oh. My. God. The bagel was chewy, fresh, and actually tasted like a BAGEL. The whitefish was incredible. The whole thing tasted like nostalgia. Like somebody briefly picked me up from Atlanta and dropped me back on 24th and 3rd for brunch. Absolutely remarkable. No notes. My bagel-related cynicism has been temporarily suspended, and Brooklyn Deli has earned the extremely prestigious approval of one extremely dramatic former New Yorker.

As a displaced yankee now in Atlanta, I'm usually prepared to have my heart broken when I see "New…read moreYork style" food being billed outside of New York. (I'm looking at you, Jack's New Yorker Deli.) But I was in the Ansley Mall neighborhood for some errands and I wanted to see what the fuss was about. It was a Sunday afternoon and the line was out the door so that is usually a good sign. I went with the Brooklyn sandwich (Hot pastrami, coleslaw, swiss, spicy mustard, & Russian dressing). You can opt for the smaller portion of meat (the ATL) or the larger portion (New York). It was just the right amount of coleslaw, mustard and Russian dressing so that the bread wasn't sopping wet. And the pastrami is hot and it wasn't overly greasy either. A nice balance with the side order of potato salad. It was a little more sandwich than I needed for lunch but it was pretty faithful to New York style all things considered. $18.50 for the larger New York version of the Brooklyn sandwich including tax. I was tempted by the Dr. Brown's sodas from back home and all of the pastries and deli items for sale as you are making your way up to the front to place your order. Sunday afternoon is not really the time to shop around because of how busy it gets in there so a return trip is definitely in order.

As I'm still focused on low carb, I skipped the bagel and chose an omelet instead. Fresh and hot and very well stuffed, it was a delicious meal. I was a little jealous of the breakfast flatbread my friend had as it looked fabulous. I'd suggest that if you're somehow not a bagel person. Wow. Great service, lots of coffee, a nice and clean restaurant this morning. Five stars for a great meal. [Review 1347 of 2026 - 991 in Georgia - 26526 overall]

Hands down the best breakfast and brunch in Atlanta for the price!…read more I love a good diner, and Goldbergs delivers every single time. It's light years ahead of J Christopher's, White Hall, First Watch, you game it. Now you won't get a fancy coffee or Instagram able photo, but you'll get solid food. I've been eating here for years and genuinely crave it about every three weeks...it's that good. You really can't go wrong. Portions are generous especially for the price, service is consistently solid (though wait times can vary, it's popular!), and with so many locations you can usually find one nearby. They're also great about modifying cooking oils for those of us who prefer olive oil or other healthier options. My go-to is an omelette or the nova scramble, with home fries -- big, crispy potato chunks with sautéed peppers and onions -- plus a side of toast, English muffin, or bagel (or swap for salad or fruit). My husband swears by their latkes, too. Classic, satisfying, and a total win for brunch lovers.

Saying it was delicious would be an understatement, it was phenomenal the quality of the beef, the saltiness , the soft warm bun. It was so good after every bite he was proclaiming how amazing it was, and truthfully, I agreed! We arrived at about 12:50 PM, and I'd say we were out of the bakery at about 1:35 PM along with our burgers we each got a cookie I decided on a butterscotch millet one butterscotch is a flavor that I'm personally in love with and it screams Fall to me, it was a great treat to finish off my meal with and flavor forward thankfully! My only note for the burger would probably be just that some more of the aioli would've been much appreciated. Otherwise, I know where I'll be in line Sunday's going forward waiting for that famous flag to fly. I'm hoping to try some of their savory pastries in the future, they all sound delicious, and the sausage roll was definitely something. I was hoping to snag, I wouldn't say pickings were slim around the time we arrive, but there were definitely some items that didn't make it till noon. Parking for us was relatively easy, there is maybe about 4 to 5 spots directly next to the butcher/bakery that they share with Arden's garden, and ample street parking. Staff was super kind, I wanted to grab our cookies first, so they actually remembered me and said welcome back when I made my way back in with my boyfriend who was buying our burgers which I thought was silly and nice! (: I'm an active home baker so I always find it amazing to see what it looks like inside any pastry case, and I was able to get some information on their various breads through these informative cards they have - at home I tend to only make focaccia, but I loved having the insights into the process they use for all the loaves they have. Is this just supposed to be a hard boiled egg breakfast sandwich? i don't understand why anyone would want a rubbery, overdone egg with a greenish yolk as the star of the show. The cheese isn't melty and, in a town full of delicious biscuit offerings, i found the biscuit to be dry and stale. the evergreen breakfast sandwich continues to puzzle the hell out of me. i'll stick to Little Tart's offering from now on.

I don't recall which bagels they got themselves, but they both thoroughly enjoyed them! My husband ordered a veggie "hot pocket" and an everything bagel with plain cream cheese. He ate the bagel pretty much right away and also enjoyed his. A nice thing about the hot pockets is that you can choose to order them heated or not if you aren't planning to eat them right away. We got them unheated so we could eat them later. Once we were ready for them, we followed the suggestion to warm them in the air fryer so they were flaky and crispy, which turned out well. Husband said he preferred the bagel over the hot pocket. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese hot pocket, and I loved the flakiness of the pastry! The filling was fine overall, and even though I don't eat a lot of bacon, I enjoy it from time to time. But I felt like my hot pocket had much more bacon than it really needed. It was kind of overpowering, so I ended up removing some of the larger chopped pieces as I ate. One pretty significant drawback was that the hot pockets were mislabeled in the to-go bags. When my husband warmed what was labeled as "veggie" for himself, he ended up biting into my bacon, egg and cheese--and he doesn't eat pork at all! Thankfully, we were both planning on eating them around the same time, so we were able to easily swap. But imagine the surprise of someone who has never eaten pork biting into something filled with it. Yikes! I can't say anything about the ambiance or service myself since I haven't actually visited, but our friends said it was a nice casual spot. We don't live on that side of town, but maybe we'd come back for a bagel if we were in the mood while in the area.
